And its structure has the following features. That is, a metal deposition layer (3) of a sheet obtained by sequentially laminating a metal deposition layer (3) and a synthetic resin film (4) on a laminate cloth of a synthetic resin flat yarn cloth (1) and a synthetic resin film (2). ), The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (5) is formed on the opposite side. Such a heat-shielding pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is created as a large wide sheet having a width of 300 to 1800 mm and a regular size of 400 to 900 mm, and solves the difficulty in heat shield construction of a simple house etc. be able to.

There is no. The sunlight is totally reflected by the metal vapor deposition layer (3) such as aluminum, so that the heat rays are not transmitted to the back surface and the light shielding and heat shielding effects are exhibited. The synthetic resin film (4) such as polyethylene on the surface protects the weak surface strength and the oxidation of the metal vapor deposition layer (3) such as aluminum, so that scratches and clouding do not occur. Even when eyelet holes are provided in the edge portion, the synthetic resin flat yarn cloth (1) exerts high strength, and tearing of the edge portion is eliminated. Since the adhesive layer (5) on the back surface can be attached to a roof, a transportation packaging box, or the like, it can be firmly and reliably fixed.

FIG. 1 is a partially enlarged sectional view of the heat-shielding pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention. The heat-shielding pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of this example is a polyethylene flat yarn cloth (1) obtained by weaving a polyethylene flat yarn of 950 denier and 950 denier polyethylene into a plain weave.
A carbon cloth-containing black polyethylene film (7) is laminated on the back surface of the laminate cloth, and an aluminum vapor deposition layer (3) is formed on one surface thereof. A 30 μm polyethylene film (4) is further laminated thereon as a protective layer in that order, and an adhesive layer (5) is formed on the side of the sheet opposite to the metal vapor deposition layer (3). This adhesive layer (5)
A release paper (6) is attached to the surface as a protective layer.
In this embodiment, a black polyethylene film (7) is interposed between the back surface of the polyethylene flat yarn cloth (1), that is, the adhesive layer (5). This is effective for blocking heat ray radiation, but the object of the present invention can be achieved without necessarily. The adhesive layer (5) may be applied on the entire surface or may be applied in a streak shape. Heat shield effect test A heat shield effect test was conducted on the heat shield adhesive sheet of the present invention having the above structure. The test method is 1200 × 900 × 760 as shown in FIG.
mm size container (palletina) for conveying goods (13)
Surround the side of the box with corrugated cardboard (12) and provide a peep window (14) on the front so that the inside can be observed. After installing a thermometer inside, the heat shield adhesive sheet of the present invention or the like on the upper open surface Sample (10) was coated. The sample (10) is the heat-insulating pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention, a light blue Nozomi sheet (a cloth-attached soft PVC sheet, trade name Tarpy sheet), and a corrugated cardboard (one step). Each of the above samples was covered to measure the change in internal temperature when the sample was placed on a sunny day and exposed to direct sunlight outdoors. The results are shown in Table 1. FIG. 3 is a graph of the measurement results shown in Table 1. As is clear from these results, in the case of the ordinary sheet, the difference of up to 6 ° C. occurs, but in the case of the heat-insulating adhesive sheet of the present invention, the temperature is almost the same as the outside temperature, and the heat-shielding effect is It turned out to be excellent. Further, in the example in which the heat-insulating adhesive sheet of the present invention is laid on the roof of a simple house to perform heat-shielding construction, it was sufficient to cool by using two coolers until then. It became clear that the cooling effect can be exhibited.

Furthermore, the strength is sufficient, and it will not be peeled off even if an object comes into contact with it when the wind blows. It can withstand long-term use and can be attached to the roof of a simple house of galvanized iron roof, or used for packing goods in the distribution process, such as simple heat insulation, simple shading, protection of galvanized iron roof, environmental management of pig houses and poultry houses, etc. Is effective for.
