部を備えた上面開放の箱状籾取出し容器を抜差し自在に
挿入した籾乾燥機における水分測定用籾のサンプル取出
し装置は、本出願前例えば実公昭60-15117号公報に記載
されて公知である。

で、昇降機は必然的に別製のものとなる許りか、構造も
複雑となって高価となるは勿論のこと、サンプル取出し
装置も高位置に設けられることからしてサンプル籾の取
出し作業が不便となる等の問題点を有していた。

が既製のものであっても、サンプル用の穀物の取出しが
できるようならしめる許りか、その構造を非常に簡潔と
して装置全体を安価に提供することができるは勿論のこ
と、サンプル取出し位置を極力低位として採取作業の容
易化とシャッター板の抜け防止を図った穀物乾燥機にお
ける水分測定用穀物のサンプル取出し装置を提供しよう
とするものである。

するサンプル容器箱を取外し自在に装着し、前記サンプ
ル容器箱には、張込ホッパーの供給口およびシャッター
板のサンプル取出し窓部を介して昇降機内のサンプル籾
を取出し収容するサンプル容器を抜き差し自在に挿入し
てなるものである。

かれることがない許りか、サンプリング時には供給口を
シャッター板で閉鎖した状態で行なうため、サンプル容
器内に収容した穀物が負圧作用でサンプル容器より吸い
出されることがない外、その構成をより簡単にして安価
に製品を提供することができる。
