(57)【要約】 【課題】 使い捨ておむつの面ファスナによる肌への刺
激を防止する。 【解決手段】 使い捨ておむつ１において、前後側胴回
域６，７を係脱可能に連結するための有鉤係止部材１５
が、前後側胴回域６，７いずれかの左右各側縁部に接合
され、中央域とおむつ中心寄りの内側域とを残し、その
他の域が柔軟なシート１８で被覆されている。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、前後側胴回域を着脱
可能に連結して着用する使い捨ておむつに関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、使い捨ておむつにおいて、前後側
胴回域の一方の側縁部に形成した係止部を前後側胴回域
の他方に係脱可能に係合して着用するタイプのものは周
知である。また、かかる係止域を形成するために商品名
マジックテープやベルクロで知られる有鉤係止部材とそ
れに対する被係止部材とからなる面ファスナのうちの一
方の部材を利用することは慣用技術である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】使い捨ておむつにおい
て、前記面ファスナの構成部材は表面シートや裏面シー
ト等の他の部材に比べて一般に高剛性であって、ときと
してその剛性が乳幼児の柔軟な肌を刺激することがあ
る。また、柔軟な表面シートや裏面シートに接合した高
剛性の面ファスナの係合と脱離とを繰り返す場合には、
その脱離時に柔軟なシートと面ファスナ構成部材との界
面に剥離力が作用するから、その構成部材は強固に接合
しておかなければならない。しかしながら、それによっ
て面ファスナ構成部材の剛性が増々高まり、その部材の
角張った周縁部で肌を強く刺激しかねない。
【０００４】そこで、この発明は、面ファスナ構成部材
の周縁部を被覆して該周縁部への剥離力の作用を抑える
とともに、該周縁部による肌への刺激を和らげることを
課題にしている。

【課題を解決するための手段】前記課題を解決するため
にこの発明が前提とするのは、透液性表面シートと不透
液性裏面シートとの間に吸液性コアが介在し、前側胴回
域と後側胴回域とを有し、前記前後側胴回域の一方の各
側縁部に有鉤係止部材が、かつ、その他方の各側縁部に
前記係止部材に対して係脱可能な被係止部材がそれぞれ
設けられている使い捨ておむつである。
【０００６】かかる前提において、前記係止部材は、そ
の中央域とおむつ中央寄りの内側胴回域とを除き残余の
域が該部材よりも柔軟なシートで被覆されていること
が、この発明の特徴である。

【実施例】添付の図面を参照して、この発明に係る使い
捨ておむつの詳細を説明すると、以下のとおりである。
【０００８】図１において部分破断平面図で示すおむつ
１は、透液性表面シート２と、不透液性裏面シート３
と、それら両シート２，３の間に介在する吸液性コア４
とで構成され、前側胴回域６と、後側胴回域７と、それ
ら両域間に位置する股下域８とを有する。前後側胴回域
６，７それぞれの左右両側には前翼部１１と後翼部１２
とが接合されている。表裏面シート２，３は、コア４の
周縁から延出する部分で互いに重なり合い、その部分の
内面どうしが水密に接合している。股下域８の左右両側
縁部と後側胴回域７の端縁部とには脚周り弾性部材１３
と胴周り弾性部材１４とがあり、それら部材１３，１４
が表裏面シート２，３間にあってそれらシートの少なく
とも一方の内面に伸長状態で接合している。
【０００９】後翼部１２の内面には、商品名マジックテ
ープやベルクロで知られる面ファスナのうちの有鉤係止
部材１５が一体的に接合され、部材１５は翼部１２の外
側縁部１２Ａ寄りの側域が被覆シート１８で覆われてい
る。前側胴回域６と前翼部１１の外面には、面ファスナ
のうちの被係止部材１６がその裏面で一体的に接合して
いる。
【００１０】図２は、図１のＩＩ−ＩＩ線端面図であ
る。後翼部１２は、その内側縁部１２Ｂが裏面シート３
の外面に接合し、外側縁部１２Ａの係止部材１５は幅Ａ
だけが露出した状態にある。部材１５は、図の左右方向
における中央域と、おむつ１を左右に二分する中心線寄
りの内側胴回域とを含む幅Ａの部分においてのみ前側胴
回域６の被係止部材１６に係合可能であり、シート１８
で被覆された幅Ｂを有する外側胴回域は係合することが
ない。係合後の部材１５は、後翼部１２の外側縁部１２
Ａを摘持して矢印Ｐ方向に引っ張ると、仮想線で示すよ
うに幅Ａの右側から剥離し始める。このような状態で
は、後翼部１２と部材１５の外側縁部２０との間にいわ
ゆる剥離力が殆ど作用しないから、それら縁部２０と後
翼部１２とは容易に剥離することがない。また、縁部２
０は、シート１８で被覆された状態にあるから着用者の
肌を刺激することもない。
【００１１】図３，４は、おむつ１の実施態様の一つを
示す部分平面図と、そのＩＶ−ＩＶ線端面図である。こ
のおむつ１は、四角形の係止部材１５の四周がシート１
８で被覆されていて、図１，２に例示の係止部材にも増
して肌に刺激を与えることがない。
【００１２】このように、被覆シート１８は係止部材１
５による肌への刺激を和らげる目的を有するから、それ
には該部材１５よりも剛性が低く、肌触りのよい不織布
やプラスチックフィルムを使用する。シート１８は、部
材１５の周縁近傍で後翼部１２の内面に接合していれば
よいが、必要なら部材１５の表面に接合していてもよ
い。
【００１３】図示例の他に、係止部材１５は、後翼部１
２の外側縁部１２Ａから側方へ延出する慣用のテープフ
ァスナの形態をとることもできる。その場合にテープ基
材の内面に接合した部材１５は、少なくともテープの延
出端寄りが被覆される。
【００１４】この発明に係るおむつ１では、前後翼部１
１，１２に透液性または不透液性の不織布またはプラス
チックフィルムを使用することができる。また、それに
代えて表面シート２および／または裏面シート３を側方
へ広げて前後翼部１１，１２としてもよい。おむつ１の
構成部材は、ホットメルト型接着剤等の接着剤で接合す
る他に熱溶着技術によって接合することができる。ただ
し、添付の図面ではそれら接合の図示が省略してある。
図示例において、前側胴回域６の被係止部材１６は柔軟
であるから被覆されていない。しかし、必要なら部材１
６を部材１５と同様に被覆することもできる。

【発明の効果】この発明に係る使い捨ておむつでは、着
用したおむつの前後側胴回域を連結するための面ファス
ナを使用し、該ファスナ構成部材の縁部を柔軟なシート
で被覆したから、その縁部が角張って着用者の肌を刺激
するということがない。また、かかる被覆によって、面
ファスナ構成部材のおむつからの剥離を防止することが
できる。

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートと
    の間に吸液性コアが介在し、前側胴回域と後側胴回域と
    を有し、前記前後側胴回域の一方の各側縁部に有鉤係止
    部材が、かつ、その他方の各側縁部に前記係止部材に対
    して係脱可能な被係止部材がそれぞれ設けられている使
    い捨ておむつであって、 前記係止部材は、その中央域とおむつ中央寄りの内側胴
    回域とを除き残余の域が該部材よりも柔軟なシートで被
    覆されていることを特徴とする前記おむつ。
  2. 【請求項２】前記係止部材は、その中央域を残して全周
    縁が前記柔軟なシートで被覆されている請求項１記載の
    おむつ。
