ンベヤとして最も広く使われている機械で、製造工場の
流れ作業の作業台として、あるいは工場内の運搬機械と
して機械の部分品や、箱のようなかさ物の運搬に利用し
ていろいろ優れた特性をもっている。ところが従来のベ
ルトコンベヤでは構造的に煩瑣となることは避けられな
く、軽量,小型化されて狹隘な場所空間に簡単に設備使

面を有する凹陥部が設けられた巻込防止装置を装設して
なるポータブル小型ベルトコンベヤである。ところが上
記従来のベルトコンベヤでは、ギヤー,変速器等がある
ために構造的に煩瑣で大型化され、場所空間をとり、設
備使用が困難であった。また従来はベルト回転方向を逆
に変えるとごみや夾雑物などがつまりトラブルを生じ易
いもので、巻き込み防止・駆動装置など大型化・複雑化
しコンパクト化が難しかった。本発明はギヤー,変速器
等配設のスペースがいらなく、かつごみや夾雑物がつま
ってトラブルを生じなくてベルト回転方向が正逆運行で

機枠1内の前後端縁には、枠框4内に除塵材などの嵌装
された巻込み防止装置3が夫々設けられている。次に図
4で5aは、前端に腕軸受8aを夫々有する複数の止ピ
ン孔7aが夫々設けられた左右側杆6a,6aと、上下
板9a,10aとで前筒部11aを形成している前側の
機枠部材である。また5bは、後端に腕軸受8bを夫々
有する複数の止ピン孔7bが夫々設けられた左右側杆6
b,6bと、上下板9b,10bとで後筒部11bを形
成している後側の機枠部材である。そして上記構成の前
後機枠部材5a,5bは、後記するセパレータ16の介
在によって任意の間隔で前後方向に隔離可能な分割式機
枠5を構成するものである。さらに12aは、後端に2
本の突軸14と2本のスペーサねじでなるセパレータ1
6とが設けられた左右側面に複数のねじ孔13aを夫々
有する前側の芯板部材である。また12bは、前端に突
軸14と対応する2本の嵌孔15が設けられた左右側面
に複数のねじ孔13aを夫々有する後側の芯板部材であ
る。そして上記構成の前後芯板部材12a,12bは、
突軸14が嵌孔15に嵌挿され、両者間に介在のセパレ
ータ16の調整操作によって任意の間隔で前後方向に隔
離可能な分割式芯板12を構成するものである。そこで
上記のセパレータ16の調整操作によって任意の間隔で
前後方向に隔離して所定の長さと成した前後芯板部材1
2a,12bでなる分割式芯板12を前記の前後機枠部
材5a,5bで成る分割式機枠5の前後筒部11a,1
1b内に挿通セットする。(この際、図3に示すように
上ベルトガイド17を分割式機枠5の上板9a,9b
に、また下ベルトガイド18を同上の下板10a,10
bに夫々取付けることによって枠組セットされるもので
ある。)それから分割式機枠5の前後腕軸受8a,8b
に夫々架承されたドライブローラー21,尾部ローラー
22間に無端ベルト9が張り掛けられる。そして上記の
ようにしてセットされたアセンブリー主体Aは溝形機枠
1内に収納され、外側から溝形機枠1の長孔2,分割式
機枠5の止ピン孔7a,7bを通じて夫々分割式芯板1
2のねじ孔13a,13bに螺締した止ねじ20によっ
て組立てセットを完了するものである。(図1,2参
照)そしてこの発明では図1に示すようにドライブロー
ラー21に直接たわみ軸23が接続されたことを特徴と
