Has been. For example, the line width of the wiring and the wiring interval have been miniaturized to about 50 μm.

The paste is a kind of viscous fluid, and if the "dripping" is large, even if the line width of the wiring is appropriate immediately after printing, if you leave it still after printing, a thick film paste will be produced. It gradually flows and becomes wider than the line width at the beginning of printing. In an extreme case, the wirings may come into contact with each other to cause a short circuit, or in a filter circuit or the like, electrical characteristics may deteriorate.

We try to minimize the occurrence of. There are organic and inorganic anti-sagging agents, but in the field of thick-film pastes, generally organic-based ones are used so that the sag-preventing agents do not remain after firing the thick-film paste. Is used. Specific examples of conventional organic anti-sagging agents include water-added castor oil, amide wax, polyethylene oxide and the like.

Sample N with anti-sagging agent added, compared to Sample No. 1 without anti-sagging agent
Line widths of o.2 to No. 8 are smaller. Especially,
The effect is great if the anti-sagging agent is added in an amount of 0.5 wt% or more. On the other hand, the coating strength tends to be weakened when the anti-sagging agent is added in an amount of 8.0 wt% or more, so the upper limit of the addition is 5.0 w.
About t% is preferable.

It is understood that "sag" is less likely to occur at the same level and the coating film strength is sufficiently improved.

When the stopper is not added, Samples No. 10 to No. 12 are the cases where 2-furancarboxylic acid is added as the sagging inhibitor.

Nos. 10 to 12 have a small line width, less "sagging", and improved coating strength.

In any case, when the anti-sagging agent was added, as a conventional anti-sagging agent, a sample No. 19, 20 containing hydrogenated castor oil and amide wax was added.
It is understood that, compared with the above, not only is the line width thickened to the same extent and "sagging" is less likely to occur, but also the coating film strength is sufficiently improved.

Although not evaluated when used, the solvent butyl cellosolve, butyl cellosolve acetate has almost the same physical properties as butyl carbitol and butyl carbitol acetate, and
Acrylic resin as a binder also has the same physical properties as polyvinyl glutar, and 3-
Furancarboxylic acid has the same physical properties as 2-furancarboxylic acid, furyldioxime has furyl acid, β-2-furylacrolein has β-2-furylacrylic acid, and furylacetic acid has the same physical properties as furyl acid. It is thought that the result of is obtained.
