For example, in the field of beverage packaging such as juice, lactic acid bacterium beverage, water, liquor and the like, and in the field of cosmetic packaging, hollow molded bottles and multi-layered paper packs have been widely used. For example, in a paper pack, it is necessary to stack a heat-sealable resin layer on the paper as the innermost layer in order to perform heat-sealing in the molding and filling steps. As the heat-sealable resin layer, polyolefin, especially polyethylene, has been frequently used. Polyolefin has not only excellent heat sealability but also excellent flexibility, and has the advantage that pinholes do not occur during bending. However, there is a problem that polyolefin is accompanied by a resin odor and is likely to adsorb an aroma component, and the taste and aroma change depending on the type of contents.

On the other hand, homopolyethylene terephthalate consisting essentially of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol is
It is attracting attention as the innermost layer because it absorbs less aroma components and has excellent gas barrier properties. However, since homopolyethylene terephthalate has poor impact resistance and heat sealability, and when it is laminated, its interlayer adhesion with the base material layer is small, so it is used for the innermost layer of multilayer packaging materials that require heat sealing. Was difficult. In addition, polyethylene terephthalate to improve impact resistance,
For example, an amorphous polyethylene terephthalate obtained by copolymerizing about 30 mol% of cyclohexanedimethanol has been proposed, but it is excellent in impact resistance but not satisfactory in aroma retention and heat resistance.

Further, there is disclosed a method of using a layer obtained by blending an ethylene / (meth) acrylic acid ester type copolymer or an ethylene copolymer ionomer with a copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate as the heat seal layer (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. HEI 2). No. 233372, JP-A-3-3283
No. 7, JP-A-5-209116). Although these methods improve heat sealability and flexibility,
The interlayer adhesion between the heat-sealing layer and the base material layer is not always sufficient, and when an ionomer resin having a large metal atom content is used, an increase in the crystallization rate of the copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate and a thermal stability There is a problem that the aroma-retaining property and the heat-sealing property after long-term storage deteriorate due to the deterioration.

However, the copolymerization component of the copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate used here and the resin composition constituting the innermost layer are not limited, and in many cases, heat sealability and interlayer adhesion between the innermost layer and the adhesive layer are provided. The sex was not sufficient and was not satisfactory.

In the invention of claim 1, the innermost layer is made of a resin containing 1% by weight of copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate X and 1% by weight of modified polyolefin Y,
X1 is 70 to 99, preferably 75 to 98, more preferably 80 to 97, and Y1 is 1 to 30, preferably 2 to 25, more preferably 3 to 20. When the blending ratio (Y1) of the modified polyolefin is less than 1% by weight, it is not preferable because not only flexibility is lacked and impact resistance is low, but also heat sealability and pinhole resistance are poor. On the other hand, if the blending ratio of the modified polyolefin exceeds 30% by weight, the fragrance-retaining property, the gas barrier property, the heat resistance and the like are significantly deteriorated, which is not preferable.

In the invention of claim 1, the copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate used for the innermost layer and the adhesive layer has a ratio of the copolymerization component of 2 to 25 mol%, preferably 3%.
-20 mol%, more preferably 5-15 mol%. When the proportion of the copolymerization component exceeds 25 mol%, the resulting multi-layer packaging material has low aroma retaining property and gas barrier property and low thermal stability, which is not preferable. On the other hand, when the ratio of the copolymerization component is less than 2 mol%, the flexibility, impact resistance and heat sealability of the innermost layer of the obtained multilayer packaging material are lowered, which is not preferable. Here, the ratio of the copolymerization component is the sum of the ratio of the dicarboxylic acid component other than terephthalic acid to the total dicarboxylic acid component and the ratio of the diol component other than ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol to the total diol component.

Regarding the metal components contained in the modified polyolefin used in the innermost layer and the adhesive layer in the inventions of claims 1 and 3, it is desirable that the amount is as small as a catalytic amount. When a large amount of metal components such as sodium, potassium, lithium, and zinc is contained, the thermal stability of the copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate in the multilayer packaging material of the present invention is lowered, or it is stored at high temperature for a long time. In that case, the heat sealability may be significantly reduced.
