【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、ノートの表紙等印刷物
の抗菌処理方法に関する。

【従来の技術】ノートの表紙等印刷物には、大腸菌等の
細菌が付着しやすく衛生上好ましくない。そこで、これ
らを清潔に保つために、抗菌処理を施すことが望まれて
いる。ところで、紙製品に対し抗菌処理を施す場合は、
用紙に対して抗菌剤を滲み込ませるのが普通に考えられ
る方法である。しかしながら、印刷物の場合は、用紙の
表面を印刷インキが覆うので、抗菌剤の効き目が弱いと
いう問題があった。
細菌が付着しやすく衛生上好ましくない。そこで、これ
らを清潔に保つために、抗菌処理を施すことが望まれて
いる。ところで、紙製品に対し抗菌処理を施す場合は、
用紙に対して抗菌剤を滲み込ませるのが普通に考えられ
る方法である。しかしながら、印刷物の場合は、用紙の
表面を印刷インキが覆うので、抗菌剤の効き目が弱いと
いう問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】そこで本発明は、ノー
トの表紙等印刷物の抗菌効果を増大して極めて衛生的に
なし得るノートの表紙等印刷物の斬新な抗菌処理方法の
提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記の目的を達成するた
めに、本発明のノートの表紙等印刷物の抗菌処理方法
は、用紙１の表面に印刷インキを用いて先に任意の意匠
を印刷してから、その上に水で溶かした粉末状の抗菌剤
を更に塗り付けることを特徴とする工程を採るものであ
る。

【実施例】以下、本発明の一実施例として、ノートの表
紙の抗菌処理方法について説明する。まず、用紙の上に
印刷インキを用いて任意の意匠を先に印刷する。この印
刷インキとしては次のような組成のインキを用いること
ができる。 顔料 １５〜２５（％） 合成樹脂 ２５〜３０ 乾性油 ２０〜２５ 石油系溶剤 １５〜２０ 皮膜強化剤 １〜３ 裏移り防止剤 ０．５〜２．５ ドライヤー及びその他の溶剤 １〜３
紙の抗菌処理方法について説明する。まず、用紙の上に
印刷インキを用いて任意の意匠を先に印刷する。この印
刷インキとしては次のような組成のインキを用いること
ができる。 顔料 １５〜２５（％） 合成樹脂 ２５〜３０ 乾性油 ２０〜２５ 石油系溶剤 １５〜２０ 皮膜強化剤 １〜３ 裏移り防止剤 ０．５〜２．５ ドライヤー及びその他の溶剤 １〜３
【０００８】次に、上記の印刷インキ層の上に水で溶か
した粉末状の抗菌剤を塗り付ける。塗り付ける方法とし
てはオフセット印刷が好ましい。ここで抗菌剤として
は、難溶性りん酸塩に、抗菌性能を有する金属系（例え
ば銀など）、又は有機系（例えばベンザルコニウム、セ
チルピリジニウムなど）の物質をインターカレート（イ
オン交換）した物を使用することができる。

理したノートの表紙の一部断面を示したものである。図
中、符号１がノートの表紙の用紙であり、符号２が用紙
１の上に形成された印刷インキ層であり、符号３が印刷
インキ層２の更に上に形成された水で溶かした抗菌剤塗
布層である。なお、水で溶かした抗菌剤塗布層３は、乾
燥によって水が蒸発するので最終的に抗菌剤のみが印刷
インキ層２の上に付着する。

【発明の効果】本発明のノートの表紙等印刷物の抗菌処
理方法は上記のように、用紙の表面に印刷インキを用い
て先に任意の意匠を印刷してから、その上に水で溶かし
た粉末状の抗菌剤を更に塗り付けるという工程を採るこ
とによって、表面に付着する細菌に対して抗菌剤が作用
しやすくなるので、ノートの表紙等印刷物の抗菌効果が
増大して極めて衛生的になるという効果がある。
理方法は上記のように、用紙の表面に印刷インキを用い
て先に任意の意匠を印刷してから、その上に水で溶かし
た粉末状の抗菌剤を更に塗り付けるという工程を採るこ
とによって、表面に付着する細菌に対して抗菌剤が作用
しやすくなるので、ノートの表紙等印刷物の抗菌効果が
増大して極めて衛生的になるという効果がある。

- 【請求項１】 用紙の表面に印刷インキを用いて先に任
意の意匠を印刷してから、その上に水で溶かした粉末状
