一方の縦長孔より当着板の外側面に当接して他方の縦長
孔に帯状体が挿通され、該帯状体は途中に伸縮部が設け
られると共に、帯状体の一方端に帯状体の他端が挿通す
る縦長の環体が設けられ、帯状体の他方端に引き手部が
設けられ、この端部の表面側に止着具が設けられ、止着
具と間隔を於いて折り返し時に、この止着具に着脱可能
に係合する止着具が設けられていることを特徴とする方
