【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】（産業上の利用分野）本案は、自動車のボ
ディ構造に関するものである。
【０００２】（従来の技術）従来、自動車の前面衝突に
対するボディ構造は、主に２本のサイドメンバーによっ
て衝撃を吸収する構造であった。
【０００３】（発明が解決しようとする課題）本案の課
題は、前面衝突に対する衝撃吸収力の向上である。
【０００４】（課題を解決するための手段）図において
説明すると、エンジン（１）と客室（２）の間に衝撃吸
収材（３）を設ける。本案は以上のような自動車のボデ
ィ構造である。
【０００５】（発明の作用）本案のボディ構造は、前面
衝突に対して、従来の２本のサイドメンバーと、本案の
衝撃吸収材によって衝撃を吸収し、客室の変形を防ぐ。
【０００６】（実施例）エンジンと客室の間に、衝撃吸
収材を設ける。
【０００７】（発明の効果）本案のボディ構造には、次
のような効果がある。 イ、フルラップ衝突やオフセット衝突時は、従来のサイ
ドメンバーと、本案の衝撃吸収材によって衝撃を吸収す
るので、従来よりも大きな衝撃を吸収できる。 ロ、従来のサイドメンバーでは吸収しにくかった、電柱
等へのボディ中央部からの前面衝突時は、本案の衝撃吸
収材が働き、客室の変形を防ぐことができる。
