Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member that can be firmly fastened at a prescribed position of a forming body, in a state where a warp or bend is corrected for the base part at the time of its arrangement inside a mold. SOLUTION: A fastener member 10 is provided with a nearly flat belt-shaped base part 16, plural engaging elements 18 erected on a main face 12 of the base 16, and connecting elements 20 projectingly provided on a rear face 14 of the base 16. The base 16 is provided with a pair of first edges 22 extending in the longitudinal direction and a pair of second edges 24 extending shorter than the first edge 22 in the transverse direction. The pair of first edges 22 of the base 16 is formed with an extension 26, whose thickness is less than that of the base 16, along nearly the entire length of the first edge 22 at both ends in the transverse direction. With the fastener member 10 arranged as an insert inside the supporting recessed part of the mold, both thin extensions 26 are brought into contact with the side wall of the recessed part and bent elastically, so that the base 16 is pressed toward the depth of the supporting recessed part. Thus, the warp is corrected with the base 16.

On the other hand, when a face-to-face engaging type fastener member is used, the fastener member is fixedly installed at a predetermined position on the surface of the cushion member and can be engaged with the engaging element group of the fastener member. The cover member can be relatively easily fixed to the cushion member by forming the coupling element on the back surface of the cover member, covering the cushion member with the cover member, and then pressing the two engagement elements against each other to engage them. . In this case, by devising the shape and arrangement of the fastener members and the shape and arrangement of the engaging elements, sufficient fixing strength and adhesion can be obtained.

The fastener member having the above-described structure is as small as possible within the range in which the fixing strength and the adhesion of the cover member are not deteriorated so as not to impair the feel and appearance of equipment such as seats. Is desired. Particularly in automobile seats, the load by the occupant frequently moves on the seat, so sufficient adhesion strength is required, and it is desirable to provide a high level of comfort that eliminates the feeling of foreign matter to reduce fatigue. Therefore, a fastener member having an elongated strip shape that can be arranged along the groove portion provided on the surface of the cushion member or the seam of the cover member is effectively used.

On the other hand, generally, in a face-to-face engaging type fastener member, the thickness of the base portion is smaller than the protruding length of the engaging element or the connecting element from the base portion, so that the base portion tends to be warped or bent. In particular, in the case of a structure in which the whole is integrally molded from a resin material, the fastener member manufactured through the extrusion molding process and the injection molding process has a difference in the amount of injected resin on the main surface side and the back surface side of the base portion, and Due to the difference in shrinkage ratio caused by the difference in the shape and arrangement of the coupling element and the coupling element, there is a tendency that a warp with any one of the surfaces of the base portion being convex after molding. It has been known that such warpage occurs remarkably when the fastener member has an elongated strip shape and when it is formed by an extrusion molding process.

By the way, when the face-to-face engaging type fastener member is fixed to the cushion member by the insert molding process as described above, a support concave portion of the fastener member is provided in the molding space of the mold of the cushion member, and the base portion is formed in this concave portion. The fastener member is arranged with the connecting element on the back surface exposed in the molding space. At this time, the engaging element group of the fastener member is inserted into the recess, and the peripheral edge of the base is brought into close contact with the wall surface of the recess to prevent the foamable resin stock solution from entering the main surface of the base. When the foamable resin stock solution is poured into the molding space in this state to mold the cushion member, the fastener member is fixedly connected to the cushion member via the connecting element.

Therefore, when the fastener member having a warp at the base is to be fixed to the cushion member by the insert molding process, a gap is formed between the peripheral edge of the base of the fastener member disposed in the fastener member supporting recess and the wall surface of the recess. , There is a risk that the resin undiluted solution injected into the molding space will enter the main surface of the base through such a gap. The resin undiluted solution that has infiltrated into the main surface of the base portion is solidified while being entangled with the engagement element group and reduces the engagement function of the fastener member. Further, when the fastener member is fixed to the cushion member with the base portion having a warp, accurate mutual engagement between the engagement element group of the fastener member and the corresponding engagement element of the cover member becomes difficult, and the cover member becomes difficult. Tend to be deteriorated in adhesion strength, and the feel and appearance of the adhesion portion of the cover member tend to be impaired.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to correct the warp and flexure of the base portion when the fastener member is fixed to the molding main body by the insert molding process when it is placed in the mold, thereby lowering the engaging function of the engaging element. An object of the present invention is to provide a fastener member for insert molding that can be firmly fixed to a predetermined position of a molding main body without causing a deterioration in the feel or appearance of an adherend. A further object of the present invention is to provide a method for easily and fixedly connecting such an insert molding fastener member to a molding body.

The strip-shaped base 16 has a pair of first edges 22 extending linearly in the longitudinal direction and parallel to each other, and a pair of linear edges extending linearly in the transverse direction and parallel to each other and shorter than the first edge 22. A second edge 24 (only one second edge 24 is shown). From the pair of first edges 22 of the base portion 16, thin-walled extension portions 26 having a thickness smaller than that of the base portion 16 are extended in the transverse direction along substantially the entire length of the first edge 22. The thin extension 26 extends on the same plane as the main surface 12 of the base 16, and thus a step 28 is formed on the first edge 22 on the back surface 14 side of the base 16.

As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of engaging elements 18
Is in a so-called zigzag pattern along the two substantially parallel rows extending in the longitudinal direction on the base 16 and the positions of the engaging elements 18 are offset from each other by a half of the longitudinal arrangement interval. Aligned. Such an arrangement allows the belt-shaped fastener member 10 to have sufficient adhesive strength to the mating member with the smallest possible amount of resin, and also facilitates die-cutting when the fastener member 10 is molded. It is advantageous.

The connecting element 20 is integrally molded from the same resin material as the base 16 at the same time as the base 16 is molded in the step of molding the fastener member 10. As shown in dashed lines in FIG. 3, the connecting element 20 comprises a longitudinal portion 34 extending in the longitudinal direction of the base 16 and a transverse portion 3 extending in the transverse direction of the base 16.
6 are alternately provided, and are formed in a meandering shape continuously in the longitudinal direction of the base 16 as a ridge having a predetermined cross-sectional shape. In the illustrated embodiment, the longitudinal portion 34 is disposed substantially parallel to the first edge 22 of the base 16 and the transverse portion 36 is the second edge 2 of the base 16.

The connecting element 20, which is formed as a meandering ridge on the back surface 14 of the base portion 16, has a contact area between the connecting element 20 and the forming body in the longitudinal and transverse directions of the base portion 16 when embedded in the forming body. It is possible to secure equality and sufficientness in both directions. As a result, the fastener member 10 connected to the molding main body has a separating action that works to roll up from the molding main body in the transverse direction or the longitudinal direction with the first edge 22 or the second edge 24 of the base portion 16 as a starting point (that is, a trigger). Against this, the molded body is held at a predetermined position under the strong coupling force of the coupling element 20.

First, as a preparation step, the fastener member 10 is placed at a predetermined position on the molding surface 42 which defines the molding space 40.
A mold 46, which is a molding main body and is provided with a supporting concave portion 44 for supporting, is prepared. The support recess 44 is the base 1 of the fastener member 10.
A longitudinal dimension D1 that is substantially equal to the longitudinal dimension d of 6 and a transverse dimension w that is a combination of the base portion 16 and both thin wall extension portions 26.
A substantially rectangular opening 48 having a transverse dimension W1 smaller than 1 (FIG. 4). In addition, the support recess 44 has an opening 48.
From the opening 48, a pair of substantially flat longitudinal slanted side walls 50 extending gradually apart from each other, a pair of substantially flat transverse side walls 52 extending parallel to each other from the opening 48, and the side walls 50, 52 intersecting on the same plane. A substantially flat shelf wall 54 extending in a substantially rectangular ring shape
And a second portion 44b having a peripheral wall 56 intersecting the shelf wall 54 and further recessed from the first portion 44a. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, the first portion 44a of the support recess 44 has a dovetail shape in which the width gradually widens from the opening 48 in the transverse cross section.

The second portion 44b of the support recess 44 has a longitudinal dimension D2 smaller than the longitudinal dimension d of the base 16 of the fastener member 10 and a transverse dimension W2 smaller than the transverse dimension w2 of the base 16 (FIG. 4). Adjacent to the shelf wall 54 is provided a substantially rectangular opening 58 having. The fastener member 10 inserts the plurality of engaging elements 18 into the second portion 44b of the support recess 44 and the base 16 and the connecting element 20 into the first portion.
It is housed in the portion 44 a and is arranged at a predetermined position in the mold 46 with the back surface 14 of the base portion exposed in the molding space 40. The second portion 44b has an area large enough not to contact the plurality of accommodated engaging elements 18 so that the engaging elements 18 of the fastener member 10 are not damaged by friction with the peripheral wall 56 or heat transfer. It is desirable to have.

The maximum distance W3 between the pair of longitudinal inclined side walls 50 of the supporting recess 44 (that is, the distance measured at the intersection between the longitudinal side wall 50 and the shelf wall 54) is the fastener member 10.
It is set to be substantially equal to or slightly smaller than the transverse dimension w1 of the base portion 16 and the thin extension portions 26. Therefore, when the fastener member 10 is placed in the support recess 44, both thin-walled extensions 26 of the fastener member 10 elastically bend, and the free ends 26a of each thin-walled extension 26 become the longitudinal sloped sidewalls of the support recess 44. Closely supported by 50. At this time, since the two long side walls 50 are inclined so as to gradually widen the mutual distance from the opening 48 toward the inner side of the recess, each thin extension 26 of the fastener member 10 is convex toward the shelf wall 54. And receives a force from each longitudinal side wall 50 toward the shelf wall 54 as a reaction force of its own elastic restoring force. By this force, the base portion 16 of the fastener member 10 is urged toward the inner depth of the support recess 44, that is, toward the second portion 44b.

After the fastener member 10 is thus supported in the support recess 44, a foamable resin stock solution 60, for example, is injected into the molding space 40 of the mold 46. At this time, since the fastener member 10 is fixedly held in the support recess 44 by the elastic restoring force of each thin wall extension 26 as described above, it receives the flow pressure of the resin stock solution 60 flowing into the first portion 44a. Even if it does not move. Moreover, each thin wall extension 2
The resin stock solution 60 penetrates into the second portion 44b of the support recess 44 due to the close contact between the free end 26a of 6 and each longitudinal side wall 50, and the close contact between the peripheral edge regions 12a and 12b of the main base surface 12 and the shelf wall 54. Is certainly prevented. as a result,
Engaging element 18 of fastener member 10 by mixing resin pieces
The deterioration of the engaging function of is avoided.

When the resin stock solution 60 is solidified and the molding body 62 is molded, the fastener member 10 is firmly fixed to the molding body 62 via the connecting element 20. Then, when the mold 46 is detached from the molding body 62, the molding body 62 is obtained in which the fastener member 10 holding the base portion 16 in a flat state is fixed at a predetermined position on the surface with the engaging element 18 exposed. In particular, when the resin undiluted solution 60 is made of a foamable resin undiluted solution, as shown in FIG. 8, each thin-walled extension 26 of the base 16 of the fastener member 10 returns to its original shape parallel to the main base surface 12 due to its elastic restoring force. The flatness of the base 16 of the fastener member 10 is further improved. Such a fastener member 10 in which the base 16 is held in a flat shape is formed by the molding main body 6
Since it is possible to accurately engage the plurality of engaging elements 18 of the fastener member 10 with the corresponding engaging elements of the adherend (not shown) to be attached to the second member, the fixing strength of the adherend can be improved. Can be improved. In addition, at this time, the feel and the appearance of the adherend are not impaired at the part where the adherend is fixed to the molding body 62.

The angle α formed between each longitudinal side wall 50 and the shelf wall 54 in the support recess 44 of the mold 46 is, for example, 80 °.
It is set in the range of not less than 90 ° and preferably 85 ° to 88 °. If the angle α is smaller than the above range, the molding main body 62 may be damaged at the connecting portion with the fastener member 10 when the mold 46 is detached from the molding main body 62, or the long side wall 50.
There is a tendency that the fastener member 10 collides with the fastener member 10 and separates from the molding body 62. On the other hand, when the angle α is 90 ° or more, the base portion 16 of the fastener member 10 is
Therefore, the elastic biasing force exerted toward the second portion 44b of the support recess 44 cannot be obtained.

The opening 58 of the second portion 44b of the support recess 44 may have a transverse dimension W2 that is substantially equal to or slightly larger than the transverse dimension w2 of the base 16 of the fastener member 10. In this case, due to the elastic biasing action of each thin wall extension 26 of the fastener member 10, each thin wall extension 2
The region near the base end of the joint of 6 with the base 16 is brought into close contact with the shelf wall 54 of the support recess 44, but it is also possible to correct the warp and bending of the base 16. Further, the longitudinal dimension D1 of the first portion 44a of the support recess 44 is
Can be set to be slightly larger than the longitudinal dimension d of the base portion 16 of the fastener member 10 as shown in FIG. This facilitates the work of inserting the fastener member 10 into the support recess 44 while elastically deforming each thin extension 26.

The insert molding fastener member according to the present invention can have various shapes and dimensions. For example, in the above embodiment, the base portion 16 of the fastener member 10 is as small as possible so as not to impair the feel and appearance of the adherend within a range that does not reduce the fixing strength of the adherend or the adhesion to the molding body. And is therefore in the form of an elongated strip having a longitudinal dimension greater than the transverse dimension. The longitudinal dimension d of the base 16 is, for example, 50 mm
~ 500 mm. Also, the transverse dimension w2 of the base portion 16
Is, for example, 3 mm to 30 mm, preferably 4 mm to 10 mm. When the dimensions d and w2 are smaller than the above range, it becomes difficult to firmly fix the adherend, and when the dimensions d and w2 are larger than the above range, the warp and the flexure of the base portion 16 tend to be so remarkable that they are difficult to correct. Furthermore, the thickness t1 of the base 16 (the distance between the main surface 12 and the back surface 14) is, for example, 0.5 mm to
It is 5 mm, preferably 1 mm to 3 mm. When the thickness t1 is smaller than the above range, the warp or bending of the base portion 16 becomes so remarkable that it is difficult to correct, and when the thickness t1 is larger than the above range, the feel and appearance of the adherend tend to be impaired.

The thin wall extension 26 of the base 16 is advantageously provided along substantially the entire length of the first edge 22 of the base 16 in order to reliably correct warpage and flexure of the base 16. is there. The transverse dimension e of the thin extension 26 is, for example, 1 mm to 10 mm, preferably 1.2 mm to 3 mm. When the transverse dimension e is smaller than the above range, elastic deformation of the thin wall extension portion 26 becomes difficult and the function of correcting the warp of the base portion 16 is deteriorated. When it is larger than the above range, the elastic biasing force to the base portion 16 is decreased. Or it becomes difficult to arrange the support recess 44 in the support recess 44. The thickness t2 of the thin extension 26 is, for example, 0.2 mm to 3 mm, preferably 0.3 mm to 1 mm. If the thickness t2 is smaller than the above range, the elastic biasing force to the base portion 16 is reduced, and it is damaged when it is placed in the support recess 44, and if it is larger than the above range, elastic deformation of the thin extension portion 26 becomes difficult. As a result, the function of correcting the warp of the base 16 tends to deteriorate.

The thin-walled extension 26 of the base 16 extends longitudinally in a sawtooth shape as shown in FIG. 13 to facilitate insertion of the base 16 into the support recess 44 of the mold 46 during the insert molding process. A free end 26a can be provided. Alternatively, the thin extension 26 may include a sinusoidal or rectangular wave free end 26a. With such a configuration, the contact length between the free end 26a of the thin extension 26 and the longitudinally inclined side wall 50 of the support recess 44 is reduced as compared with the case of the embodiment of FIG. The force required to insert the base 16 is reduced. This effect becomes more advantageous as the longitudinal dimension of the base 16 increases.
To reduce the labor burden on workers. In this case, the base 16
It is desirable to determine the shape of the thin-walled extension portion 26 within a range in which the function of correcting the warp of the base portion 16 is not deteriorated due to the reduction of the elastic biasing force to the.

Further, in the base portion 16, a pair of second edges 24 extending in the transverse direction can be provided with elastically deformable thin-wall extensions (not shown) having a smaller thickness than the base portion 16. This thin-walled extension portion extends from the second edge 24 in the longitudinal direction over substantially the entire length of the second edge 24, thereby providing the first extension.
Similar to the thin extension 26 of the rim 22, the base 16 is elastically deformed when the base 16 is inserted into the support recess 44 of the mold 46 in the insert molding step, and the warp of the base 16 is corrected to correct the base main surface 1.
The action of closely adhering the region near the peripheral edge of 2 to the shelf wall 54 is promoted.

The plurality of engaging elements 18 are not limited to the zigzag arrangement arranged in two rows along the longitudinal direction on the base 16 as shown in FIG. 3, but may be arranged in parallel so as to overlap each row in the transverse direction. You can also In addition, both the staggered arrangement and the parallel arrangement can be arranged in three or more rows along the longitudinal direction. In this way, if the arrangement of the plurality of engaging elements is appropriately selected, only one or a plurality of relative rotational positions of the insert molding fastener member according to the present invention and the mating member in the facing state, It is also possible to allow mutual engagement of both members. By the way, it is desired that the fastener member 10 be manufactured by an injection molding process in order to reduce warpage and flexure of the base portion 16 that occur at the time of molding thereof. In that case, in a parallel arrangement of two or more rows, It becomes difficult to remove the mold. In such cases, US Pat. No. 5,2
A method of integrally forming a base, an engaging element, and a connecting element from a resin material by an injection molding process using a destructively detachable mold such as a leg mold disclosed in No. 42,646. Is advantageous.

The connecting element 20 resists the separating action which acts to roll up the base 16 transversely or longitudinally from the forming body, and in order to increase the rigidity of the base 16 against twisting, the longitudinal portion 34 and the transverse portion 36. And preferably. In this case, the connecting element 20 is not limited to the shape of the meandering ridge shown in FIG. 3, but is, for example, the meandering ridge 20 including only the longitudinal portion 34 and the transverse portion 36 of FIG.
a, a separate type meandering ridge 20b having a groove in the longitudinal portion 34 of FIG. 15B, a separate type T-shaped ridge 20c of FIG. 15C,
Other shapes can be adopted. Any of these shapes facilitates detachment of the mold at the time of molding the fastener member 10, and removes the resin undiluted solution of the molding main body at the time of insert molding while expelling air in the transverse direction of the base, and every corner of the surface of the connecting element 20. Since it can be easily spread even up to, it is possible to improve the connection strength between the fastener member 10 and the molding body.

The protruding height c of the connecting element 20 from the rear surface 14 of the base is, for example, 1 mm to 20 mm. Further, in the wedge-shaped connecting element 20 of FIG. 1 that improves the connecting strength between the fastener member 10 and the molding body, the angle formed by the base back surface 14 and the inclined side surface of the connecting element 20 is, for example, 5 ° to 30 °. . Furthermore, in order to further improve the connection strength between the fastener member 10 and the molding body, in addition to the connection element 20,
For example, a secondary connecting element (not shown) having a protrusion shape similar to that of the engaging element 18 can be selectively added. The connection strength with respect to the pulling force acting in the vertical direction with respect to the base 16 is, for example, 5 kg or more, and the connection strength with respect to the peeling force that acts to roll up the first edge 22 from the base 16 is, for example, 2 kg or more. By the way, as described above, the connecting element 20 of the fastener member 10 of FIG. 1 is provided with the longitudinal portion 34 and the transverse portion 36 extending in a meandering shape, so that the rigidity of the base portion 16 against torsion is enhanced. . At the same time, it has been found that the meandering connecting element 20 exhibits high rigidity against bending of the base portion 16 in a direction parallel to the main surface 12 (hereinafter, referred to as a horizontal direction). Therefore, the fastener member 10 is suitable for use in which it is linearly connected to the molding main body, but is not applicable when it is required to connect to the molding main body while the base 16 is bent in the horizontal direction. Have difficulty. As such an application, for example, in a bucket seat type automobile seat having a three-dimensional shape that conforms to the body shape of a seated person, a fastener member is formed along a curved seam of a cover member three-dimensionally sewn according to a cushion shape. The case of arranging is mentioned. Figures 16-18 show some alternative embodiments of connecting elements that allow the application of fastener members in such cases.

Since the base portion 16 and the anchor portion 74, which are balanced in terms of material strength, are joined by the leg portion 72 at a predetermined interval, stress is generated between the base portion 16 and the anchor portion 74 when the base portion 16 is bent in the horizontal direction. To be distributed almost evenly. Moreover, the leg portion 72 itself does not prevent the base portion 16 from bending in the horizontal direction. As a result, the base portion 16 can be easily bent in the horizontal direction without being twisted or bent in a wave shape. Therefore, the fastener member provided with the connecting element 70 can be easily insert-molded into the curved groove of the cushion member in, for example, an automobile seat of the bucket seat type, and the corresponding engagement of the curved seam of the three-dimensional sewing cover member. It is possible to firmly engage the element to bring the cover member into close contact with the cushion member, and improve the functionality and design. Further, regardless of the shape of the molding body, the fastener member can be flexibly installed at a position that does not touch the human body (for example, a seated person) or is less frequently touched. It can exert a sufficient fastener function without losing the feel. The connecting element 70 is
Needless to say, when the anchor portion 74 is embedded in the molding main body by the insert molding process, the anchor portion 74 bites into the molding main body in a wedge shape to exert a strong coupling force.

The connecting element 70 has a transverse dimension w1 of the base 16 and the two thin extensions 26, a combined height p of the base 16 and the coupling element 70, and a transverse dimension y of the anchor portion 74. When substantially equal, it facilitates bending of the base 16, especially in the horizontal direction. In this case, the leg portions 72 are arranged so as to be displaced inward with respect to the bending radius (that is, in FIG. 1).
If the H-shaped cross section of 6 (b) is corrected to a U-shaped cross section), the bending becomes easier. However, in such a configuration,
At the time of insert molding, a worker must check the position of the leg portion 72 and place the leg portion 72 in the mold, which is complicated. Further, in consideration of the meandering flexure in the S shape in the horizontal direction, it is preferable to arrange the leg portion 72 substantially at the center of the back surface 14 in the transverse direction as shown in the drawing.

In the connecting element 70, as shown in FIG. 16 (a), a plurality of slits 76 can be provided in the anchor portion 74 at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction. With such a configuration, at the time of insert molding, the molding main body is solidified in a state of entering the slit 76 of the anchor portion 74, so that the connecting force for connecting the fastener member to the molding main body can be further increased. In particular, the slit 76 allows the base 16 to be inserted into the second edge 24 of the base 16 by intruding the molding body.
It acts so as to firmly anchor the anchor portion 74 to the molding main body against the separating force acting to roll up from the molding main body in the longitudinal direction. From such a viewpoint, the second edge 24 that can serve as a starting point for rolling up the base portion 16 in the longitudinal direction.
At least one slit 76 may be provided adjacent to.

The slit 76 further has the base 16 in a direction orthogonal to the main surface 12 (hereinafter
It also serves to facilitate bending in the vertical direction). Due to this action, the fastener member including the connecting element 70 can be installed particularly on various three-dimensional curved surface portions of the surface of the cushion member of the vehicle seat, and the fixing portion of the cover member can be set at a desired position. This has the advantage of increasing the degree of freedom. From this point of view, the number of slits 76 is increased and the slits 76 are also formed on the leg portions 72.
Is advantageously formed continuously. However, in that case, the effect of balancing / dispersing the stress when the base portion 16 is bent in the horizontal direction is weakened, and the bending in the horizontal direction tends to be difficult. Therefore, depending on the required bending direction,
It is desirable to select the shape and number of slits 76.

It is desirable that the longitudinal dimension x of the slit 76 is as small as possible from the viewpoint of facilitating the bending in the horizontal direction. There is a fear that the resistance against the separating action that acts to roll 16 up from the forming main body in the longitudinal direction decreases. Therefore, it is preferable that the slit 76 has a shape in which x is as small as possible in a portion adjacent to the leg portion 72 as shown in the drawing and is gradually enlarged toward the tip of the anchor portion 74.

The connecting element 80 according to the modified embodiment shown in FIG. 17 is integrally molded from the same resin material as the base portion 16,
It is composed of a ridge formed on the back surface 14 so as to be linearly continuous in the longitudinal direction of the base portion 16. This ridge has a thin plate-like leg portion 82 which is joined to the rear end 14 at a substantially central portion in the transverse direction at the base end.
The leg portion 82 has a thickness (transverse direction dimension) that gradually increases from the base end coupled to the back surface 14 toward the free end of the tip, and the region having the maximum transverse direction dimension of the free end serves as the anchor portion 84. To work.

The connecting element 80 is provided with an anchor portion 84 at the free end of the tip remote from the back surface 14 and having a transverse dimension larger than that of the base end of the connection with the back surface 14, whereby the connecting element 70 of FIG. Similarly, the stress when the base portion 16 is bent in the horizontal direction can be dispersedly applied to the base portion 16 and the anchor portion 74, and as a result, the bending of the base portion 16 in the horizontal direction can be facilitated. it can. However, in the connecting element 80, the maximum transverse dimension q of the anchor portion 84, that is, the leg portion 82, is smaller than the transverse dimension w1 of the base 16 and the two thin-walled extension portions 26 combined, and thus the connecting element 70.
Compared with, the action of facilitating the bending of the base portion 16 in the horizontal direction is inferior.

In the connecting element 80, a plurality of through holes 8 penetrating the leg 82 in the transverse direction near the free end of the leg 82.
6 can be provided at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction.
With such a configuration, during insert molding, the molding main body is solidified in a state of entering the through hole 86, so that the connecting force for connecting the fastener member to the molding main body can be further increased. In particular, the through hole 86 allows the leg portion 82 to act as a forming main body against the separating force that acts to roll up the base 16 in the longitudinal direction from the second edge 24 of the base portion 16 when the forming main body enters. It acts so as to firmly lock. It is desirable that the size of the through hole 86 be determined within a range that does not significantly reduce the mechanical strength of the leg portion 82.

Since the fastener member according to the present invention has a strip shape, as discussed in the above description, after the insert molding is performed on the molding main body, the base is rolled up from the molding main body in the longitudinal direction from the second edge of the base. It is desired that the base can be firmly hooked to the molding body against the separating force that acts.
In order to impart such a function, for example, FIGS.
In each of the embodiments shown in FIG. 17 and FIG. 18, only the base 16 can be extended in the longitudinal direction in the vicinity of the second edge 24, as shown in FIG. In this case, the supporting recess 44 is provided at a predetermined height from the molding surface 42 of the mold 46, which is the main body for molding, and the lateral side wall 52 that defines the supporting recess 44 (FIG. 6).
Is omitted and the shelf wall 54 is communicated with the outside of the support recess 44,
As shown in the figure, the fastener member is placed in the mold 46 in a state where the longitudinal extension 16a of the base 16 is supported by the shelf wall 54 and extended to the outside of the support recess 44 (FIG. 18A). If insert molding is performed in this state, as shown in FIG. 18B, the longitudinal extension 16a of the base 16 is embedded in the molding main body 62, so that the base 16 is molded in the longitudinal direction from the second edge 24 of the molding. The base portion 16 is firmly hooked to the molding main body 62 against the separating force acting to roll up from the main body 62.

The fastener member according to the present invention is formed by connecting two or more fastener members (for convenience, referred to as single fastener members) as described in each of the above embodiments in the longitudinal direction. Including things. Such a combined fastener member is preferably integrally formed by connecting a plurality of unit fastener members with each other by a flexible joint element (joint) having a transverse dimension smaller than the transverse dimension of the base. To be done. Therefore, the combined fastener member has an effect of facilitating the positioning of each single fastener member and improving workability when the plurality of single fastener members are attached to a plurality of relatively close locations on the molding body.

Preferably, the coupling element is integrally molded from the same material as the base to the same thickness in the base to bond the bases together. Coupling elements of such a construction can be more easily flexed than the base by providing a smaller transverse dimension than the base. Alternatively, a wire or strip made of a flexible metal material such as wire may be used as the connecting element, and the wire or the strip may be integrally incorporated into each single fastener member by the insert molding method. Further, the coupling element may be shaped to be embedded in the molding body when insert-molding the coupling type fastener member, but the coupling element itself may be provided with the above-mentioned coupling element and the coupling element may mold the coupling element. A configuration in which the main body is fixedly connected is preferable. The relative arrangement of the individual fastener members on the molding body is arbitrary,
In consideration of workability, the longitudinal dimension of the coupling element is preferably set in the range of 5 mm to 100 mm.

The fastener member according to the present invention can be formed from various materials. In particular, in order to exert an appropriate biasing force on the base by elastic deformation of the thin-walled extension of the base,
The flexural modulus of the thin extension is preferably 9800 N / cm 2
Up to 245,000 N / cm 2 , particularly preferably 49,000 N
/ Cm 2 to 196000 N / cm 2 is required. In order to achieve such a flexural modulus, suitable materials for the fastener member include polyamide (6-nylon (trademark), 6,6-nylon (trademark), etc.), polypropylene, polyethylene, ionomer, polyacetal, polyester ( Polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, etc.), polyphenylene sulfide, polyether ketone, polyether ester, polyether sulfone, polyether imide, polysulfone, and polyarylate. Of these, particularly preferable materials are 6-nylon (trademark), 6,6-nylon (trademark), and polypropylene.

It is also possible to add a filler such as carbon black, glass fiber, titanium oxide or iron oxide to such a resin material to control the flexural modulus within a suitable range. A particularly suitable filler is carbon black. In this case, the content of carbon black is preferably 0.01 to 10 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin,
It is particularly preferably in the range of 1 to 5 parts by weight. If the content of carbon black is less than this range, it tends to be difficult to control the elastic modulus, and if it is more than this range, the lubricating effect due to carbon black becomes remarkable, and the connecting strength for connecting the fastener member to the molding main body decreases. Tend to do.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, it is possible to surely correct the warp and bending of the base portion of the fastener member when it is arranged as an insert in the mold, so that the engagement of the engaging element is performed. It is possible to firmly fix the fastener member at a predetermined position of the molding main body without deteriorating the function or impairing the feel and appearance of the adherend.
Further, according to the present invention, such an insert molding fastener member can be easily and fixedly connected to the molding body.
