The napped knitted cloth as used in the present invention means that the ground yarn and the napped yarn are made of different yarns and napped by warp knitting such as tricot or Russell or circular knitting. The napped yarn in the present invention refers to a yarn in which the sinker loop is loop-shaped in circular knitting and the sinker loop is long in warp knitting, and these loops are cut and napped after knitting to be in a napped state. As a result of diligent study on this raised yarn, the present inventors have found that a muffler made of a raised knit fabric using a polyester yarn having a specific single yarn thickness and a degree of irregularity has a volume feeling, is soft and has a good touch,
The present invention has been found to meet the purpose of the present invention, which is also excellent in washing durability.

The raised yarn used in the present invention has a single yarn thickness of 1 to
The polyester yarn has 1.8d, preferably 1.2 to 1.6d, and a degree of irregularity of 1.2 or more, preferably 1.3 to 1.7. If the single yarn thickness of the fluffed yarn is larger than 1.8d, it does not have a good texture and feel, and if it is less than 1.0d, it has a good texture and a good feel, but it is a fluffed cloth with insufficient volume feeling. Does not match. In addition, the deformed degree of the raised yarn may have any cross-sectional shape such as Δ type, Y type, □ type, and ☆ type, but if the deformed degree is less than 1.2, the feel is not good and it is in a “dry” state. Becomes Also, the appearance is not good because the napped yarn on the surface is messy, and when the knitting density of the napped fabric is coarse or when the length of the napped yarn is short, the gland (ground structure) can be seen through, resulting in a poorly napped knit fabric. .

If the irregularity of the napped yarn is large, the feel is good, the appearance is moderately sheep-like, and the gland does not show through even when the knitting density is rough or the length is short. , It becomes a brushed knit cloth with an extremely high-class feeling. However, if the degree of irregularity becomes too large, fluffing occurs and thread breakage easily occurs, so caution is required. In the present invention, the irregularity is defined as (circumscribed circle diameter) / (diameter of inscribed circle) from the inscribed circle that is in contact with the end closest to the center of the fiber cross section and the circumscribed circle that is in contact with the end farthest from the center. It means what is sought by.

Any material can be used for the ground yarn used in the present invention. The ground yarn used in the present invention needs to use 40% by weight or more, preferably 60 to 70% by weight, of a stretchable yarn, and is knitted simultaneously with the raised yarn to give a raised knit fabric. When the mixing ratio of the elastic yarns is less than 40% by weight, the texture is hard, the muffler is not worn and the silhouette is not beautiful. In the present invention, the stretchable yarn is a wooly (temporary twist) processed yarn of polyester or nylon,
Stretchable yarn such as polyurethane and polybutylene terephthalate. Non-stretchable yarns other than the stretchable yarn of the ground yarn used in the present invention include raw yarns (long fibers) such as polyester, polyamide, acrylic, rayon and cupra, interlaced yarns, etc., and further spinning of cotton, wool, hemp, etc. There is a thread.

In the present invention, the method of combining the stretchable yarn of the ground yarn and the non-stretchable yarn is not particularly limited. For example, a method of alternately arranging one original yarn and a woolly textured yarn, and a method of alternately arranging one original yarn and one covering yarn in which wooly textured yarn or spun yarn is wound around polyurethane are alternately arranged. It is possible to arbitrarily change the mixing ratio of the stretchable yarns by designing the stretchable yarns to be 40% by weight or more of the ground yarn. In this case, the higher the mixing ratio of the elastic yarns, the more the stretchability of the napped cloth increases, the softer the texture, and the better the drapeability, so that the muffler is very comfortable to wear.

In the muffler made of the raised knit cloth of the present invention, a base cloth is manufactured by a circular knitting machine or a warp knitting machine. The circular knitting machine may be a method using a single knitting machine such as a sinker pile circular knitting machine or a method using a double knitting machine. In the double knitting machine, as the double knitted fabric, the ground yarn and the raised yarn are knitted simultaneously in one bed, and only the raised yarn is knitted in the tuck loop in the other bed. Also, on the other bed side where only the raised yarn is knitted with the tack loop, at the same time knitting the knit loop with a water-soluble fiber such as Poval fiber to produce a knitted base fabric, and dissolving the water-soluble fiber at the time of dyeing. As a result, it is possible to leave only the tack loop composed of the raised yarn in a pile shape. By raising the pile of the raised yarn, it is possible to manufacture a raised knit cloth different from the sinker pile circular knitting machine.

In order to put the raised yarn on both sides using the sinker pile circular knitting machine, if the knitting conditions are set so that the ground structure of the ground yarn is sandwiched between the raised yarns, the raised yarn will be applied to both side surfaces of the knitted base fabric. By raising and raising this, it is possible to raise both sides. The muffler made of the raised knit fabric of the present invention can be manufactured by any method even when it is manufactured using a warp knitting machine. For example, using a tricot machine with two reeds, a raised yarn is placed on the front and a ground yarn is placed on the back, the ground yarn is 1-0 / 1-2 Denby, and the raised yarn is 5-6 / 1.
A raised knit fabric can be produced by raising a raised yarn having a longer sinker loop with a swing of about −0.

It has a great influence on the feel of volume and the feel of the hand, and is a raised yarn used in the present invention, and has 20 raised entangled parts.
It is possible to make a muffler made of the finest brushed knit cloth for the first time by setting it to 60%. If the raised entangled portion is less than 20%, the surface appearance does not become a light sheep shape, and the appearance is poor and the feel is poor. Also, the brushed entanglement is 60
If it exceeds%, the surface appearance becomes felt-like and becomes a muffler made of a poorly brushed knit cloth.

Those having a raised entangled portion of 20 to 60% can be obtained by various methods. For example, a brushed yarn has a tensile strength of 4 to 5 g.
When raised using polyester thread of / d,
The raised entangled portion becomes 70% or more, but the raised entangled portion is scraped off by shirring to keep the raised entangled portion in the range of 20 to 50%, and as a raised needle cloth when raising, for example, a Δ cross section. Raised by a method that uses a raised needle cloth with a sharp cut surface to cut the raised yarn at a stretch, or by using a weak-strength yarn with a tensile strength of 1 to 3 g / d. It is relatively easy to obtain the entangled portion in the range of 20 to 60%.

In the present invention, the raised entangled portion means a portion where the cross section of the raised cloth is observed and the tip portions of the raised portion above the ground tissue portion are intertwined with each other. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing a cross section of a napped knit cloth, in which a napped yarn is located above the ground tissue portion C, and the napped yarn is divided into a non-entangled portion B and a napped entangled portion A. The non-entangled portion B is composed of an aggregated portion of fibers which is substantially straighter than the ground texture portion C, and the raised entangled portion A is present on the upper portion. The raised entangled portion A is not an orderly state like the non-entangled portion B, but refers to a portion where fibers are randomly gathered in various directions.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The muffler made of the raised knit cloth of the present invention is a product having a softer texture, a better feel to the touch, and a volume feeling than the conventional one, and is excellent in heat retention, and also has an external appearance. It is a very high-class muffler with a light sheep tone, good tailoring and excellent washing durability. Further, even when used (wearing), pilling is unlikely to occur, especially when using a brushed yarn having a tensile strength of 1 to 3 g / d, pilling occurs almost even after long-term use (wearing). No, it's a super high-class muffler.
