（１）を差し込み第１指と第２指の間隔を保持する。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は，底部よりの突起に指止めを取りつけた健康
サンダルに関するものである。本発明は第１指と第２指
の間に適度の間隔を保つことにより，足裏にかかる体重
のバランスが良くなり，健康に良い。最近はとみに靴を
履くことが多く，足指に圧迫，緊張が起こっているが，
これを是正緩和することが出来る。図１の指止めを挟む
ことにより，足指の筋力強化につながり，健康に良い。
図１の指止めの材質は，適度の強度のゴム，プラスチッ
ク等でよく，左右の足指の間隔の相違も，指止めの大き
さを適当に入れ替える事により，自由に調節することが
できる。取りつけ，取り外しが簡単である。取り替えに
おいて，図１は上部より差し込む方法であるが，横部よ
り差し込むこともできる。スリッパにも作成することが
できる。
