Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a decorative block to be laid on a slope, a river bank, etc., and more specifically, to create a natural appearance of the slope to be laid. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a decorative block in which a color pattern imitating a natural stone or the like is locally applied.

Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a method of manufacturing a block of this type, for example, a method of manufacturing a color block in which a coloring material such as an inorganic pigment is mixed in concrete in advance and poured into a mold and then removed from the mold after curing. However, with this manufacturing method, the entire block is colored almost uniformly, and the appearance of the block becomes a single color, so there is little change, and the parts that do not appear on the surface after installation are also colored. Therefore, the coloring material is wasteful and uneconomical.

Pour the concrete mixed with the colorant into only the concave part of the formwork provided with the concave part, and then pour the normal concrete (meaning concrete not mixed with the colorant) over it and wait for the hardening A method of manufacturing a makeup block is known. According to this method, it is theoretically possible to manufacture a block in which a color pattern simulating natural stone is applied to a portion corresponding to the concave portion of the mold (the convex portion of the block).

Therefore, there is a problem that the color pattern to be applied only to the convex portion of the molded block bleeds to other portions, and the concrete mixed with the coloring material and ordinary concrete, further, Since it is necessary to prepare concrete containing a plurality of coloring materials according to the type of color, there is a problem that the work is very complicated.

It has a psychedelic appearance, and on the contrary gives the viewer an unnatural feel, so there is no point in applying color.

The water-soluble adhesive 6 is applied to a predetermined portion of the surface 3a of the above, and the cosmetic coloring material 7 such as a pigment is further applied to the upper surface of the water-soluble adhesive 6, and then the concrete 8 is poured into the mold 1.
After hardening the concrete 8, the form 1 is removed. Another means is to apply a mixture of a cosmetic coloring material 7 such as a pigment and a water-soluble adhesive 6 to a predetermined portion of the surface 3a of the mold 1 and then apply concrete to the inside of the mold 1. 8
Is poured and after the concrete 8 is hardened, the formwork 1 is removed. Further, as another means, the upper surface 2a of the concave portion 2 provided at a desired position on the surface 3a of the mold 1 and to which the water-soluble adhesive 6 and the cosmetic coloring material 7 are applied is rough. Especially.

Is held on the surface 3a of the mold 1 by the water-soluble adhesive 6, so that the cosmetic coloring material 7 does not flow out from a predetermined portion of the surface 3a of the mold 1 even when the concrete 8 is poured, and Since the water-soluble adhesive 6 holding the coloring material 7 impregnates and bonds to the poured concrete 8 due to its affinity, the cosmetic coloring material 7 also follows the water-soluble adhesive 6 in accordance with the predetermined amount on the surface side of the concrete 8. It will be fixed in place.

Particularly, in the case of the method of applying the mixture like the above-mentioned other means, the application work is required only once, and when the upper surface 2a of the concave portion 2 in the mold 1 is roughened, the upper surface 2a is applied. Concrete 8 that acts to prevent the flow of the water-soluble adhesive 6 that is applied and that is molded
There is an advantage that the surface layer of is also roughened and more like a natural stone.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a mold body 3 in which a concave portion 2 imitating the contour of a natural stone is appropriately molded on a surface 3a, and the mold body 3 A frame consisting of a frame body 5 which is detachably attached to the periphery of the concave portion 2 is shown on the upper surface 2a of the concave portion 2 as shown in an enlarged view. The shape is formed.

First, the concave portion is formed by applying a water-soluble adhesive 6, for example, an adhesive made of polyvinyl alcohol, which is a water-soluble resin, onto the upper surface 2a of the concave portion 2 of the mold 1 by a known means such as spray coating or brush coating. A thin film of the water-soluble adhesive 6 is formed on the upper surface 2a of 2. The water-soluble adhesive 6 used at this time is adjusted to be viscous in order to prevent it from flowing below the concave portion 2. Further, since the upper surface 2a of the concave portion 2 is formed to be a rough surface due to fine unevenness, the water-soluble adhesive 6 is easily attached to the upper surface 2a. It is securely fixed and held.

Since the water-soluble adhesive 6 does not flow from the inside, and the water-soluble adhesive 6 impregnates and binds to the concrete 8 in affinity with the water content of the concrete 8 poured into the concave portion 2,
The cosmetic coloring material 7 is fixed to the surface layer portion 9a of the concrete 8 in the concave portion 2 according to the water-soluble adhesive 6 without being dispersed.

As shown in FIG. 3, the color pattern is applied only to the convex portion 9 of the decorative block 10, and the color pattern does not bleed out as in the conventional case, and the color pattern can be clearly displayed at a desired position. Can be given. Therefore, the observer feels as if natural stones were buried, and the purpose of the makeup block to arrange artificial stones in a stone-planted manner on the revetment surface can be certainly achieved.

The surface 3a of the mold body 3 of the mold 1 is not limited to the case of coating.
It is also possible to manufacture the decorative block 10 in which only the base 10a of the block is colored, as shown in FIG. Further, it may be applied to both the concave portion 2 and the surface 3a. Further, the mold 1 used in the present invention does not necessarily have to be provided with the concave portion 2, and the mold body 3 may have a smooth or convex surface 3a. Further, in the above embodiment, the method of manufacturing the decorative block using the single mold 1 has been shown, but the method of the present invention can be similarly applied to a mold for so-called cast-in-place concrete to be constructed on site. Is. In short,
In order to apply a color pattern to a desired part of the concrete body, the water-soluble adhesive 6 or the like may be applied to a predetermined part of the formwork corresponding thereto.

Since it is molded as, there is an advantage that it has a three-dimensional effect and is easy to simulate natural stone. Further, if moss color or the like is applied to the surface 3a in addition to the concave portion 2, the base 10a of the decorative block 10 also simulates a natural state, so it is more clear that a concrete block is laid on the revetment surface or the like. It has the advantage of becoming difficult.

A clear color pattern can be applied. Therefore, since the color division with the uncolored portion or the other colored portions is clear at each place, it is possible to manufacture a decorative block having an appearance as if natural stones were arranged. Further, the rough surface of the upper surface of the concave portion contributes to the prevention of the flow of the water-soluble adhesive and the like, and thus to the above-mentioned clear coloring, and the rough surface is transferred to the molded block to make it look more like a natural stone. The blocks can be manufactured.
