(57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] In a foil-wound coil in which a copper foil is wound around a bobbin, the copper wound around the bobbin does not cause complicated lead wire connection work and deterioration of the finish caused by pulling out the lead wire. (EN) Provided is a low-cost copper foil coil for foil winding, in which connection portions can be drawn from both ends of the foil. SOLUTION: The end portions of two linear strip-shaped copper foil pieces 11 and 12 having the same width and the same length are connected and integrated in parallel so as to form a crank shape. It is provided with a structure in which the entire surface excluding the connecting portion having a predetermined width is covered with an insulating material. By winding the copper foil around the winding portion of the bobbin, both ends of the copper foil were brought out of the winding.

2. Description of the Related Art Among coils, for a coil used for passing a large current, a wire having a large wire diameter is used in order to reduce the DC resistance of the winding, but as shown in FIG. When the winding 2 is applied to the bobbin 1, a gap is likely to be generated between the winding wires, so that the winding area of the bobbin cannot be effectively used. Further, in order to solve such a problem, as shown in FIG. 3B, a copper foil or a thin copper plate 3 is used instead of the winding wire and wound around a bobbin to reduce the direct current resistance. Foil-wound coils are used that increase the degree of adhesion between foils or copper plates and effectively utilize the winding area of the bobbin. However, in the case of the foil winding coil shown in (b), the winding start of the copper foil 3 is located at the center of the winding, but in the coil, each end of the winding start and the winding end is connected to the connecting portion. Therefore, it is necessary to perform work for leading out the copper foil end located at the center to the outside. As such a derivation method, for example, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), only the both ends of the copper foil 3 whose surface is covered with the insulating film 4 is removed to expose the copper foil and the center of the winding. The lead wire 6 is connected to the exposed portion 5 on the winding start end side to be positioned in the section by soldering or the like. 4 (b) and 4 (c) show a winding procedure for the bobbin 1. As shown in FIG. 4 (b), the lead wire 6 is pulled out to the outside of the bobbin, and the winding start end is started to be wound on the bobbin. As in c), the lead wire 6 is pulled out to the outside of the winding even at the end of winding. In this way, both ends can be used as the connecting portions, respectively. However, in this conventional example, the work of connecting the lead wire 6 to the end portion of the copper foil by soldering and the work of providing insulation after soldering are required, so that the manufacturing workability is deteriorated and the cost is increased. there were. Also,
Since the lead wire 6 to be drawn out is led out from the gap between the bobbin and the end edge of the rolled copper foil, there is a problem that the finish is inevitably deteriorated.

In order to achieve the above object, in the invention of claim 1, the two end portions of two linear strip-shaped copper foil pieces having the same width and the same length are crank-shaped. As described above, the structure is such that the copper foil pieces are connected and integrated in parallel as described above, and the entire surface of each of the copper foil pieces excluding the connecting portions of a predetermined width is covered with an insulating material. The invention of claim 2 is characterized in that both ends of the copper foil are pulled out of the winding by winding the copper foil around the winding portion of the bobbin.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1A is a development view of a copper foil for a foil winding coil according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 1B is a view showing a winding start state, and FIG. 1C is an explanatory view of a state in which winding is completed. , This copper foil (including a thin copper plate) 10 has the same width,
The ends of two linear strip-shaped copper foil pieces 11 and 12 having the same length are connected and integrated in a crank shape, and the connection parts (conductor exposed parts) 11a and 12a of both ends have a predetermined width. The entire surface except for is covered with an insulating material 13. The total width of both the copper foil pieces 11 and 12 is the copper foil 10
Is the same as the width of the winding portion 15a of the bobbin 15 about to be wound, and when starting winding, the connecting portion (overlap portion) 14 of both copper foil pieces 11 and 12 is moved as shown in (b). After being attached to the outer peripheral surface of the winding portion 15a of the bobbin, the copper foil pieces 11 and 12 are wound in the directions of the arrows, respectively, whereby the winding is finally completed as shown in (c) and (d).
In the foil-wound coil thus obtained, both ends of the copper foil are in a state of being pulled out to the outside of the winding, and since this can be used as it is as a connecting portion, no special lead wire connection is required, Manufacturing cost can be reduced. By using the copper foil of the present invention, not only a coil but also a transformer can be manufactured. 2 (a) and 2 (b) are a perspective view and a sectional view showing a transformer manufactured using the copper foil of the present invention. (C) Similar to that shown in (c), the copper foil wound around each winding portion 20a, 20b constitutes the primary side winding and the secondary side winding, respectively. Also in this case, since the winding start end is in a state of being led out to the outside in advance,
The work of connecting lead wires is not required at all, the number of manufacturing steps can be greatly reduced, and productivity can be improved and cost can be reduced.

As described above, the copper foil of the present invention has the same width,
The ends of two linear strip-shaped copper foil pieces having the same length are connected and integrated in parallel so as to form a crank shape, and the entire surface of each copper foil piece excluding the connecting portion of a predetermined width is connected. Since it has a structure covered with an insulating material, when it is used in a foil-wound coil or transformer, the lead wire of the foil-wound coil part is not required, and the foil-wound coil and transformer can be manufactured at low cost and in mass production. Can be planned.
