Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 この発明は、開けられた缶入り清涼飲料水の
開口部にはめこむ、ストローが差し込める穴の付いた蓋
に関するものである。 【構成】（イ） 缶の開口部にピタリとはめこむポリエ
ステル製の蓋をつくり、これにストローがきっちりと差
し込める穴を設ける。 （ロ） 缶を開けるためのタブを折り返して開口部にピ
タリとはめこんでそのまま蓋になる型状にしたものに、
ストローをきっちりと差し込める穴を設ける。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は開けられた清涼飲料水の缶の開口部にはめこ
む、ストローが差しこめる穴の付いた蓋である。従来の
缶入り清涼飲料水は、缶を開けてそのままストローを差
しこんで使用すると、とくに自動車の中などでゆれた場
合、中の液体が外にこぼれてしまった。本発明はこの不
都合を解決したものである。以下に２つの方法を説明す
る。
（イ） 缶の開口部にピタリとはめこむようにポリエス
テル製の蓋をつくり、これにストローがきっちりと差し
込める穴を設ける。これは図１である。
（ロ） 缶を開けるためのタブを、折り返して開口部に
ピタリとはめこむ型状にしたものにストローがきっちり
と差し込める穴を設ける。これは図２である。このよう
に蓋にストローを差し込んで使用すると、自動車の中な
どとくにゆれる場所で缶入り清涼飲料水を飲む場合に、
缶をたおしたりしないかぎり缶の中の液体が外にこぼれ
ることがなくなった。本発明はこのような方法で問題を
解決したものである。

  1. 【請求項１】 缶の開口部にピタリとはめこむようにつ
    くった、ストローがきっちりと差しこめる穴を設けたポ
    リエステルの蓋
  2. 【請求項２】 缶を開けるためのタブが折り返してその
    まま開口部をピタリとふさぐ蓋になる、ストローを差し
    込む穴の付いている缶のタブ
  3. 【請求項３】 ポリエステルのかわりにプラスチック
    等、あらゆる新素材を含め異った素材によってつくられ
    た請求項１のストローの穴付蓋
