Abstract
ホック付係止片に関し、その目的とするところはシール
した上下縁部が扁平で柔軟にし肌に当接した場合不快感
をなくし、更に取り付け作業が容易でミシン縫着部を少
くし能率よく取り付けられるようにせんとするにある。 【解決手段】 合成樹脂シートに複数のホックを巾方向
に並べて取り付け、更に横方向に同一状態にホックを取
り付け、ブラジャーバンド取り付け側の一端にかんのん
開きの開口部を形成し、平面状に高周波接着しその中間
をカットして形成した上下縁端部を有するブラジャー用
ホック付係止片。
Description
の一端に取り付けるブラジャー用ホック付係止片に関す
る。
るフック付係止片を成形する場合は、図１６に示す如く
複数枚の薄い合成樹脂シートを重合した帯状のシート体
１００巾方向に２個のホック１０１を一定間隔で取り付
け、更に同一状態で横方向に一定間隔で取り付け、隣接
する横方向ホック１０１の中間部を図１７の如く上下の
ホーン１１０，１１１でシールカットして、図１８の如
くブラジャーバンドの一端に取り付けるホック付係止片
１０３を成形していた。このホック付係止片１０３の両
側のシールカット部１０２は溶着で硬くなっている。ブ
ラジャーバンド１０４に取り付ける時は、図１９の如く

という問題点があった。後者はホック付係止片の取り付
け部だけでなく上下縁も全部縫着しなければならないの
で手数を要するという問題点があった。
決することを目的とし、合成樹脂シートに複数のホック
を巾方向に並べて取り付け、更に横方向に同一状態にホ
ックを取り付け、ブラジャーバンド取り付け側の一端に
かんのん開きの開口部を形成し、平面状に高周波接着し
その中間をカットして形成した上下縁端部を有すること
を特徴とする。
１５に示した一実施例に基づいて詳細に説明する。１は
複数枚のナイロンシートを重合した帯状シートで、巾方
向に一定間隔で２個のホック２を並べて配設し、横方向
に同一状態のホックを一定間隔で配設し、ミシン縫い部
３，４で一体に取り付けてある。そして下方は図２に示
す如く、かんのん開きできるように開口部５が形成され
ている。７は帯状シート体６を間歇移送するスプロケッ
ト、８は押圧ロール、９はパルスモータである。１０は
ホックが正しく取り付けられているかどうか検出するセ
ンサー、１１は平面状にシールするシール装置、１２は
図６乃至図８に示す如くシール位置で開口部５に挿入さ
れる紙テープ等の非溶着セパレータで、耐熱性で溶けた
ナイロンが付着しない材質で出来ている。１３は搬送ロ
ーラ、１４はガイド、１５はガイドレールである。図
９、図１０は他の実施例で、セパレータ１６はＡ部に固
定されていて帯状シート体６の間に入った状態で帯状シ
ート体６のみ移動するようになっていてもよい。シール
装置１７の先端金型（ホーン）を交換することによりシ
ールの形状を変えることができる。
６をスプロケット７と押圧ロール８で挾着し、パルスモ
ータ９で間歇移送する。ホックが装着されているかどう
かをセンサー１０で検知する。１２は帯状シート体６の
開口部５に挿入される紙テープ等の非溶着セパレータで
ある。次いで、シール装置１７の扁平な電極１７ａによ
り横方向のホック２の２つ目と３つ目の中間をカム２２
を作動して一定巾扁平にシールする。次いで、このシー
ル部２０の中間をカム３１を作動してカッター装置２３
の刃２３ａでカットする。カットして成形されたホック
付係止片２４は良品・不良品自動選別装置２５に落下す
る。該装置はロータリーソレノイド２６の軸に摺動板２
７を固着し、常時はスプリング２８により摺動板２７を
左方向に傾動し、良品を良品収納箱２９に収納する。前
記センサー１０が不良品を検知した時は落下のタイミン
グに合せてロータリーソレノイド２６が作動し摺動板２
７を点線の如く右側へ傾動し、不良品を不良品収納箱３
０に収納する。このようにして成形されたホック付係止
片２４は図１４に示す如く、シール部２０は薄い扁平状
で柔らかく、一端開口部５は非溶着セパレータ１２が挟
まれているのでシールされず、かんのん開きのまゝにな
っている。前記した成形方法は一実施例であり、本発明
はこの方法に限定されるものではなく、上記のようなホ
ック付係止片であればどのような手段で成形してもよ
い。

け部のみミシン縫いすればよいので作業性がよく量産に
適している。

に並べて取り付け、更に横方向に同一状態にホックを取
り付け、ブラジャーバンド取り付け側の一端にかんのん
開きの開口部を形成し、平面状に高周波接着しその中間
をカットして形成した上下縁端部を有するブラジャー用
ホック付係止片。
