(57) Abstract: [PROBLEMS] To provide a steel pipe pile, which is used as a foundation of a marine structure and which requires high corrosion resistance, with a highly corrosive metal plate such as a titanium plate formed in a cylindrical body. So that it can be easily covered and fixed to the seawater after driving the steel pipe pile,
Also provided is a method for coating a steel pipe pile with a highly corrosion-resistant metal cylinder, which has a simple mounting structure, so that the covering tubular body is fixed at an optimum position according to the seawater splash zone region of the steel pipe pile. SOLUTION: When covering and fixing a cylinder made of a highly corrosion-resistant metal material on the outer periphery of a steel pipe pile in the seawater splash zone area, a support portion is provided at a lower position of the seawater splash zone area of the steel tube pile driven into the sea. It is characterized in that the supporting band that is provided is fixed by tightening, or further, the above-mentioned coated cylinder is externally fitted to the steel pipe pile and placed and fixed on the support portion of the supporting band.

2. Description of the Related Art Steel pipe piles used as offshore structures are exposed to wave splashes (splash) on the surface of seawater, and the progress of corrosion in this part is greater than in other parts, so durability in the splash zone is high. Is required. Therefore, the seawater splash band region of the steel pipe pile is covered with a highly corrosion-resistant metal plate such as a stainless plate or a titanium plate to further enhance the corrosion resistance.

For example, as shown in FIG. 7 (a), a steel pipe pile 21 whose surface is coated with a seawater-resistant coating material 21a.
A cylindrical coating material 22 made of a titanium plate or a titanium alloy plate having bent portions 22a and 22b formed on both ends is wound around the bent portion 22a and 22b, and the seawater insulating material 23a is processed into a C shape on the inner surface side. The fitting member 23 made of titanium or titanium alloy plate coated with 7 (b)
There is proposed a steel pipe pile anticorrosion structure in which the covering member 22 is fixed by fitting and engaging as shown in FIG. This steel pipe pile anticorrosion structure can be constructed after driving the steel pipe pile, but in that case, the construction is carried out in seawater, which causes various difficulties in construction technology. Therefore, the steel pipe piles will be driven after the construction is done on land beforehand. In this case, the setting of the covering material fixing area in the steel pipe pile on land is performed by predicting the ground at the place where the steel pipe pile is driven, the difference in seawater tide, the magnitude of waves, etc. There are many cases where the driving is not as expected. Therefore, in order to secure the effect of forming the steel pipe pile anticorrosion structure, it is customary to lengthen the region in which the steel pipe pile anticorrosion structure is formed, and therefore there is the problem that this leads to an increase in cost.

Further, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 62-44948 discloses a steel pipe pile S which is anticorrosion-treated by using a titanium thin plate having excellent corrosion resistance as a metal thin metal plate for coating as shown in FIG.

The insulating flanges 27a and 27b are brought into contact with the outer sides of the flanges 25a and 25b, and the flange 25 is secured by the corrosion-resistant metal bolts and nuts 28.
a and 25b are detachably fixed. Here, 29 gap fillers, 30 is a buffer tank, 31 is an anticorrosive agent-impregnated layer, and 32 is a water stop plate. When attaching this titanium cover to the steel pipe pile, it is necessary to attach it with screws at multiple points, and performing this under the sea is a very complicated work, so there is a problem that the attachment cost becomes high. .

The steel pipe pile 1 is driven into the seabed as a foundation of an offshore structure, but the vicinity of the sea surface of the pile 1 is washed by waves and exposed to splashes, so that corrosion progresses quickly. Usually, this part is painted or polyethylene or urethane type heavy corrosion protection is applied. However, there is a limit to the corrosion resistance of these steel pipe piles,
Its life is 15 to 20 years in the case of painting and 40 years in heavy corrosion protection. In the present invention, in order to further prolong the corrosion resistance of this portion, the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile in the range of ± several meters (hereinafter referred to as the splash zone) above and below the seawater surface is coated with the coating cylinder 3.

Since at least the thickness of the support band 2 can be provided between the coated cylindrical body 3 and the steel pipe pile 1, it is necessary to prevent corrosion by preventing seawater from entering there. Therefore, it is preferable to press-fit the anticorrosion filler 5 from the upper gap of the coated tubular body 3 or from the injection hole opened from the inside of the steel pipe pile 1. As the filler, epoxy resin, polymer resin, fluororesin, mortar, adhesive rubber or the like is used as a corrosion resistant or seawater resistant insulating material.

EXAMPLE As shown in FIG. 1, the steel pipe pile 1 driven into the sea was exposed to the water at the position of about 2 m below the water surface on the outer periphery of the steel pipe pile 1 as shown in FIG.
The operation of fixing the L-shaped support ring 2 in a cross section with bolts was performed. Thereafter, a pure titanium sheath pipe (covering cylinder) 3 is inserted from the upper portion of the steel pipe pile, the lower portion of the sheath pipe is placed on the horizontal support portion 2b of the support ring, and the outer periphery of the sheath pipe is tightened and fixed with a titanium band 4. The structure is as shown in FIG. After that, urethane resin was press-filled through the filling hole formed in the inner wall of the steel pipe pile.

According to the present invention, the seawater splash zone region of the steel pipe pile is covered with a metal-coated plate having high corrosion resistance to seawater, such as titanium or titanium alloy stainless steel, which is formed as a cylinder and is externally fitted to the steel pipe pile. In this case, the tubular body can be easily installed at a predetermined position in the seawater splash zone region of the steel pipe pile driven into the sea. Therefore, it is possible to surely coat the coated tubular body at a predetermined position in the seawater splash zone region of the steel pipe pile, and it is not necessary to unnecessarily lengthen the coating length as in the conventional case, and it is possible to reduce the coating cost.
