In the above prior art, as a pretreatment for metal insert molding, an admer layer having a good affinity is formed on the contact surface of the metal joint portion with the resin. The difference in the amount of thermal expansion, the bending load from the resin pipe and the vibration load from the metal pipe work intensively on the boundary between the resin insert and the metal insert. Even when the joining is performed by fusion, a high internal pressure acts on the boundary portion, the resin is peeled off from the metal surface, and leakage from the metal insert portion of the resin joint portion and disconnection of the metal joint portion occur. I was afraid.

A joint means for the resin pipe (1) is provided on the inner surface of the intermediate portion of the receiving portion (10) of the resin joint body (5), and the joint means is nickel or the like as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. A single heating wire covered with a synthetic resin coating (11c) around the conductor wire (11a) through an insulating layer (11b) made of a glass fiber braid, etc. is folded back at the intermediate portion and spirally wound along the cylindrical surface. It is composed of a heating element (11) that is wound in a circular shape and is retained in a cylindrical shape. This heating element (11) is positioned with both ends of the heating wire positioned on the resin pipe insertion port side of the resin joint body (5). The resin pipe insertion port of the resin joint body (5) is mounted on the inner surface of the receiving portion (10) of the resin joint body (5) from a position where the resin pipe insertion port has a predetermined dimension to a predetermined dimension before the pipe seat (9). In the pipe joint, the pipe end of the metal pipe (3) is screwed and joined to the tip of the metal joint portion (4) through packing, seal tape, etc., while the resin pipe ( The control device (1) in which the pipe end of (1) is inserted until the end face abuts on the pipe seat (9) and then connected to the power supply (13).
4) is connected to the terminals (11d) (11d), and the heating element (1
1) is heated to a predetermined temperature while controlling the amount of electricity supplied to the resin pipe, and the resin of the resin pipe (1) and the resin joint portion (2) is heated and melted to fuse the two, and the resin pipe (1) and the metal Although it is joined to the pipe (3), the pipe joint consisting of the resin joint portion (2) and the metal joint portion (4) has a great difference in the thermal expansion amount with respect to the ambient temperature due to its material, and the resin pipe. The bending which is the characteristic of (1) causes a concentrated bending load to act on the boundary portion (13) (pipe seat (9) portion) of the resin joint portion (1) with the metal insert portion, and conversely, the metal pipe. A vibration load from the (3) side also acts intensively on the boundary portion (13), and further, a high internal pressure is generated by the thermal expansion of the resin when the resin pipe (1) and the resin joint portion (2) are fused. However, the internal pressure is concentrated on the boundary portion (13), so that the resin peels from the metal surface, Leakage and metal joint portion of the metal insert portion of the fat joint (2) omission of (4), such that may occur.

Therefore, in the present invention, as shown in FIG.
A step (15) is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the pipe seat (9) of the resin joint portion (2) such that the receiving portion (10) side is thick and the metal joint body (6) outer peripheral surface side is thin. The mechanical strength of the boundary part (13) of the joint part (2) is increased, and at least the outer peripheral surface of the boundary part (13) is covered by the connecting end part of the metal joint part (4) of the resin joint part (2). A metal ring (16) having multiple steps along the step (15) at an intermediate portion is fitted and tightened to further increase the mechanical strength of the boundary portion (13) of the resin joint portion (1). By increasing the strength and maintaining this strength, it is configured to prevent leakage from the metal insert portion of the resin joint portion (2) and disconnection of the metal joint portion (4).

The metal ring (16) is formed by a step of press-working a short pipe made of stainless steel in the primary processing, and is given a shape with a diameter slightly larger than that along the fitting surface of the resin joint portion (2). In the next processing, the outer surface of the resin joint (2) is tightened by roll drawing or caulking, and the manufacturing cost of the metal ring (16) is significantly lower than that of the machined product. Further, the metal ring (16) is made of stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance and can retain its function for a long period of time. Further, by forming the outer surface of the metal ring (16) into a polygonal shape as shown in FIG. 5, it is possible to hang a piping tool such as a spanner during piping work, and to join the metal joint (4) with the metal pipe (3). This is effective when the means is a union.
