However, in the case of a plate material such as a particle board, an OSB, or a wafer board, which is obtained by compression-molding a laminated material, chip-shaped, flake-shaped, or strand-shaped wood shavings, both the front and back surfaces can be finished to be smooth. Since the side surface of the sheet is a cut surface of the laminate, it is difficult to finish it into a smooth surface, and it has been difficult to laminate the decorative sheet onto this surface with good finish. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, conventionally, wood boards 12, 13 and nesting edges 14 are joined to the front and back surfaces and side surfaces (cross section) of a laminated material 11 such as plywood or strand board, or a decorative sheet is laminated. A thin board (decorative board) was attached to form a frame. Since it is difficult to form a groove for inserting the end plate when using plywood, a laminated material or a synthetic plate as a base material, the wood insertion edge 14 formed with the groove 15 for inserting the end plate is formed. Was glued and framed.

As the decorative sheet to be laminated on the surface of the frame base material, a commonly used wood veneer, wood grain printed decorative paper, plastic sheet or the like can be used. Of these, a decorative plastic sheet made of a polyvinyl chloride sheet or the like is usually preferably used. As a plastic sheet as a decorative sheet, a thickness of about 0.05 to 0.3 mm, usually around 0.15 mm is used, but the plastic sheet is not limited to this thickness and any thickness and strength can be selected. It is particularly preferable because it is possible. As the decorative sheet, a polyvinyl chloride sheet is particularly preferable, and a rigid or semi-rigid sheet is suitable. In the case of the decorative paper, it may be a decorative paper impregnated with a synthetic resin or may not be impregnated with the resin, but in the latter case, it is preferable that the resin can be impregnated after laminating the decorative paper. . Besides, a decorative paper having a plastic film laminated on the front surface or the back surface may be used, or a plastic sheet or a decorative paper having a metal foil such as an aluminum foil laminated on the back surface may be used.

From the viewpoint of workability and finishability when it is attached to the frame base material, an adjusting paper may be interposed on the lower surface of the decorative sheet. As these papers, thin paper, imitation paper, kraft paper, and the like can be used, and kraft paper is preferable from the viewpoints of various thicknesses and cost. These papers are usually used only on the front and back surfaces of the frame base material, but may be used on the outer side surfaces. These papers are usually laminated to the frame base material using an adhesive before laminating the decorative sheet,
You may use it by adhering it to a decorative sheet. As the adhesive used for laminating the decorative sheets, in addition to the above-mentioned heat-adhesive adhesive, those usually used for this kind of bonding can be used. Examples thereof include solvent-based adhesives, solventless adhesives such as epoxy resins, and aqueous emulsion adhesives such as vinyl acetate resins. Specifically, for example, an ethylene vinyl acetate resin adhesive, a urethane resin adhesive, a hot melt type adhesive, or the like can be used. In order to attach the decorative sheet to the frame base material, it may be laminated by a curved surface pressure pressing method or a point pressure roll pressing method.

In the present invention, as the frame base material, it is particularly preferable to use a three-layer board in which the core layer is a strand and both front and back side layers are MDF. When the water-based emulsion adhesive is used in the present invention, steam is jetted from both front and back surfaces during or after the molding of the three-layer board to push the adhesive on the MDF surface portion into the MDF layer (washout). When the frame base material in the treated state is used, a part of the water content of the aqueous emulsion is absorbed by the MDF surface layer, which can be easily transferred to the next step and a good finished surface can be obtained.

When a large strand is used as the core layer of the three-layer board, a large amount of the woody surface of the strand appears on the cut surface. Therefore, when an aqueous adhesive such as an aqueous emulsion or a repair agent is applied, the same as above. The effect of is obtained. As the strand, it is preferable to use a strand of about 75 × 10 to 30 × 0.8 mm. If necessary, for the 3-layer board, a sealing agent such as abrasive powder may be added to the cut surface of the 3-layer board, which is the side surface of the frame.
A repair agent can also be applied. More specifically, for example, in the case of a door frame, since the total thickness is about 35 mm, the core layer is about 30 mm in a three-layer board with strands as the core layer, and the MDF with a thickness of about 3 mm on both front and back surfaces. Layers may be provided. The MDF layers provided on both sides of the strand core layer are integrally molded with the MDF material positioned on both sides of the preformed strand core layer or preformed strand board.

The decorative sheet is laminated so as to cover one surface, the side surface and the nest edge of the front or back surface of the frame base material. The end on the nesting edge side of the decorative sheet is folded into the groove of the nesting edge, and the outer side surface of the frame is laminated so as to completely cover the side surface. The decorative sheet laminated on the other surface of the frame base material is treated in the same manner. The portion corresponding to the side surface of the decorative sheet previously laminated on the side surface of the frame base may be the color of the wood material or white or colorless instead of the wood grain pattern printing. The outer side surface of the frame base material may be coated with a decorative sheet by simply stacking the decorative sheets, or by laminating the decorative sheet on the surface prepared with a coating agent such as a sealing agent or a repair agent. Alternatively, a paper sheet or the like may be attached to the outer side surface and then a decorative sheet may be attached, or paper may be interposed between the decorative sheets.

FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 show a manufacturing example in the case of treating both sides with one decorative sheet. In this case, a substantially central portion of the width of the decorative sheet 5 is pushed into the groove 4 of the insert edge 3 by a pushing jig 7 by a predetermined amount, and the remaining portion is laminated on the surface and the outer side surface of the frame base material. The pushing jig 7 may be a flat plate having a length substantially the same as the length of the nesting edge 3, or may be a disc-like one so that the decorative sheet 5 can be sequentially pushed into the groove 4. . The pushing of the decorative sheet 5 into the groove 4 does not necessarily have to reach the bottom of the groove, and may be halfway. When the pushing amount is in the middle of the depth of the groove, the central portion of the decorative sheet 5 in the groove 4 is thereafter cut using the cutter 8. According to this method,
This has the advantages that the decorative sheets to be attached to both the front and back sides of the frame base material are not selected by mistake, and one working step can be omitted.

The frame material of the present invention is different from the conventional one.
Since the cover is covered with the decorative sheet including the nesting edge, it gives a high-class appearance that the frame is made of one piece of wood, and the treatment of the outer side surface of the frame uses a decorative sheet that covers the surface. Since the treatments are carried out by superimposing them, there are many advantages such as the absence of the disadvantage that the plate material attached to the outer side surface is peeled off as in the conventional case.
