Description of the Related Art In combustion appliances such as oil fan heaters, it is well known that a refueling lamp is turned on to notify when the amount of kerosene in the tank decreases during combustion. For example, in the combustion device disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-1921, a float switch for detecting the oil level is provided in the fixed tank, and when the kerosene in the cartridge tank becomes empty and the kerosene is no longer supplied, the fixed tank Since the oil level of the oil decreases, the lamp and buzzer are used to notify the user that the amount of remaining kerosene is low. This notification continues for about one hour, during which the refueling lamp is turned on. 1
If kerosene is not supplied even after a lapse of time, combustion is stopped, but immediately before this, a buzzer sounds or a refueling lamp blinks to give an alarm to the user. This alarm allows the user to refuel and continue combustion.
However, the user may not be aware of the warning only once, and often the combustion is stopped after a lapse of time.

There is a combustion instrument disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 56-4763. In this device, when the amount of remaining kerosene decreases, the remaining time during which combustion is possible is displayed on the numerical display for clock display.
Therefore, even when the amount of remaining kerosene decreases, the user can always use the fuel while watching the remaining combustion time, so that the timing of refueling can be freely selected according to the state of use.

(A) In the case where the refueling lamp notifies the decrease in the amount of remaining kerosene, the remaining combustion time is unknown, so the timing of refueling may be missed and combustion may stop, causing odors, Room temperature drops and usability is poor. (B) A device that displays the remaining combustion time is convenient, but it requires a display device for displaying numbers, which increases the cost.

First, when the operation switch 14 is turned on with the kerosene in the tank 1 being sufficient (when the float 3 is in the position indicated by the solid line), the combustion operation is started (step 31). The combustion operation starts by energizing the heater 8 to raise the vaporizer 7 to a predetermined temperature. When the carburetor 7 reaches a predetermined temperature, the electromagnetic pump 5 operates to send kerosene into the carburetor 7, which is mixed with the primary air from the blower 10 to be vaporized and ignited by the ignition plug 11 and burner head 12 Forms a flame on. If the kerosene in the cartridge tank 4 runs out during combustion, the oil level in the tank 1 will drop.

This signal causes the control unit 17 to start counting by the timer 18 (step 33). When the timer 18 starts, the buzzer 22 is turned on for a short time, and at the same time, the refueling lamp control means 20 causes the refueling lamp 21 to slowly blink at 0.5 Hz (steps 34 and 35). This reduces the amount of kerosene for the user, and about 1 if not refueling.

2 sounds and the refueling lamp blinks faster (steps 39 to 44). When the timer 18 has passed 60 minutes, the kerosene in the tank 1 is also almost empty, so that the refueling lamp 21 is turned on (step 46) and the combustion is stopped by the combustion stopping means 19 (step 4).

Since it changes with the lapse of time, it is possible to know about how many minutes it is possible to burn until the kerosene runs out by simply looking at the blinking state of the refueling lamp 21. Further, since the blinking becomes faster as the remaining combustion time becomes shorter, it is possible to increase the degree of recognition that the user needs to replenish kerosene with time.

Therefore, the timing of refueling can be freely selected according to the usage situation. It has the effect that it can be used and is easy to use. Further, since the refueling lamp 21 lights up more quickly as the remaining combustion time decreases, the user's recognition that "the kerosene must be replenished" increases as the combustion stop time approaches. Therefore, it is easy to use because it is less likely that the fuel will be forgotten and combustion will be stopped, and the odor will be generated or the heating temperature will be lowered. Further, since the above can be realized only by adding the refueling lamp control means 20, the cost does not increase.

It is also possible to calculate the cumulative amount of combustion after a is operated and change the blinking cycle of the refueling lamp 21 based on this result. FIG. 5 is a block diagram showing the control configuration of the combustion instrument according to the second embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, the calculating means 24 has a timer 18 incorporated therein, calculates the cumulative combustion amount after the float switch 2a is turned off in response to a command from the control part 17, and operates the refueling lamp control means 20 based on this cumulative value. It is a thing. All other parts are shown in Figure 2.

Assuming that it takes 60 minutes for kerosene to run out after a is turned off, 3 for medium combustion (2000 kcal / h)
0 minutes, 20 minutes for strong combustion (3000 kcal / h). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, the timer 18 counts by "1" per second when the combustion is weak, by "2" when the combustion is medium, and by "3" when the combustion is strong. . That is, if the count speed of the timer 18 is changed according to the combustion amount at that time, the value (relative value) of the cumulative combustion amount after the float switch 2a is operated can be easily calculated. In this case, when the value of the timer 18 becomes "3600", the combustion stopping means 19 may be operated.

The amount of remaining kerosene can be accurately known, and the usability is improved. Further, since the buzzer 22 is sounded each time the blinking frequency of the refueling lamp 21 changes, it is possible to more clearly recognize the remaining combustion time or the amount of remaining kerosene at that timing, and therefore the combustion is performed without refueling. It is easy to use because it will not stop.

As a result, it is possible to obtain the effect of further improving usability.

A combustor for burning liquid fuel, a tank for storing the liquid fuel fed to the combustor, a residual quantity detector for detecting a residual quantity level of the liquid fuel in the tank, and a residual quantity for the residual quantity. The calculation means for calculating the cumulative combustion amount after the detection of the predetermined remaining amount level by the amount detector, the combustion stopping means for operating when the calculation means reaches a predetermined value, and the remaining amount detector for setting the predetermined remaining amount. A combustion instrument comprising a fueling lamp control means which operates after a quantity level is detected and blinks a fueling lamp so that the frequency is sequentially increased as the cumulative combustion amount is increased by the computing means.
