Claims (12)
支持基板が、有機EL素子の発光部分に対応する部分に空隙を有し、その空隙に蛍光体が埋設されてなり、かつ蛍光体層および支持基板と有機EL素子との間に透明な絶縁層が配設されてなることを特徴とする多色発光装置。A multicolor light emitting device comprising a support substrate, an organic electroluminescence (EL) element disposed on the support substrate, and a phosphor layer disposed corresponding to a transparent electrode or electrode of the organic EL element so as to absorb light emitted from the organic EL element and emit fluorescent light of different visible light,
A multicolor light-emitting device characterized in that the support substrate has a void in a portion corresponding to the light-emitting portion of the organic EL element, a phosphor is embedded in the void, and a transparent insulating layer is disposed between the phosphor layer and the support substrate and the organic EL element.

3)透明電極をパターニングする工程、
4)支持基板の空隙に蛍光体層を埋設する工程
5)透明電極上に有機物層、および電極を順次積層して有機EL素子を作製する工程、
を有することを特徴とする多色発光装置の製造方法。A method for manufacturing a multicolor light emitting device, comprising: arranging a phosphor layer on a supporting substrate, the phosphor layer absorbing light emitted from an organic EL element and emitting fluorescent light of a different visible light; and disposing the organic EL element so that its transparent electrode or electrodes correspond to the phosphor layer;
1) a step of sequentially laminating a transparent insulating layer and a transparent electrode on one surface of a support substrate; 2) a step of etching a portion of the other surface of the support substrate corresponding to a light-emitting portion of the organic EL element to form a void in the support substrate;
3) patterning the transparent electrode;
4) a step of embedding a phosphor layer in the gaps of the support substrate; 5) a step of sequentially laminating an organic layer and an electrode on the transparent electrode to produce an organic EL element;
10. A method for manufacturing a multicolor light-emitting device, comprising:
1)ガラス板からなる支持基板の一の面上に透明電極を成膜する工程、
2)支持基板の他の面の、有機EL素子の発光部分に対応する部分をエッチングして、支持基板に空隙を形成する工程、
3)透明電極をパターニングする工程、
4)支持基板の空隙に蛍光体層を埋設する工程、
5)透明電極上に有機物層、および電極を順次積層して有機EL素子を作製する工程、
を有することを特徴とする多色発光装置の製造方法。A method for manufacturing a multicolor light emitting device, comprising: arranging a phosphor layer on a supporting substrate, the phosphor layer absorbing light emitted from an organic EL element and emitting fluorescent light of a different visible light; and disposing the organic EL element so that its transparent electrode or electrodes correspond to the phosphor;
1) forming a transparent electrode on one surface of a support substrate made of a glass plate;
2) etching the other surface of the support substrate at a portion corresponding to the light-emitting portion of the organic EL element to form a void in the support substrate;
3) patterning the transparent electrode;
4) embedding a phosphor layer in the voids of the support substrate;
5) a step of sequentially laminating an organic layer and an electrode on the transparent electrode to prepare an organic EL element;
10. A method for manufacturing a multicolor light-emitting device, comprising:
