In that case, it inserts, making it bend along the bending shape of the accommodating part 12a. After inserting the wire group 16 wound with the heat-shrinkable sheet 17 into the housing portion 12a, the lid 13 is attached to the jig body 12. Then, heating wire 18,
19 is energized to heat the heating wires 18, 19 and the heated electric wires 18, 19 heat the inner peripheral side peripheral walls 14a, 15a of the bent portions 14, 15. As a result, the portions of the heat-shrinkable sheet 17 that are in close contact with the inner peripheral side walls 14a and 15a are heated and contracted, and the wire group 16 is held in a bent state.
The heating temperature is such that the temperature of the heat shrinkable sheet 17 is equal to or higher than the shrinkage temperature and equal to or lower than the heat resistant temperature of the electric wire 22, for example, 80 degrees Celsius
It is adjusted every time.

The heat shrinkable sheet can be shrunk and the wire group can be held in a desired bent state simply by inserting the wire group around the heat shrinkable sheet into the housing portion of the jig and heating. Since the wire harness formed by using the above jig is kept in a bent state without using a protector as in the conventional case, it is possible to reduce a wiring space for a vehicle.

A housing part for inserting a wire group in which a heat-shrinkable sheet is wound around the outer periphery is inserted, the housing part is bent at a required angle in the length direction, and the housing part is heated on the inner peripheral side of the bent part. Heating means for heating the heat-shrinkable sheet at a temperature not lower than the shrinkage temperature of the heat-shrinkable sheet and not higher than the heat-resistant temperature of the wire, and the bent heat-shrinkable sheet holds the wire group in a bent state. Jig for forming bent part of wire harness.

用治具。3. A wire rod comprising a heating rod standing on the inner side of a bent portion along a wiring path on a wiring diagram board, and a wire group having a heat-shrinkable sheet wound around the outer periphery is wound around the heating rod. After wiring while heating the heat-shrinkable sheet with the heating rod at a temperature not lower than the shrinkage temperature of the heat-shrinkable sheet and not higher than the heat-resistant temperature of the wire, the shrinked heat-shrinkable sheet brings the wire group into a bent state. A jig for forming the bent portion of the wire harness to be held.
