Since this ink jet recording system is characterized by high-speed printing, low-noise printing, easy multicolor printing, and no need for development / fixing, it is used as an output device for characters, figures, color images, etc. It is rapidly spreading in applications. Further, an image formed by the multicolor inkjet recording system can obtain a recorded image comparable to that of the multicolor printing by the plate making system or the printing by the color photographic system. In addition, since it can be manufactured at a lower cost than the case where a photographic technique is used in applications where the number of copies to be manufactured is small, it is widely applied to the field of full-color image recording.

Since the conventional pasting members were not considered for peeling after use, when the pasting members were peeled off after use, traces of the adhesive remained on the pasting surface of the adherend, or peeling did not occur. Since it is difficult, the adherend may be damaged. In addition, it was almost impossible to reuse the adhesive member after peeling.

In order to solve the above problems, a foam resin layer (adsorption layer) is provided on the base material of the pasting member, and the base material is directly printed or adhered to the surface of the base material on which the foam resin layer is not provided. Methods such as pasting printed vinyl chloride sheets through the layers are used. By these methods, even when the adhesive member is attached to an adherend such as a bulletin board or window glass, it can be easily peeled off from the adherend after use, and the adhered member can be repeatedly used.

Conventionally, in the method of manufacturing an ink jet recording medium for achieving such a label specification, an adhesive layer is directly formed on the back surface of the ink jet recording medium obtained by the existing technique, and the adhesive layer is released. The inkjet recording medium for labels has been produced by laminating a flexible sheet and then punching the inkjet recording medium into a predetermined label shape.

However, in the ink-jet recording medium for labels produced by the above method, the adhesive layer is formed directly on the back surface of the ink-jet recording medium. The sharpness and chromaticity of the image deteriorated with the enlargement, and the image reproducibility was poor. If the high sharpness and image reproducibility, which are the characteristics of the inkjet recording system, deteriorate, the value as an inkjet recording medium for a label is low.

(C) A print sheet is attached to the surface of the base material on which the foamed resin layer (adsorption layer) is not provided, with an adhesive layer, and then the surface on which the foamed resin layer is provided has substantially the same size as the print sheet. In addition to the same drawbacks as in (b), in the method of sticking the printing sheet of No. 1 with the adsorption margin left and sticking it to a transparent adherend such as a show window or window glass and displaying from both inside and outside the store, Since the thickness of the printing sheet is as thick as 0.3 to 0.5 mm, there is a drawback that the attaching member is easily peeled off from the adherend (see FIG. 15).

When a conventional ink jet recording medium is processed by slitting or punching in order to process it into a predetermined shape and size, the adhesive substance of the adhesive layer adheres to the blade edge and the sharpness of the blade remarkably deteriorates. The inkjet recording medium could not be cut or punched in time.

Further, it is necessary to remove the sticky substance from the cutting edge and to replace the cutting blade or the punching blade itself each time, which remarkably reduces the productivity of the inkjet recording medium for labels. In particular, since the punching process is performed in a continuous operation, if the timing of removing the sticky substance or exchanging the punching blade is incorrect, a defective product may be produced and the production yield of the inkjet recording medium for labels may be reduced.

For the evaluation of water resistance, an ink jet recording material was dipped in tap water for 3 seconds and then naturally dried in a suspended state, and a drop of tap water was printed with a dropper. After dropping onto black letters (title or signature, etc.), a "drying water resistance against water" test was conducted in which it was naturally dried. As a result, the "water resistance of the dripping water" was very good and no bleeding occurred. With respect to "water resistance of immersion", only a slight amount of ink flow occurred in magenta, but the others had almost no effect.
