Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 変速比可変ユニット(「ヴァリエータ」)、および同心に配置された 三つの出力を有し且つ組合せの一方の構成要素の二つが各々他方の構成要素と共 通でエピサイクリックユニットの出力の二つを構成し、これら二つの出力はそれ ぞれ不変変速比でヴァリエータの反対端に接続されるように設置されている第1 および第2のエピサイクリック歯車を備えているエピサイクリックユニット、か ら構成されている変速比連続可変変速機(CVT)において、エピサイクリック ユニットの前記二つの出力は複数の変速比の組合せにより出力シャフトに接続可 能であり、複数のクラッチが設けられて出力および変速比の組合せを異なる仕方 で噛み合わせ、それによりCVTが複数のレジームで動作することができ、エピ サイクリックおよびヴァリエータの変速比は、これらレジーム間の変更がすべて 同期的で且つ第1の所定のヴァリエータ変速比ですべてのエピサイクリック構成 要素が同じ速度で回転し、それにより選択的レジーム変更がその第1の所定のヴ ァリエータ変速比で生ずるように選定されている変速比連続可変変速機(CVT )。 2. 第1の所定のヴァリエータ変速比でのレジーム変更に関連するクラッ チの噛み合わせおよび解放はエピサイクルユニットの異なる出力部材の噛み合い が関係するが、駆動をCVT出力に伝える下流の変速比組合せには変化がない請 求項1に記載のCVT。 3. 残りのレジーム変更に関連するクラッチ動作は、エピサイクリック構 成要素が不等速度で移動する第2の所定ヴァリエータ変速比で生じ、これらレジ ーム変更は下流の変速比組合せの変化を伴う請求項2に記載のCVT。 4. エピサイクルユニットの出力は同心シャフトとして設置されている請 求項1に記載のCVT。 5. 複数のクラッチはエピサイクリックユニットの出力と同心に、軸方向 に連続して設置されている請求項1に記載のCVT。 6. 第1の所定のヴァリエータ変速比で生ずる選択的レジーム変更の一つ に関連するクラッチ対は互いに隣接して軸方向に連続して設置されている請求項 5に記載のCVT。 7. 駆動をそれぞれの隣接クラッチから、その間でその変更が発生する二 つのレジームのCVT出力に伝える共通の下流の変速比組合せは両方のクラッチ に接続することができ、且つそれらの間で軸方向に設置されている請求項6に記 載のCVT。 8. 下流の変速比組合せは歯車列の形を成している請求項1に記載のCV T。 9. 実質上、付図を参照して説明したような請求項1に記載のCVT。
