- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.セルロース希薄ストック懸濁液を準備する段階と、溶解カチオン澱粉及び4 dl/gを上回る固有粘度(IV)を有する合成ポリマーから選択されるポリマ ー保持助剤の水溶液を加えることにより懸濁液を凝集させて凝集懸濁液を形成す る段階と、場合により、凝集懸濁液を剪断し、微粒状アニオン材料の水性懸濁液 を加えることにより剪断懸濁液を再凝集させて再凝集懸濁液を形成する段階と、 凝集又は再凝集懸濁液を移動スクリーンで水切りして湿潤シートを形成する段階 と、加熱乾燥ゾーンにシートを通して乾燥シートを形成する段階とを含む抄紙機 での製紙方法であって、ポリマー保持助剤の水溶液の一部もしくは全部又は微粒 状アニオン材料の水性懸濁液の一部もしくは全部に実質的に自由に分散した粒子 のスラリーとして澱粉の不溶性粒子をセルロース懸濁液に加え、乾燥中に澱粉の 不溶性粒子を加熱し、水分の存在下で可溶性澱粉をシート中に放出させる前記方 法。 2.凝集セルロース懸濁液を剪断し、微粒状アニオン材料の水性懸濁液を加える ことにより再凝集させた後、再凝集 懸濁液を水切りする請求項1に記載の方法。 3.ポリマー保持助剤の水溶液の一部又は全部に実質的に自由に分散した粒子の スラリーとして澱粉の不溶性粒子をセルロース懸濁液に加える請求項2に記載の 方法。 4.微粒状アニオン材料が無機膨潤クレー、コロイドシリカ、ポリケイ酸塩ミク ロゲル、ポリケイ酸ミクロゲル、アルミニウム変性コロイドシリカ、アルミニウ ム変性ポリケイ酸塩ミクロゲル及びアルミニウム変性ポリケイ酸ミクロゲルから 選択される請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 5.凝集懸濁液をスクリーンで水切りしてポリマー保持助剤の水溶液の一部又は 全部に実質的に自由に分散した粒子のスラリーとして澱粉の不溶性粒子をセルロ ース懸濁液に加える請求項1に記載の方法。 6.紙が填料配合紙である請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 7.紙が実質的に無填料紙である請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 8.水切り前に澱粉が実質的に懸濁液に溶解しないように粒子中の澱粉を非ゼラ チン化し、水切り及び/又は乾燥中 に澱粉をゼラチン化する請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 9.保持助剤が少なくとも4dl/gの固有粘度を有する合成ポリマー材料であ る請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 10.保持助剤が少なくとも8dl/gの固有粘度を有する合成ポリマー材料で ある請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 11.ポリマー保持助剤がカチオン性である請求項1から10のいずれか一項に 記載の方法。 12.ポリマー保持助剤の溶液の実質的に全体に分散したスラリーとして澱粉の 不溶性粒子を加える請求項11に記載の方法。 13.シートが20〜60重量%の填料を含有する請求項1から12のいずれか 一項に記載の方法。 14.シートが実質的に無填料紙であり、段ボール(ミディアム版)又はライナ ー紙である請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 15.シート中の澱粉の量が2〜15%である請求項1から14のいずれか一項 に記載の方法。 16.セルロース希薄ストック懸濁液を準備する段階と、溶解カチオン澱粉及び 少なくとも4dl/gの固有粘度を有する合成ポリマーから選択されるポリマー 保持助剤の水溶液を加えることにより懸濁液を凝集させて凝集懸濁液を形成する 段階と、凝集懸濁液を剪断し、微粒状アニオン材料の水性懸濁液を加えることに より剪断懸濁液を再凝集させて再凝集懸濁液を形成する段階と、再凝集懸濁液を 移動スクリーンで水切りして湿潤シートを形成する段階と、加熱乾燥ゾーンにシ ートを通して乾燥シートを形成する段階とを含む抄紙機での製紙方法であって、 ポリマー保持助剤の溶液の一部又は全部に分散したスラリーとして澱粉の不溶性 粒子を懸濁液に加え、乾燥中に不溶性澱粉粒子を加熱し、水分の存在下で可溶性 澱粉をシート中に放出させる前記方法。 17.実質的に無填料のセルロース希薄ストック懸濁液を準備する段階と、溶解 カチオン澱粉及び少なくとも4dl/gの固有粘度を有する合成ポリマーから選 択されるポリマー保持助剤の水溶液を加える段階と、懸濁液を移動スクリーンで 水切りして湿潤シートを形成する段階と、加熱乾燥ゾーンにシートを通して乾燥 シートを形成する段階とを 含む方法により抄紙機で段ボール(ミディアム版)又はライナー紙を製造するた めの方法であって、ポリマー保持助剤の水溶液の一部又は全部に実質的に自由に 分散した粒子のスラリーとして澱粉の不溶性粒子をセルロース懸濁液に加え、乾 燥中に澱粉の不溶性粒子を加熱し、水分の存在下で可溶性澱粉をシート中に放出 させる前記方法。 18.セルロース希薄ストック懸濁液を準備する段階と、溶解カチオン澱粉及び 少なくとも4dl/gの固有粘度を有する合成ポリマーから選択されるポリマー 保持助剤の水溶液を加えることにより懸濁液を凝集させて凝集懸濁液を形成する 段階と、場合により、凝集懸濁液を剪断し、微粒状アニオン材料の水性懸濁液を 加えることにより剪断懸濁液を再凝集させて再凝集懸濁液を形成する段階と、凝 集又は再凝集懸濁液を移動スクリーンで水切りして湿潤シートを形成する段階と 、加熱乾燥ゾーンにシートを通して乾燥シートを形成する段階とを含む抄紙機で の製紙方法であって、懸濁液の乾燥重量の3重量%を上回る量の不溶性澱粉粒子 を配合し、湿潤シート中に該シートの乾燥重量の少なくとも3重量%の量の不溶 性澱粉粒子を保持し、乾燥中に不溶性粒子を加熱し、水分の存在下で可溶性澱粉 をシート 中に放出させる前記方法。 19 保持助剤が少なくとも4dl/gの固有粘度を有するカチオンポリマーで ある請求項16から18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
