Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 多重チャンネルオーディオ情報を処理する装置であって、 送信機であって、 1以上の前記多重チャンネルオーディオ情報から受信した情報の位相を、 他の該多重チャンネルオーディオ情報から受信した情報の位相に関して変化させ ることによって中間信号を発生させる第1回路網装置と、 前記第1回路網装置に応答して前記中間信号の周波数小帯域を表す小帯域 信号を発生させる符号化装置と、 前記小帯域信号を送信又は記憶に適した符号化された信号にアセンブルす るフォーマット装置とから成る送信機と、 受信機であって、 前記符号化された信号を受信し、該符号化された信号から小帯域信号を回 復させるデフォーマット装置と、 1以上の小帯域において少なくとも2つの該多重チャンネルオーディオ情 報に相当する前記回復された小帯域信号を結合させる第2回路網装置と、 前記第2回路網装置に応答して回復されたオーディオ情報を発生させる復 号装置とから成る受信機 とから成る多重チャンネルオーディオ情報処理装置。 2 前記第1回路網装置が、90度の相対的位相変化を起こさせる、請求項1の 装置。 3 前記第1回路網装置が、ヒルバート変換を用いる装置を含む、請求項1の装 置。 4 前記第1回路網装置が、すべての前記多重チャンネルに相当する位相変化を 起こさせる装置を含み、前記1以上のチャンネルに相当する前記位相変化が前記 他のチャンネルに相当する情報に対する前記位相変化とは異なる、請求項1の装 置。 5 前記第1回路網装置が、90度の相対的位相変化を起こさせる、請求項4の 装置。 6 前記第2回路網装置が、位相変化することなく符号化MPマトリックスのミ キシング方程式に従って小帯域信号を結合させる、請求項1、2又は4のいずれ か1つの装置。 7 前記符号化装置が、帯域濾波フィルタバンクを用いることによって前記小帯 域信号を発生させ、前記復号装置が逆帯域濾波フィルタバンクを用いることによ って前記回復されたオーディオ情報を発生させる、請求項1の装置。 8 前記符号化装置が、離散変換を用いることによって前記小帯域信号を発生さ せ、前記復号装置が、逆離散変換を用いて前記回復されたオーディオ情報を発生 させる、請求項1の装置。 9 前記符号化装置が、心理音響原理に従って確立されたビット数を用いて前記 小帯域損号を量子化する装置を含み、前記フォーマット装置が、配分指標を量子 化に用いたビット数を示す前記符号化された信号にアセンブルする、請求項1、 7又は8のいずれか1つの装置。 10 前記送信機が、指標信号を受信する装置をさらに含み、前記第1回路網と、 前記符号化装置とが前記指標信号に応答してその作動特性を改変させる、請求項 1の装置。 11 前記指標信号が、オペレータが作動した制御装置によって発生される、請求 項10の装置。 12 前記受信機が、指標信号を受信する装置をさらに含み、前記第2回路網と、 前記復号装置とが前記指標信号に応答してその作動特性を改変させる、請求項1 の装置。 13 前記指標信号が、オペレータが作動した制御装置と、前記符号化された信号 から導出された情報とを通して発生される、請求項12の装置。 14 多重チャンネルオーディオ情報を処理する送信機であって、 前記多重チャンネルオーディオ情報の周波数小帯域を表す小帯域信号を発生 させる符号化装置と、 前記符号化装置に応答して1以上の該多重チャンネルオーディオ情報に相当 する1以上の小帯域信号の位相を変化させることによって中間信号を発生させる 回路網装置であって、前記位相が、前記多重チャンネルの別のチャンネルに相当 する小帯域信号の位相に関して変化される回路網装置と、 前記中間信号を送信又は記憶に適した符号化された信号にアセンブルするフ ォーマット装置とから成る多重チャンネルオーディオ情報処理用送信機。 15 前記オーディオ情報が信号サンプルを含み、前記帯域濾波フィルタバンクが デジタルフィルタによって実施され、前記回路網装置が前記1以上の小帯域信号 にヒルバート変換を用いる、請求項14の受信機。 16 多重チャンネルオーディオ情報を処理する方法であって、 送信し、 1以上の前記多重チャンネルオーディオ情報から受信した情報の位相を、 他の該多重チャンネルオーディオ情報から受信した情報の位相に関して変化させ ることによって第1中間信号を発生させ、 前記第1中間信号の周波数小帯域を表す小帯域信号を発生させ、 前記小帯域信号を送信又は記憶に適した符号化された信号にアセンブルす るようにし、 受信し、 前記符号化された信号を受信し、該符号化された信号から小帯域信号を導 出し、 1以上の小帯域において少なくとも2つの該多重チャンネルオーディオ情 報に相当する前記回復された小帯域信号を結合させることによって第2中間信号 を発生させ、 前記回復された小帯域信号及び前記第2中間信号に応答して回復されたオ ーディオ情報を発生させるようにする ことから成る多重チャンネルオーディオ情報処理方法。 17 多重チャンネルオーディオ情報を処理する装置であって、 送信機であって、 1以上の前記多重チャンネルオーディオ情報に応答する位相変化回路網と 、 前記位相変化回路網に応答する分割帯域コーダと、 前記分割帯域コーダに応答する多重送信装置とから成る送信機と、 受信機であって、 逆多重送信装置と、 前記逆多重送信装置に応答するマトリックス回路網と、 前記マトリックス回路網に応答する分割帯域デコーダとから成る受信機 とから成る多重チャンネルオーディオ情報処理装置。 18 前記位相変化回路網が90度の相対的位相変化を起こさせる、請求項17の 装置。 19 前記マトリックス回路網が、位相変化なしの符号化MPマトリックスである 、請求項17又は18の装置。 20 前記分割帯域コーダが、帯域濾波フィルタバンクを含み、前記分割帯域デコ ーダが、逆帯域濾波フィルタバンクを含む、請求項17の装置。 21 前記分割帯域コーダが、離散変換を用い、前記分割帯域デコーダが、逆離散 変換を用いる、請求項17の装置。 22 前記分割帯域エンコーダが、心理音響原理に従って確立されたビット数を用 いて符号化された分割帯域信号を量子化し、前記多重送信装置が、前記符号化さ れた分割帯域信号を有する前記ビット数の配分指標を多重化する、請求項17、 20又は21のいずれか1つの装置。 23 前記マトリックス回路網と、前記分割帯域デコーダとが、前記多重送信装置 と、受信入力端子とを通して与えられる信号に応答して作動特性を改変させる、 請求項17の装置。
