Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 重合体物質を解重合して低分子量化合物を高収率で得る方法において、a) 重合体物質、超臨界条件下又はほぼ超臨界条件下の水及び酸化剤の反応混合物を 生成し、b)該混合物を超臨界条件下又はほぼ超臨界条件下で反応させて、前記 重合体物質内に含有される重合体の選択的部分酸化を行うことを特徴とする、重 合体物質の解重合法。 2 請求項1記載の方法において、前記重合体物質が、ハロゲン、ニトリル基、 ヒドロキシル基、フェニル基、カルボキシル基又はエステル基である強力な電子 吸引基を有する付加重合体からなるものである、重合体物質の解重合法。 3 請求項2記載の方法において、前記重合体物質が、ポリオレフィン、ポリ塩 化ビニル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリフッ化ビニル、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポ リアクリレート又はポリアルキルアクリレート、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリカ ーボネート、ポリ環状オレフィン、ポリウレタン、ポリメタクリレート、ポリア セトアルデヒド、ポリホルムアルデヒド、ポリスチレン又はポリメチルメタクリ レートである、重合体物質の解重合法。 4 請求項3記載の方法において、反応を温度380〜450℃、圧力220〜270気圧で 行い、酸化剤が酸素であり、使用量が超臨界水、酸化剤及び重合体物質の総容 量に対して0.5〜30容量%である、重合体物質の解重合法。 5 請求項3記載の方法において、重合体廃棄物質が無機添加剤を含有するもの であり、前記重合体廃棄物質を粉砕し、これを流体と混合して、ポンプ送給可能 な組成物を形成させ、反応混合物の形成前に前記ポンプ送給可能な組成物を予熱 し、反応混合物から無機物質を沈殿させ、沈殿した物質を反応生成物から分離す る工程をさらに包含する、重合体物質の解重合法。 6 重合体物質を解重合して低分子量化合物を高収率で得る方法の反応生成物に おいて、前記方法が、a)重合体物質、超臨界条件下又はほぼ超臨界条件下の水 及び酸化剤の反応混合物を生成する工程、及びb)該混合物を超臨界条件下又は ほぼ超臨界条件下で反応させる工程を包含してなる、重合体物質の解重合法の反 応生成物。 7 請求項6記載のものにおいて、重合体物質が、ハロゲン、ニトリル基、ヒド ロキシル基、フェニル基、カルボキシル基又はエステル基である強力な電子吸引 基を有する付加重合体からなるものである、重合体物質の解重合法の反応生成物 。 8 請求項7記載のものにおいて、重合体物質が、ポリオレフィン、ポリ塩化ビ ニル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリフッ化ビニル、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリア クリレート又はポリアルキルアクリレート、ポリアクリ ロニトリル、ポリカーボネート、ポリ環状オレフィン、ポリウレタン、ポリメタ クリレート、ポリアセトアルデヒド、ポリホルムアルデヒド、ポリスチレン又は ポリメチルメタクリレートである、重合体の解重合法の反応生成物。 9 請求項6記載のものにおいて、反応を温度200℃以上、圧力70気圧以上で 行い、酸化剤が酸素であり、使用量が超臨界水、酸化剤及び重合体物質の総容積 に対して0.5〜30容積%である、重合体の解重合法の反応生成物。 10 請求項9記載のものにおいて、重合体物質がPVCであり、生成物が塩化ビニ ル少なくとも約5重量%及びジクロロエチレン少なくとも約10重量%からなる ものである、重合体物質の解重合法の反応生成物。
