Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.モータ(3)の駆動歯車(2)と機械(5)の被駆動歯車(4)の上を動く エンドレスの回転駆動要素(1)と駆動要素(1)に張力を加える手段とを含む 駆動アセンブリにおいて、機械(5)を保持するフレーム(7)上に位置を変え ることができる方法で支持されていてモータ(3)の荷重(G)とモータ(3) の荷重(G)に略平行に働くプリテンションユニット(8)のあらかじめ張力を 加える力(F)との両方によって垂直下向きにあらかじめ張力を加えられる支持 具(6)上に、モータが配置されていることを特徴とする、駆動アセンブリ。 2.前記支持具(6)が、水平シャフト(9)の回りを回転することができる揺 動式であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の駆動アセンブリ。 3.前記駆動要素(1)がVベルト形式であることを特徴とする請求項1または 2に記載の駆動アセンブリ。 4.前記プリテンションユニット(8)が圧縮ばね(10)を含むことを特徴と する、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の駆動アセンブリ。 5.前記プリテンションユニット(8)が調整できるようになっていることを特 徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の駆動アセンブリ。 6.前記圧縮ばね(10)の一端が前記フレーム(7)上にあり他端が前記支持 具(6)に接続された圧力板(11)上にあり、前記圧力板(11)の位置を調 整して前記圧縮ばね(10)にあらかじめ張力を加えばね力(F)を調整するこ とができることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の駆動アセンブリ。 7.前記支持具(6)上に、前記圧縮ばね(10)を貫いて延び、前記圧力板( 11)を調整可能に支持し、前記フレーム(7)上で長手方向に位置変更可能に 案内される支持ボルト(12)が搭載され、前記支持ボルト(12)の自由端側 に調整可能な留め金(13)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記 載の駆動アセンブリ。 8.前記留め金(13)が、前記プリテンションユニット(8)を動作しないよ うにして前記駆動要素(1)を解放する端位置へと動くことができることを特徴 とする、請求項7に記載の駆動アセンブリ。 9.前記圧力板(11)を、ねじによる係合によって前記支持ボルト(12)に 関して調整することができることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の駆動 アセンブリ。 10.前記留め金(13)を、ねじによる係合によって前記支持ボルト(12) に関して調整することができることを特徴とする、請求項7ないし9のいずれか に記載の駆動アセンブリ。
