Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 炭素を含む耐火材料の本体(2)を具備する鋼の注入用の部材において、 部分的にもしくは完全に本体を被覆し、1000℃より高い温度にしたときに酸 化され、緻密化され、気体不透過性の層(4a,10a)を形成する層(4,1 0)を有することを特徴とする部材。 2. 層(4,10)が、焼成前駆体を含む耐火材料からなることを特徴とする 請求項1に記載の部材。 3. 焼成前駆体が、焼成アルミナ、活性焼成アルミナ、シリカ気体、粘土及び 酸化物の細粒(<50ミクロン)からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請 求項2に記載の部材。 4. 上記層が、1.5〜6%がグラファイトの形態である、4重量%以上9重 量%以下の炭素を含む物質から製造されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のい ずれか1項に記載の部材。 5. 上記層が、本体(2)とは別に製造され、この本体(2)に組み合わせら れる挿入物から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記 載の部材。 6. 上記層が、スパウトの本体(2)と共プレスされることを特徴とする請求 項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の部材。 7. スパウトの本体(2)を構成する物質及び層(4,10)を構成する物質 に、同一の結合剤が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項 に記載の部材。 8. 層(4,10)の物質が、透過率を減少させるための薬剤を含有すること を特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の部材。 9. 上記透過率減少剤が、ホウ酸ナトリウム、炭化ケイ素、炭化ホウ素、窒化 ホウ素及び特にケイ素のような金属添加物からなる群より選択されることを特徴 とする請求項8に記載の部材。 10. 層(10)が、少なくとも80%のアルミナで構成されていることを特 徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の部材。 11. 層(4,10)が、エナメルで被覆されていないことを特徴とする請求 項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の部材。 12. 上記層の厚さが、10mm未満であることを特徴とする請求項1から11 のいずれか1項に記載の部材。 13. 不透過性で緻密化した層(4,10)の厚さが、5mm未満であることを 特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の部材。 14. 気体不透過性で緻密化した層(4a,10a)が、熱処理段階中に注入 路(4)の表面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から13のいずれか1項 に記載のスパウトを製造する方法。 15. 熱処理段階が、上記スパウトを20分未満で1000℃の温度にするこ とからなることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 16. この部材が、注入スパウトであることを特徴とする請求項1から13の いずれか1項に記載の部材。 17. この部材が、注入停止ロッドであることを特徴とする請求項1から13 のいずれか1項に記載の部材。
