Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 波形チューブを成形するために周りに延びる波形を有する第1部分と 、前記波形チューブのカウス部を成形するために前記第1部分に対してベル状に 形成された第2部分とを含むチューブ状波形成形面を備える移動金型トンネルの 内部へ、第1パリソンを押出すことによって、熱可塑性材から成る二重壁パイプ を形成する方法であって、溶融した熱可塑性材の第1の外側パリソンを、第1の 押出オリフィスから金型トンネル内へ押出すステップと、前記第1の外側パリソ ンを前記第1又は第2の成形面の各々に対してバイアスして、周囲に複数の谷及 び山を有する波形チューブ部分とベル状チューブ部分とをそれぞれ形成するステ ップと、前記第2部分の上流領域の周囲上の複数の点において、前記第1外側パ リソンの内側表面と外側表面との間に圧力差を付加して、該第1外側パリソンを 前記第2成形面から離間させるように変形させ、それらから小さな突出バルーン を形成するステップと、溶融した熱可塑性材の第2の内側パリソンを、前記第1 押出オリフィスの下流域における第2の押出オリフィスから、前記金型トンネル 内の前記第1外側パリソン内へ押出すステップと、前記第2内側パリソンを、前 記第1成形面に横たわる前記波形チューブ部分の谷に対してバイアスし、二重壁 チューブを形成し、且つベル状チューブ部分内で該ベル状チューブ部分と共に積 層を形成するステップとを含む方法。 2. 前記突出バルーンに小さな孔を形成すべく該バルーンを破裂させるこ とから成る、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 前記第1外側パリソンを前記第1及び第2成形面に対しバイアスする ためにバイアス用空気圧が提供される、請求項2に記載の方法。 4. 前記バイアス用空気圧が、前記第1外側パリソンの内側壁に作用する 正の気圧である、請求項3に記載の方法。 5. 前記バイアス用空気圧が、前記第1外側パリソンの外側壁に作用する ように、前記成形面におけるアパチャーを通じての吸引である、請求項3に記載 の方法。 6. 前記変形のための吸引が、前記圧力差を提供すべく前記第1外側パリ ソンの外部から付加される、請求項2に記載の方法。 7. 前記変形のための吸引が、前記突出バルーンを破裂させるのに十分で あることから成る、請求項6に記載の方法。 8. 前記突出バルーンの破裂を補助するために機械的破裂手段が設けられ る、請求項6に記載の方法。 9. 前記機械的破裂手段はナイフである、請求項8に記載の方法。 10. 前記複数の点は、吸引で前記第1外側パリソンを複数の離散領域のそ れぞれに集中させ封じ込める手段によって画成されている、請求項6に記載の方 法。 11. 前記第2内側パリソンが、空気圧によって、前記波形チューブ部分に 対して、或いは前記ベル状チューブ部分に対してバイアスされる、請求項2に記 載の方法。 12. 前記第2成形面はその上流端部において、より大きな径のベル状部分 に拡張されるよう形成されている、請求項2に記載の方法。 13. 前記第2成形面は円周状凹部を含み、前記ベル状部分内に相補形の内 側円周溝が形成される、請求項2に記載の方法。 14. 前記第2成形部は内側に突出する円周状の凸部を含み、前記ベル状チ ューブ部分に相補形の内側突起が形成される、請求項2に記載の方法。 15. 前記波形の各山には小さな孔が設けられている、請求項2に記載の方 法。 16.少なくとも1つのカフス部分を有する二重壁熱可塑性パイプを作成する装 置であって、第1及び第2の同軸状押出通路を有する長尺押出ノズルを具備する 押出ダイと、周囲に延びる複数の波形を有する第1のチューブ状波形成形部及び 該第1成形面に対してベル状になった第2のチューブ状成形部を具備する移動金 型トンネルと、溶融した熱可塑性材の第1の外側パリソンを前記金型トンネル内 へ送り出すための前記押出ノズルにおける第1押出オリフィスと、前記第1外側 パリソンを第1或いは第2成形部に対してバイアスして、波形パイプ部分及びベ ル状部分をそれぞれ形成するバイアス手段と、前記第2成形部の上流域における 周囲上の複数の点において、前記第1外側パリソンの内側面と外側面との間に圧 力差を付加して、前記第1外側パリソンを変形させてそれらから突き出る複数の バルーンを形成する、圧力差付加手段と、溶融した熱可塑性材の第2の内側パリ ソンを前記第1外側パリソン内へ送り出すための、前記押出ノズルの前記第1押 出オリフィスの下流域においての第2押出オリフィスと、前記第2内側パリソン を前記第1成形面上に横たわる前記波形チューブ状部分の複数の谷に対してバイ アスして、前記ベル状チューブ部分内で該ベル状チューブ部分と共に積層を形成 するバイアス手段と、を備える装置。 17. 複数の小さな孔を形成すべく前記バルーンを破裂させる手段を含む、 請求項16に記載の装置。 18. 前記第1及び第2成形部に対して前記第1外側パリソンをバイアスす るためのバイアス用空気圧を提供する手段が設けられている、請求項17に記載 の装置。 19. 圧力差を提供すべく、前記第1外側パリソンの外部から変形のための 吸引を付加する手段が設けられている、請求項17に記載の装置。 20. 前記変形のための吸引を為す手段は、前記第2チューブ状成形部分の 上流域で開口する複数のオリフィスを有する吸引通路を含む、請求項17に記載 の装置。 21. 前記バルーンの破裂を補助するために機械的破裂手段が設けられてい る、請求項20に記載の装置。 22. 前記機械的破裂手段はナイフである、請求項21に記載の装置。 23. 前記第2成形部はその上流端で、より大きな径のベル状部分に拡張去 れる形状である、請求項17に記載の装置。 24. 前記第2成形部は周囲に凹部を含んで、前記ベル状チューブ部分に相 補形の内側周囲溝を形成している、請求項17に記載の装置。 25. 前記第2成形部は周囲に内側に突出する凸部を含んで、前記ベル状チ ューブ部分内に相補形の内側突起を形成している、請求項17に記載の装置。 26. 前記第1成形部での波形チューブにおける複数の山に孔をあける手段 を含む、請求項17に記載の装置。
