Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 特定の寛容原に結合した粘膜結合性分子を含む免疫寛容誘導剤。 2. 前記粘膜結合性分子が、細菌毒素、細菌線毛、ウイルス付着タンパク質 および植物レクチンの粘膜結合性構造に由来する粘膜結合性分子から選択される 請求項1に記載の薬剤。 3. 細菌毒素の前記粘膜結合性構造が、コレラ毒素および大腸菌(Esch erichia coli)の非耐熱エンテロトキシンから成る群より選択され る請求項2に記載の薬剤。 4. 前記粘膜結合性構造が毒素の結合性フラグメントである請求項3に記載 の薬剤。 5. 毒素の前記結合性フラグメントが、コレラ毒素または大腸菌の非耐熱エ ンテロトキシンのBサブユニットである請求項4に記載の薬剤。 6. 前記特定の寛容原が、個体において望ましくない免疫応答を引き起こす ハプテンを含む特異的抗原から選択される請求項1に記載の薬剤。 7. 前記望ましくない免疫応答が全身的抗体産生に関係している請求項6に 記載の薬剤。 8. 前記望ましくない免疫応答が遅延型過敏症反応に関係している請求項6 に記載の薬剤。 9. 前記望ましくない免疫応答が、自己免疫疾患、アレルギー疾患、組織若 しくは細胞移植片拒絶反応および/または急性若しくは慢性炎症反応若しくは障 害に関係している請求項6に記載の薬剤。 10.前記抗原が、タンパク質、ペプチド、炭水化物、脂質および核酸から成 る群より選択される請求項6に記載の薬剤。 11.前記寛容原および前記粘膜結合性分子が互いに直接的にまたは間接的に 結合している請求項1に記載の薬剤。 12.前記寛容原および前記粘膜結合性分子が、スペーサー分子;ハプテンを 含む該寛容原/抗原含有保護ビヒクル;または融合遺伝子若しくはヌクレオチド 配列の発現に由来する、該スペーサー分子とハプテンを含む該寛容原/抗原との ハイブリッド分子から成る群のメンバーの助けによって互いに間接的に結合して いる請求項11に記載の薬剤。 13.前記スペーサー分子が、前記寛容原または寛容原含有ビヒクルおよび前 記粘膜結合性分子のどちらかまたは両方に対して結合親和性を有する分子から選 択される請求項12に記載の薬剤。 14.前記スペーサー分子が抗体である請求項13に記載の薬剤。 15.前記スペーサー分子が、ガラクトシル−N−アセチル−ガラクトサミニ ル−(シアリル)−ガラクトシルグルコシルセラミドであるGM1ガングリオシ ドのコレラ毒素結合性構造であるかまたはそれに由来する請求項13に記載の薬 剤。 16.個体において望ましくない免疫応答を引き起こすハプテンを含む特異的 抗原に対して該個体において免疫寛容を誘導する方法であって、免疫学的有効量 の請求項1に記載の薬剤を該個体に対して粘膜経路によって投与することを含む 上記方法。
