Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.汚染した脱脂液を精製する方法にして、 a)二つの相を形成する少なくとも一つの収集用重合体また重合体混合物を脱 脂液に添加し、 b)前記の少なくとも一つの収集用重合体を脱脂液と混合し、 c)収集用重合体および汚染物の主な部分が疎水性下層相を形成しかつ脱脂剤 が親水性上層相を形成するように収集用重合体および脱脂液を分離し、 d)下層相を除去し、 e)上層相を直接にまたはその処理ために再使用することを含む方法。 2.請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法にして、工程a)において帯電した界面活性 剤を添加し、前記界面活性剤が工程c)において形成された下層相内の汚染物の 割合を増大させるように脱脂液中の汚染物と相互に作用することを特徴とする方 法。 3.請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法にして、工程a)において帯電した重合体を 添加し、前記重合体が工程c)において形成された下層相内の汚染物の割合を増 大させるように脱脂液中の汚染物と相互に作用することを特徴とする方法。 4.請求の範囲第1項から第3項までのいずれか一項に記載の方法にして、工程 e)の脱脂液が工程a)ないしe)による反復した浄化を受けることを特徴とす る方法。 5.請求の範囲第1項から第4項までのいずれか一項に記載の方法にして、工程 a)またはb)において錯合剤をも添加することを特徴とする方法。 6.請求の範囲第1項から第5項までのいずれか一項において、前記収集用重合 体が前記粒子、錯合体、化合物および分子の一つまたはそれ以上に富む水性重合 体層を形成すると共に、有機粒子および無機粒子と、無機錯体と、可溶性の有機 化合物および分子とを収集することができることを特徴とする方法。 7.請求の範囲第1項から第6項までのいずれか一項に記載の方法にして、前記 重合体が5−90℃、好ましくは10−60℃、特に12−25℃の範囲内の曇 り点を有することを特徴とする方法。 8.請求の範囲第1項から第7項までのいずれか一項に記載の方法にして、エ チレンオキシド(EO)モノマーと、エチレンオキシド/プロピレンオキシド( PO)モノマーまたはそれに代わるものとして置換セルロース、例えばエチルヒ ドロキシエチルセルロースとを含む水溶性重合体を使用することを特徴とする方 法。 9.エチレンオキシド/プロピレンオキシドが重合されたジイソシアネートエチ レンダイアミンまたは同様な物質の型式の中央極性分子を含む重合体。 10.請求の範囲第9項に記載の重合体にして、重合体が500−1,000,0 00、好ましくは1000−100,000、特に3000−8000の分子量 を有していることを特徴とする重合体。 11.請求の範囲第1項から第10項までのいずれか一項に記載の水溶液にして、 水溶液が請求の範囲第7項から第10項までのいずれか一項に記載の重合体を含 む水溶液であることを特徴とする水溶液。 12.請求の範囲第1項から第11項までのいずれか一項に記載の水溶液にして、 水溶液が錯体を形成する化合物、好ましくは、ヒドロキシエチルトールファット アルキルイミダゾリン(HTI)を含み、重合体/HTIの混合比が1:1であ り、特にほぼ1:0.5であり、特に1:03であることを特徴とする方法。 13.請求の範囲第1項から第12項までのいずれか一項に記載の製品にして、含 水量が80−90%である製品。 14.脱脂液を浄化するための収集用重合体、または二相を形成する重合体の混合 物の使用。
