Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. パラフィン系原料の改質方法であって、原料及びオレフィンを5v/vよ り大きいパラフィン対オレフィン比で固体酸触媒と接触させることからなり、水 素化条件下で実施されることを特徴とする前記方法。 2. 水素化条件が水素化用流体の添加を含む請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 水素化用流体が液体形態を有する請求項2に記載の方法。 4. 水素化用流体が、不活性の流体希釈剤中、例えば反応性パラフィン中に溶 解した水素源からなる請求項2又は3に記載の方法。 5. 水素化用流体が水素ガスからなる請求項2から4のいずれか一項に記載の 方法。 6. 水素化条件が水素化機能体の添加を含む請求項1から5のいずれか一項に 記載の方法。 7. 水素化機能体が、好ましくは第IB族又は第VIII族金属成分、これら の組合わせ、及びこれらと第VIB族金属成分から選択した別の成分との組合わ せの中から選択した水素化用金属成分からなる請求項6に記載の方法。 8. 水素化機能体が、プラチナ、パラジウム、銅及びニッケル、これらの組合 わせ、並びにこれらとタングステン及びモリブデンから選択した別の金属成分と の組合わせの中から選択した、金属、イオン又は合金形態の1種類以上の金属成 分からなる請求項7に記載の方法。 9. 水素化機能体を触媒と化学的もしくは物理的に結合するか又は混合する請 求項6〜8に記載の方法。 10. 水素化機能体を、存在する固体酸の0.005〜10.0重量%、好ま しくは0.01〜1.0重量%、より好ましくは0.05〜0.5重量%の量で 存在させる請求項6から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 11. 触媒が、孔の直径が0.70nmより大きいゼオライト、硫酸塩担持金 属酸化物、非晶質シリカアルミナ、アルミナ上金属ハロゲン化物、マクロレティ キュラー酸カチオン交換樹脂、ヘテロポリ酸及び活性化粘土鉱物から選択した成 分からなる請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 12. 触媒がゼオライトβ成分からなる請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記 載の方法。 13. 任意に液体反応器内容物の外部又は内部循環を用いて、固定床又はスラ リー相反応器内で実施される請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 14. パラフィン系原料を触媒改質し且つ失活触媒の活性を改善するための循 環プロセスに含まれ、該プロセスが、a)固体酸触媒を入れた反応器に原料及び オレフィンを5v/vより大きいパラフィン対オレフィン比で供給し、改質され た生成物を含む流出物を取り出すステップと、b)炭化水素流出物の除去によっ て触媒の活性を改善するための媒質に触媒を暴露するステップとを含み、ステッ プa)が水素化条件下で実施される、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方 法。 15. 触媒の活性を改善するための媒質が水素化用媒質である請求項14に記 載の方法。 16. 反応器が、任意にステップa)で液体反応器内容物の外部又は内部循環 を使用する固定床又はスラリー相反応器からなる請求項14又は15に記載の方 法。 17. 供給及び流出物ラインを並列にしてステップa)及びステップb)を少 なくとも二つの床で反位相で実施しながら作動する複数の反応器又は反応器床で 実施される請求項14から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 18. 触媒をステップb)の操作のために反応器から別個の容器に継続的又は 周期的に取り出し、ステップa)の操作のために反応器に戻す、スラリー反応器 内で実施される請求項14から17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 19. 請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の方法で製造した炭化水素生成 物。
