Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 多孔性仕切り部材であって、開口を有し且つ血液凝固プロセスまたは血液 中の血小板凝集を開始させることができる薬剤を少なくとも1種組み込んでいる 多孔性物質を含む多孔性仕切り部材。 2. 血液凝固プロセスを起こすことのできる該薬剤がプロトロンビン変換の外 因性または内因性経路の活性化剤を少なくとも1つ含むものである、請求項1の 多孔性仕切り部材。 3. プロトロンビン変換の外因性または内因性経路の該活性化剤が、トロンボ プラスチン試薬又は活性セファロプラスチン試薬を含むものである、請求項2の 多孔性仕切り部材。 項2の多孔性仕切り部材。 5. 血液中の血小板凝集を起こすことのできる薬剤が該ADP、リストセチン、 アラキドン酸、トロンビン、エピネフリン、血小板活性因子(PAF)、又はトロン ビン受容体作用薬ペプチド(TRAP)を含むものである、請求項1の多孔性仕切り部 材。 6. コラーゲンを更に含む、請求項5の多孔性仕切り部材。 7. 該多孔性仕切り部材が薄膜、セラミック、ナイロン、ポリプロピレン、ポ リビニリデンフルオライド又はガラス繊維を含むものである、請求項1の多孔性 仕切り部材。 8. 該薄膜が混合セルロース・エステル(アセテート及びナイトレート)薄膜 を含むものである、請求項7の多孔性仕切り部材。 9. 該薄膜が約100μ乃至約200μのポアを有するものである、 請求項8の多孔性仕切り部材。 10. 該薄膜が約140μ乃至約160μのポアを有するものである、請求項9の多 孔性仕切り部材。 11. 該薄膜が約150μのポアを有するものである、請求項10の多孔性仕切 り部材。 12. 多孔性仕切り部材に血液を通過させることを含む血液の凝固機能を試験 する方法であって、該多孔性仕切り部材が開口を有し且つ血液凝固プロセスを開 始させることのできる少なくとも1つの薬剤を組み込んであり、 (i) 該仕切り部材の開口を通して血液または血漿を流すステップと、 (ii) 該多孔性仕切り部材にある該開口における凝血の形成とそれによる血 流の停止に要する時間量を測定するステップと、そして (iii) ステップ(ii)で測定された時間を所定の正常範囲と相関づけるステッ プと を含むものである方法。 13. 血液凝固プロセスを開始させることのできる該薬剤がプロトロンビン変 換の外因性または内因性経路の活性化剤を少なくとも1つ含むものである、請求 項12の方法。 14. プロトロンビン変換の外因性または内因性経路の活性化剤がトロンボプ ラスチン試薬又は活性セファロプラスチン試薬を含むものである、請求項13の 方法。 求項14の方法。 16. 該多孔性仕切り部材が薄膜、セラミック、ナイロン、ポリプロピレン、 ポリビニリデンフルオライド又はガラス繊維を含むものである、請求項12の方 法。 17. 血小板機能を試験する方法であって、多孔性仕切り部材に血液又は血小 板リッチ血漿を通過させることを含み、該多孔性仕切り部材が開口を有し且つ血 小板凝集を活性化させることのできる少なくとも1つの試薬をこれに組み込んで あるものであり、 (i) 該仕切り部材の開口を通して血液または血漿を流すステップと、 (ii) 該多孔性仕切りにある開口における栓子の形成及びそれによる血流の 停止に要する時間量を測定するステップと、そして (iii) ステップ(ii)で測定された時間を所定の正常範囲と相関づけるステッ プと を含む方法。 18. 血小板凝集を起こすことのできる該薬剤がADPを含むものである、請求 項12の方法。
