Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. タンクから計量された容量の流体材料を分与するためのエアロゾル分与 装置において、この装置はタンクと分与弁とを画成する本体を含み、前記分与弁 は、 a)計量室をタンクに連通する少なくとも2以上の計量室ポートを有する計量 室と、 b)前記計量室の中に滑り運動するステムであって、分与通路を有し、前記2 以上の計量室ポートに対して滑り運動する密封部材に連結されたステムを含み、 前記ステムおよび前記密封部材は、 i)第1位置において、計量室が分与通路から流体隔離され、また計量室が 前記2以上の計量室ポートを通してタンクと流体連通し、 ii)第2位置において、計量室が分与通路と流体連通し、また密封部材に よって前記2以上の計量室ポートが閉鎖される事により、計量室がタンクから流 体隔離されるように運動する事を特徴とするエアロゾル分与装置。 2. 計量室がタンクの中に配置されている事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の エアロゾル分与装置。 3. 密封部材が計量室の中に配置される事を特徴とする請求項2に記載のエ アロゾル分与装置。 4. 密封部材はさらに少なくとも1つの密封パッドを含む事を特徴とする請 求項2に記載のエアロゾル分与装置。 5. 密封部材はさらに少なくとも1つの密封ガードルを含む事を特徴とする 請求項2に記載のエアロゾル分与装置。 6. 前記密封パッドはさらにポート密封ガスケットを含む事を特徴とする請 求項4に記載のエアロゾル分与装置。 7. 前記密封ガードルはさらにポート密封ガスケットを含む事を特徴とする 請求項5に記載のエアロゾル分与装置。 8. 計量室はさらに、 a)第1開口と、 b)第2開口と、 c)前記第1開口に隣接配置された上方密封スリーブと、 d)前記第2開口に隣接配置された下方密封スリーブとを含み、 前記ステムは前記上方および下方密封スリーブの中を滑り運動するように配置 されている事を特徴とする請求項6に記載のエアロゾル分与装置。 9. 前記ステムはさらに少なくとも1つのフランジを含む事を特徴とする請 求項8に記載のエアロゾル分与装置。 10. さらにバネを含む事を特徴とする請求項9に記載のエアロゾル分与装 置。 11. ステムの一部が下方密封スリーブの外側に延在し、またバネが計量室 の外側に配置されている事を特徴とする請求項10に記載のエアロゾル分与装置 。 12. 2乃至約10の計量室ポートを有する事を特徴とする請求項11に記 載のエアロゾル分与装置。 13. 計量室ポートが約0.1mm乃至約2.5mmの直径を有する事を特 徴とする請求項12に記載のエアロゾル分与装置。 14. 6計量室ポートを有する事を特徴とする請求項13に記載のエアロゾ ル分与装置。 15. ステムが全体として円筒形であり、また密封スリーブが実質的に環状 の部材を含む事を特徴とする請求項14に記載のエアロゾル分与装置。 16. 計量室がさらに1つまたは複数の計量室リッジを含む事を特徴とする 請求項15に記載のエアロゾル分与装置。 17. さらに追加の下方密封スリーブを有する事を特徴とする請求項16に 記載のエアロゾル分与装置。 18. 前記流体材料は活性剤と推進薬とを含む事を特徴とする請求項17に 記載のエアロゾル分与装置。 19. 活性剤は、サルメテロール、フルティカゾン、アルブテロール、アミ ロリド、オンダンセトロン、スマトリプタン、およびレミフェンタニルから成る グループから選定される事を特徴とする請求項18に記載のエアロゾル分与装置 。 20. タンクから計量された容量の流体材料を分与するためのエアロゾル分 与装置において、この装置はタンクと分与弁とを画成する本体を含み、前記分与 弁は、 a)i)計量室を計量室外部に接続する上方開口と、 ii)計量室を装置外部に接続する下方開口と、 iii)計量室をタンクに連通する少なくとも2または2以上の計量室ポ ートとを有する計量室と、 b)上方開口に隣接する上方密封スリーブと、 c)下方開口に隣接する下方密封スリーブと、 d)前記上方および下方密封スリーブの中を滑り運動するように配置されたス テムとを含み、前記ステムは分与通路を有し、また前記ステムは前記2以上の計 量室ポートを開閉するように滑り運動する密封ケージに連結され、前記ステムお よび前記密封ケージは、 i)第1位置において、計量室が装置外部から流体隔離されるように分与通 路が配置され、また計量室が前記2以上の計量室ポートを通してタンクと流体連 通するように前記密封ケージが配置され、 ii)第2位置において、計量室が分与通路を通して装置外部と流体連通す るように分与通路が配置され、また計量室がタンクから流体隔離されるように密 封ケージが前記2または2以上の計量室ポートを閉鎖するように、運動する事を 特徴とするエアロゾル分与装置。 21. ステムの運動前に装置を振とうしてタンクと計量室中に収容された流 体を混合する事を特徴とする請求項1に記載のエアロゾル分与装置の使用法。 22. 前記ステムをその第1位置と第2位置との間に運動させる段階を含む 請求項9のエアロゾル分与装置中に収容された流体材料の混合法。 23. 前記ステムをその第1位置と第2位置との間に運動させる段階を含む 請求項9のエアロゾル分与装置の計量室中に収容された流体材料の混合法。
