Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.弁支持体を具備し、この弁支持体が環状室内に弁閉鎖部材を備え、この弁閉 鎖部材が弁支持体内に設けられた弁座と協働し、更に、切り換え可能なオリフィ スを備え、このオリフィスが第1の切り換え位置で、電磁弁への油圧流通を妨害 せず、他の切り換え位置で電磁弁への圧力媒体流通を制限し、この場合切り換え 可能なオリフィスが電磁弁に統合された環状ピストンの構成要素である、特許・ ・・・(ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願第4319227.0号)による電磁弁、特 にスリップ制御装置を備えた油圧ブレーキ装置のための電磁弁において、弁座( 116)の上流側に設けられた圧力媒体通路が通路縮小部(130)を備え、弁 座(116)の上流において圧力媒体通路(2)に、環状ピストン(8)の中間 室(117)内まで延びる小さな呼び幅の通路分岐部(129)が開口し、それ によって通路縮小部(130)で圧力媒体柱の圧力エネルギーの一部が運動エネ ルギーに変換され、この運動エネルギーが環状ピストン(8)の端面に通じる通 路分岐部(129)内で圧力降下を開始することを特徴とする電磁弁。 2.弁座(116)がスリーブ状の中心体(114)内に設けられ、この中心体 が弁支持体(10)内に挿入され、中心体(114)が通路縮小部(130)を 収容していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項の電磁弁。 3.中心体(114)と弁支持体(10)の間を、特に圧力媒体隙間の形をした 通路分岐部が案内され、この通路分岐部が環状ピストン(8)の端面によって画 成された中間室(117)に開口していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ま たは第2項の電磁弁。 4.通路分岐部(129)寄りの環状ピストン(8)の端面が、中間室(117 )内のリングシール(124)によって画成されていることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1〜3項の少なくとも一つの電磁弁。 5.通路分岐部(129)が、弁支持体(10)内に設けられた固定オリフィス (136)と中心体(114)内を延びる通路縮小部(130)の間に開口して いることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜4項の少なくとも一つの電磁弁。 6.通路縮小部(130)が弁収容体(9)内の主圧力管(2)内の上流側に設 けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項の電磁弁。 7.通路縮小部(130)がオリフィスインサート(131)によって形成され ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜6項のいずれか一つの電磁弁。 8.オリフィスインサート(131)がほぼノズルの輪郭を有する薄壁状成形体 からなり、この成形体が特に弁支持体(10)内に摩擦連結的に固定されている ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項の電磁弁。 9.オリフィスインサート(131)がつば(135)を備え、このつばが弁支 持体(10)に固定された板形フィルター(21)と弁支持体(10)の間に挟 持されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項の電磁弁。 10.つば(135)が少なくとも一つの切欠き(134)を有し、この切欠きが 弁閉鎖部材(11)に対して平行に接続配置された圧力媒体通路(132)を開 放していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第9項の電磁弁。 11.つば(135)が圧力媒体通路(132)の一部にかぶさり、この圧力媒体 通路内に、つば(135)の方へ開放する逆止弁(133)が挿入されているこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項の電磁弁。
