Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)25から97重量部の一価アルコールのアクリル酸エステルであって、 この単独重合体は0℃より小さいTgを有し、 (b)3から75重量部の非極性エチレン性不飽和単量体であって、この単独重 合体は10.50より大きくない溶解パラメーター及び15℃より大きいTgを有し、そ して (c)0から5重量部の極性エチレン性不飽和単量体であって、この単独重合 体は10.50より大きい溶解パラメーター及び15℃より大きいTgを有するものを含 む出発物質の反応生成物 を含む感圧接着剤であって、 ここで、アクリル酸エステル、非極性エチレン性不飽和単量体及び極性エチレ ン性不飽和単量体の相対的量は、テスト手順B−Iに従って測定して室温におい て72時間放置した後ポリプロピレンの面に対して、反応生成物の90°剥離接着力 が少なくとも2ポンド/0.5インチであるように選定される感圧接着剤。 2.(a)25から97重量部の一価アルコールのアクリル酸エステルであって、 この単独重合体は0℃より小さいTgを有し、 (b)3から75重量部の非極性エチレン性不飽和単量体であって、この単独重 合体は10.50より大きくない溶解パラメーター及び15℃より大きいTgを有し、そ して (c)0から5重量部の極性エチレン性不飽和単量体であって、この単独重合 体は10.50より大きい溶解パラメーター及び15℃より大きいTgを有するものを含 む出発物質の反応生成物 を含む感圧接着剤であって、 ここで、アクリル酸エステル、非極性エチレン性不飽和単量体及び極性エチレ ン性不飽和単量体の相対的量は、テスト手順B−IIに 従って測定して室温において10秒間放置した後1.5±0.25mg/in2の脂質を有する 面に対して、感圧接着剤の90°剥離接着力が0より大きいように選定される感圧 接着剤。 3.a)(i)25から98重量部の一価アルコールのアクリル酸エステルであっ て、この単独重合体は0℃より小さいTgを有し、 (ii)2から75重量部の非極性エチレン性不飽和単量体であって、この単独重 合体は10.50より大きくない溶解パラメーター及び15℃より大きいTgを有し、そ して (iii)0から5重量部の極性エチレン性不飽和単量体であって、この単独重 合体は10.50より大きい溶解パラメーター及び15℃より大きいTgを有する出発物 質の反応生成物、並びに、 b)少なくとも1つの粘着付与剤は室温において反応生成物に混合することが できるものを含み、但し感圧接着剤は本質的に乳化剤を含まない感圧接着剤。 4.アクリル酸エステル、非極性エチレン性不飽和単量体及び極性エチレン性 不飽和単量体の相対的量は、テスト手順B−Iに従って測定して室温において72 時間放置した後ポリプロピレンの面に対して、反応生成物の90°剥離接着力が少 なくとも3ポンド/0.5インチであるように選定される請求項1記載の感圧接着 剤。 5.アクリル酸エステル、非極性エチレン性不飽和単量体及び極性エチレン性 不飽和単量体の相対的量は、テスト手順B−IIに従って測定して室温において10 秒間放置した後1.5±0.25mg/in2の脂質を有する面に対して、反応生成物の90° 剥離接着力が少なくとも2オンス/0.5インチより大きいように選定される請求 項2記載の感圧接着剤。 6.アクリル酸エステル、非極性エチレン性不飽和単量体及び極性エチレン性 不飽和単量体の相対的量は、テスト手順B−IIに従っ て測定して室温において1分間放置した後1.5±0.25mg/in2の脂質を有する面に 対して、反応生成物の90°剥離接着力が少なくとも5オンス/0.5インチである 請求項2記載の感圧接着剤。 7.アクリル酸エステル、非極性エチレン性不飽和単量体及び極性エチレン性 不飽和単量体の相対的量は、テスト手順B1−IIIに従って測定して室温において7 2時間放置した後ポリプロピレンの面に対して、該接着剤の90°剥離接着力が少 なくとも2ポンド/0.5インチであるように選定される請求項3記載の感圧接着 剤。 8.アクリル酸エステル、非極性エチレン性不飽和単量体及び極性エチレン性 不飽和単量体の相対的量は、テスト手順B1−IIIに従って測定して室温において7 2時間放置した後ポリプロピレンの面に対して、該接着剤の90°剥離接着力が少 なくとも5ポンド/0.5インチであるように選定される請求項3記載の感圧接着 剤。 9.アクリル酸エステル、非極性エチレン性不飽和単量体及び極性エチレン性 不飽和単量体の相対的量は、テスト手順B2−IIIに従って測定して室温において1 0秒間放置した後1.5±0.25mg/in2の脂質を有する面に対して、該接着剤の90° 剥離接着力が0より大きいように選定される請求項3記載の感圧接着剤。 10.アクリル酸エステル、非極性エチレン性不飽和単量体及び極性エチレン性 不飽和単量体の相対的量は、テスト手順B2−IIIに従って測定して室温において1 0秒間放置した後1.5±0.25mg/in2の脂質を有する面に対して、該接着剤の90° 剥離接着力が少なくとも2オンス/0.5インチである請求項3記載の感圧接着剤 。 11.アクリル酸エステル、非極性エチレン性不飽和単量体及び極性エチレン性 不飽和単量体の相対的量は、テスト手順B2−IIIに従って測定して室温において 1分間放置した後1.5±0.25mg/in2の脂質を有する面に対して、該接着剤の90° 剥離接着力が少なくとも5 オンス/0.5インチである請求項3記載の感圧接着剤。 12.40から85重量部のアクリル酸エステルを含む請求項1乃至3のいづれかに 記載の感圧接着剤。 13.15から60重量部の非極性エチレン性不飽和単量体を含む請求項1乃至3の いづれかに記載の感圧接着剤。 14.アクリル酸エステルは、イソオクチルアクリレート、2−エチルヘキシル アクリレート、イソノニルアクリレート、イソデシルアクリレート、デシルアク リレート、ラウリルアクリレート、ヘキシルアクリレート、ブチルアクリレート 、オクタデシルアクリレート及びこれらの組合せから成る群から選ばれる請求項 1乃至3のいづれかに記載の感圧接着剤。 15.メタクリレート単量体ではない非極性エチレン性不飽和単量体を含む請求 項1乃至3のいづれかに記載の感圧接着剤。 16.非極性エチレン性不飽和単量体は、3,3,5−トリメチルシクロヘキシ ルアクリレート、シクロヘキシルアクリレート、イソボルニルアクリレート、N −オクチルアクリルアミド、t−ブチルアクリレート、及びこれらの組合せから 成る群から選ばれる請求項1乃至3のいづれかに記載の感圧接着剤。 17.極性エチレン性不飽和単量体はアクリル酸、イタコン酸、N,N−ジメチ ルアクリルアミド、N−ビニル−2−ピロリドン、N−ビニルカプロラクタム、 アクリロニトリル、テトラヒドロフルフリルアクリレート、グリシジルアクリレ ート、2−フェノキシエチルアクリレート、ベンジルアクリレート及びこれらの 組合せから成る群から選ばれる請求項1乃至3のいづれかに記載の感圧接着剤。 18.非極性エチレン性不飽和単量体はイソボルニルアクリレートである請求項 1乃至3のいづれかに記載の感圧接着剤。 19.イソオクチルアクリレート、イソボルニルアクリレート及び アクリル酸の反応生成物を含む請求項1乃至3のいづれかに記載の感圧接着剤。 20.イソオクチルアクリレート及びイソボルニルアクリレートの反応生成物を 含む請求項1乃至3のいづれかに記載の感圧接着剤。 21.(A)(i)25から97重量部の一価アルコールのアクリル酸エステルであ って、この単独重合体は0℃より小さいTgを有し、 (ii)3から75重量部のメタクリレート単量体以外の非極性エチレン性不飽和 単量体であって、この単独重合体は10.50より大きくない溶解パラメーター及び1 5℃より大きいTgを有し、そして (iii)0から5重量部の極性エチレン性不飽和単量体であって、この単独重 合体は10.50より大きい溶解パラメーター及び15℃より大きいTgを有し、そして 任意には (iv)架橋剤からの反応生成物、並びに任意には (B)微小球、可塑剤、粘着付与剤、着色剤、強化剤、難燃剤、発泡剤、熱伝 導剤、導電剤、後硬化剤、促進剤及びこれらの組合せから成る1種以上の添加剤 から本質的に成る接着剤。
