- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 亜鉛被覆の表面又は亜鉛アルミニウム合金被覆の表面に対する処理法であ って、金属オキソイオンの少なくとも1種とヘテロイオンの少なくとも1種とか らなる錯塩化合物を、これらイオンに対する相溶性を有した被膜形成性の耐酸性 樹脂と共存させてなる、pH値が3未満の水溶液を用いて前記被覆表面を処理す る工程を含み、前記金属オキソイオンをモリブデン酸基、タングステン酸基及び バナジン酸基のなかから選択し、前記ヘテロイオンをリン(V価)、アルミニウ ム(III価)、ケイ素(IV価)、マンガン(II価)、マンガン(IV価)、ジルコ ニウム(IV価)、チタン(IV価)、錫(IV価)、セリウム(III価)及びニッケ ル(II価)のなかから選択してなる表面処理法。 2. 前記の樹脂が、非イオン系界面活性剤で安定化されて懸濁状態にある第1 項に記載の表面処理法。 3. 前記の樹脂が、1種以上のアクリル酸エステルを構成要素とするものであ る第1項又は第2項に記載の表面処理法。 4. 前記の樹脂が、メチルメタクリレート、n−ブチルアクリレート、ヒロド キシエチルアクリレート及びグリセロールプロポキシトリアクリレートからなる 群より選ばれた1種以上のアクリル酸エステルを構成要素とするものである第3 項に記載の表面処理法。 5. 前記の樹脂が、水性溶媒中で、反応性の官能基を有した少なくとも1種の 不飽和脂肪族アルコールの脂肪酸エステルの存在下に、少なくも1種の不飽和モ ノマーを重合して得られたものである前記各項の何れかに記載の表面処理法。 6. 前記の樹脂が、耐酸性の架橋剤を更に含有したものである前記各項の何れ かに記載の表面処理法。 7. 前記の耐酸性架橋剤が酸を触媒とするものである第6項に記載の表面処理 法。 8. 前記の樹脂が、乾燥厚さ3ミクロン未満のフィルム状で適用される前記各 項の何れかに記載の表面処理法。 9. 前記フィルムの乾燥厚さが2ミクロン未満である第8項に記載の表面処理 法。 10. 前記の金属オキソイオンが、モリブデン酸基である前記各項の何れかに 記載の表面処理法。 11. 前記のヘテロイオンがリンである前記各項の何れかに記載の表面処理法 。 12. 溶液中における前記樹脂に対する金属の含有量比が、樹脂固形分1キロ グラム当りで0.005〜0.5モルである前記各項の何れかに記載の表面処理 法。 13. 前記の樹脂に対する金属の含有量比が、樹脂固形分1キログラム当りで 0.05〜0.06モルである第12項に記載の表面処理法。 14. 前記の樹脂に対する金属の含有量比が、樹脂固形分1キログラム当りで 0.01〜0.02モルである第13項に記載の表面処理法。 15. 前記錯化合物中の金属の、ヘテロイオンに対する量比が、1:5〜1: 12の範囲内である前記各項の何れかに記載の表面処理法。 16. 前記溶液が、更に少なくとも1種のフッ素含有化合物を含んでいる前記 各項の何れかに記載の表面処理法。 17. 前記錯化合物を含有した樹脂の水性分散液が、pH2.5未満において 前記表面へ適用される前記各項の何れかに記載の表面処理法。 18. 前記表面が、錯化合物を含有した樹脂の水性溶液を用いpH2.5未満 において処理され、次いで湿潤状態下で前記樹脂の分散液により処理される前記 各項の何れかに記載の表面処理法。 19. 前記表面が、55Al/Znコーティングの表面である前記各項の何れかに 記載の表面処理法。 20. 前記各項の何れかに記載の表面処理法により処理されたメッキずみ鋼鉄 。 21. 前記各項の何れかに記載の表面処理法において使用される分散液であっ て、水性溶媒の中に、少なくとも1種の金属オキソイオンが少なくとも1種のヘ テロイオンと混在し、かつこれらイオンに対する相溶性を有した被膜形成性の耐 酸性樹脂が懸濁共存している、pH値が3未満の分散液であって、前記金属オキ ソイオンがモリブデン酸基、タングステン酸基及びバナジン酸基のなかから選ば れ、前記ヘテロイオンがリン(V価)、アルミニウム(III価)、ケイ素(IV価 )、マンガン(II価)、マンガン(IV価)、ジルコニウム(IV価)、チタン(IV 価)、錫(IV価)、セリウム(III価)及びニッケル(II価)のなかから選ばれ てなる分散液。 22. 耐酸性の架橋剤を更に含有している第21項に記載の分散液。 23. 実質上、明細書本文中の何れかの例に記載されているとおりの表面処理 法。 24. 明細書本文中の何れかの例に記載されている処理法によって処理された メッキずみ鋼鉄。 25. 実質上、明細書本文中の何れかの例に記載されているとおりの分散液。
