Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.全長にわたって実施的に均一な側方断面を有しておりかつ細長いコア(24 )と該コア(24)を取り囲んでいる細長いケース(26)とを含んでおり、 該ケース(26)が少なくとも100,000psi(0.2%オフセット) の降伏強度を有するケース材料で構成されており、コア(24)がタンタル、タ ンタル基合金、プラチナ及びプラチナ基合金、タングステン、及びタングステン 基合金の少なくとも1の要素からなるコア材料で構成されている、 身体適合器具。 2.前記タンタル合金が、重量で約5%〜約20%のタングステンを含んでいる 請求項1に記載の身体適合器具。 3.前記タンタル合金が、約10%のタングステンを含んでいる請求項2に記載 の身体適合器具。 4.前記ケース材料がコバルト基合金である請求項2に記載の身体適合器具。 5.前記ケース材料がチタニウム基合金である請求項2に記載の身体適合器具。 6.コア(24)とケース(26)との間にバリアを形成している中間層(86 )を更に含んでいる請求項5に記載の身体適合器具。 7.前記プラチナ合金が、約5〜15%のニッケル、約5〜50%のイリジウム 、及び約5〜15%のタングステンの少なくとも1つの成分を含んでいる請求項 1に記載の身体適合器具。 8.前記プラチナ合金が、約10%のニッケル、約20〜30%のイリジウム、 及び約8%のタングステンの少なくとも1つの成分を含んでいる請求項1に記載 の身体適合器具。 9.前記タングステン基合金が重量で5〜40%のレニウムを含んでいる請求項 1に記載の身体適合器具。 10.前記タングステン基合金が重量で約25%のレニウムを含んでいる請求項 9に記載の身体適合器具。 11.ケース(26)とコア(24)とが隣接している請求項1に記載の身体適 合器具。 12.前記細長いフィラメントが少なくとも2つの対向する方向を有している間 隔付けられたフィラメントの組に螺旋状に巻かれており、このフィラメントの組 が互いに組み形状に織り込まれている請求項1に画定されているような複数の細 長いフィラメントを含んでいる弾性のある身体への埋め込み可能なプロテーゼ。 13.全長にわたって実施的に均一な側方断面を有しておりかつ細長いコア(2 4)と該コア(24)を取り囲んでいる細長いケース(26)とを含んでいる細 長いフィラメントを有しており、 該コア(24)が100KeVにおいて少なくとも25cm-1の直線減衰係数 を有しているコア材料により構成されており、ケース(26)がケース材料によ り構成されており、コア材料がケース材料よりも、より延性を有しかつよりX線 不透過性を有しており、ケース材料がチタニウム基合金で構成されている、 身体適合器具。 14.前記チタニウム基合金が、約10%〜15%のニオビウムと、約10%〜 15%のジルコニウムと、を含んでいる請求項13に記載の身体適合器具。 15.前記チタニウム基合金が、約13%のニオビウムと、約13%のジルコニ ウムと、を含んでいる請求項14に記載の身体適合器具。 16.前記チタニウム基合金が、更にモリブデン、ジルコニウム、及び錫を含ん でいる請求項13に記載の身体適合器具。 17.前記チタニウム基合金が、約11.5%のモリブデンと、約6%のジルコ ニウムと、約4.5%の錫と、を含んでいる請求項16に記載の身体適合器具。 18.前記コア材料がタンタル、タンタル基合金、及びプラチナ基合金の1つの 成分を含んでいる請求項13に記載の身体適合器具。 19.前記コア材料がプラチナ基合金を有している請求項18に記載の身体適合 器具。 20.前記コア(24)と前記ケース(26)との間にバリアを形成する中間層 (86)が更に含まれている請求項19に記載の身体適合器具。 21.前記細長いフィラメントが少なくとも2つの対向する方向を有している間 隔付けられたフィラメントの組に螺旋状に巻かれており、このフィラメントの組 が互いに組み形状に織り込まれている請求項13に画定されているような複数の 細長いフィラメントを含んでいる弾性のある身体への埋め込み可能なプロテーゼ 。 22.全長にわたって実施的に均一な側方断面を有しておりかつ細長いコア(2 4)と該コア(24)を取り囲んでいる細長いケース(26)とを含んでいる細 長いフィラメントを有しており、 該コア(24)が基本的に純粋なタンタルから成るコア材料により構成されて おり、ケース(26)が約30〜55重量%のコバルトと、約15〜25重量% のクロムと、約0〜40重量%のニッケルと、約5〜15重量%のモリブデンと 、約0〜5重量%のマンガンと、約0〜25重量%の鉄と、から成るケース材料 により構成されている、 身体適合器具。 23.全長にわたって実施的に均一な側方断面を有しておりかつ細長いコア(2 4)と該コア(24)を取り囲んでいる細長いケース(26)とを含んでいる細 長いフィラメントを有しており、 該コア材料が約85〜95重量%のプラチナと、約5〜15重量%のニッケル と、を含み、ケース(26)が約30〜55重量%のコバルトと、約15〜25 重量%のクロムと、約0〜40重量%のニッケルと、約5〜15重量%のモリブ デンと、約0〜5重量%のマンガンと、約0〜25重量%の鉄と、から成るケー ス材料により構成されている、 身体適合器具。 24.全長にわたって実施的に均一な側方断面を有しておりかつ細長いコア(2 4)と該コア(24)を取り囲んでいる細長いケース(26)とを含んでいる細 長いフィラメントを有しており、 該コアが約50〜95重量%のプラチナと、約5〜50重量%のイリジウムと 、を含むコア材料により構成され、ケース(26)が約30〜55重量%のコバ ルトと、約15〜25重量%のクロムと、約0〜40重量%のニッケルと、約5 〜15重量%のモリブデンと、約0〜5重量%のマンガンと、約0〜25重量% の鉄と、から成るケース材料により構成されている、 身体適合器具。 25.全長にわたって実施的に均一な側方断面を有しておりかつ細長いコア(2 4)と該コア(24)を取り囲んでいる細長いケース(26)とを含んでいる細 長いフィラメントを有しており、 該コア(24)が約80〜100重量%のタンタルと、約0〜20重量%のタ ングステンと、を含むコア材料により構成され、ケース(26)が約30〜55 重量%のコバルトと、約15〜25重量%のクロムと、約0〜40重量%のニッ ケルと、約5〜15重量%のモリブデンと、約0〜5重量%のマンガンと、約0 〜25重量%の鉄と、から成るケース材料により構成されている、 身体適合器具。 26.全長にわたって実施的に均一な側方断面を有しておりかつ細長いコア(2 4)と該コア(24)を取り囲んでいる細長いケース(26)とを含んでいる細 長いフィラメントを有しており、 該コア(24)が約60〜100重量%のタングステンと、約0〜40重量% のレニウムと、を含むコア材料により構成されている、 身体適合器具。
