Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.自動車のスリップ制御されるブレーキ装置に用いられるハイドロリックユ ニット(12)であって、 金属から成る弁ブロック(11)が設けられており、該弁ブロック(11)が 、電磁的に作動させられる弁、つまり電磁弁(10)のハイドロリック部分(1 3)のための段付けされた少なくとも1つの収容孔(15)を備えており、 ハイドロリック部分(13)に固定用フランジ(30)が配置されており、該 固定用フランジ(30)が、前記収容孔(15)に設けられた孔段部(46)に 挿入されていて、弁ブロック(11)の金属から成るかしめ締結部(48)によ って位置固定されており、 ハイドロリック部分(13)の可動子(23)や磁気コア(24)のような磁 気作用を有するエレメントを有する、圧力密な弁ドーム(16)が設けられてお り、該弁ドーム(16)が、前記収容孔(15)の延長上で、弁ブロック(11 )を制限する制限平面(17)に被さっており、 電磁弁(10)の電気部分(14)が設けられており、該電気部分(14)が 、前記弁ドーム(16)に被せ嵌められていて、該弁ドーム(16)を取り囲む 電磁コイル(51)と、磁束を案内するハウジング(52)とを有している形式 のものにおいて、 弁ブロック(11)の材料が、アルミニウム合金またはこれに類する合金のよ うな軽量金属から成っていることを特徴とする、自動車のスリップ制御されるブ レーキ装置に用いられるハイドロリックユニット。 2.前記固定用フランジ(30)が、前記弁ドーム(16)に固く結合された ブシュ(29)から半径方向に突設されており、該ブシュ(29)の肉厚さが、 前記弁ドーム(16)の磁気作用を有するエレメントを収容するスリーブ(19 )の肉厚さよりも大きく形成されている、請求項1記載のハイドロリックユニッ ト。 3.前記固定用フランジ(30)が、前記収容孔(15)の軸線に対して直角 に延びる端面(31,32)を有しており、該端面のうちの一方の端面(32) が、前記孔段部(46)に接触しており、他方の端面(31)が、孔縁部から押 し退けられた材料(材料隆起部47)によって少なくとも部分的にカバーされて いる、請求項2記載のハイドロリックユニット。 4.前記ブシュ(29)が、磁化可能な材料から成っていて、ハイドロリック 部分(13)の可動子(23)や磁気コア(24)のような磁気作用を有するエ レメントのうちの1つの外側に配置されており、しかも前記ブシュ(29)が、 電磁弁(10)の電気部分(14)の、磁束を案内するハウジング(52)によ って周面側で少なくとも間接的に取り囲まれている、 請求項2記載のハイドロリックユニット。
