Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.グリセロール、2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソラン−4−メタノール 、グリシドール又は炭酸グリセロールをクレー物質存在の下重合するグリセロー ルのポリマーを調製する方法において、クレー物質が陰イオンクレー物質である ことを特徴とする方法。 2.陰イオンクレー物質がパイロオーライト、ハイドロタルク石、タコバイト、 スチケイト、レエベサイト、エアルドレガイト、メイクスネライト及びこれらの 混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1の方法。 3.陰イオンクレー物質が一般式(Me)2px(Me′)2p(OH)4px+4pA2/n n-.ZH2 Oを有し、式中Meは二価の金属の陽イオンであり、マグネシウム、ニッケル、 コバルト、亜鉛、銅及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択され、Me′は三価 の金属の陽イオンであり、アルミニウム、クロム、鉄及びこれらの混合物からな る群より選択され、Aは一価乃至四価の陰イオン、xは0.5乃至8、pは1乃 至3、nは1乃至4及びZは0乃至10である、請求項1の方法。 4.陰イオンクレー物質が天然又は合成ハイドロタルク石である、請求項1の方 法。 5.陰イオンクレーの量がグリセロール、2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソ ラン−4−メタノール、グリシドール又は炭酸グリセロールの重量を基準として 、0.5重量%乃至100重量%である、請求項1の方法。 6.陰イオンクレーの量がグリセロール、2,2−ジメチル−1,3−ジオキソ ラン−4−メタノール、グリシドール又は炭酸グリセロールの重量を基準として 、1重量%乃至10重量%である、請求項1の方法。 7.反応温度に150乃至350℃を使用する、請求項1の方法。 8.反応温度に180乃至250℃を使用する、請求項1の方法。 9.少なくとも50重量%(単量体を含まない反応混合物を基準として)の直鎖 オリゴマーを生成する、請求項1の方法。 10.開始混合物のグリセロール及びグリシドールを1対1の重量比で使用する、 請求項1の方法。 11.開始混合物に炭酸グリセロール及びグリセロールを使用する、請求項1の方 法。 12.開始混合物にグリセロール及び炭酸ジアルキルを使用し、混合物中に化学量 論未満の量の炭酸ジアルキルが存在する、請求項1の方法。
