Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 放電加工機に用いられるマルチプルピース電極において、該電極は、 (a)内部にホールが通った少なくとも一つの導電性の歯と、 (b)前記ホールを通って延びた少なくとも一つの導電性ロッドと、 (c)前記ロッドを前記歯に固定するための手段とを有することを特徴とする放 電加工機に用いられるマルチプルピース電極。 2. 前記歯は、銅、銅合金、グラファイト、銅−タングステン、タングステン 、金、銀、スズ、プラチナ、鉛、亜鉛、鉄、ニッケル、タングステン、真鍮及び 銅−タングステンを有する一群から任意に選択される材料を有することを特徴と する請求項1に記載のマルチプルピース電極。 3. 前記ロッドは、タングステン、真鍮、銅−タングステンを有する一群から 任意に選択されたものを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチプルピ ース電極。 4. クランプ機構を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチプル ピース電極。 5. 前記ロッドは、前記歯と異なった材料で形成されていることを特徴とする 請求項1に記載のマルチプルピース電極。 6. 前記ロッドが中空であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチプルピ ース電極。 7. 放電加工によって物体に拡散ホールを形成する方法において、該方法は、 (a)(i)ワークピースに極近接させて配置してギャップを形成し、それらの 間に放電を起こさせて前記ワークピース部分を浸食させるための少なくとも一つ の歯と、 (ii)前記歯を通して配置されている少なくとも一つの延びた可動ロッ ドと、 (iii) 前記ロッドを前記歯に固定する手段と、を有する放電加工機 内にマルチプルピース電極を挿入するステップと、 (b) 前記電極を長手方向に前記ワークピースへと向かって進行させ、前記ロ ッドが深く、小径のホールを前記ワークピース内に形成するとともに、前記歯は 、前記ホールの一端に拡散領域を形成するステップを有することを特徴とする方 法。 8. 前記ロッドを回転させるステップをさらに有していることを特徴とする請 求項7に記載の方法。 9. 前記ロッドは、中空とされており、かつ、誘電性流体が前記ロッドを通し て流されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 10. 前記ロッドを所望の長さに位置決めし、かつ、前記電極の前に位置決め されるようになった電極長さマスタを有する再供給システムを有することを特徴 とする請求項7に記載の方法。 11. 放電加工によって物体に拡散ホールを形成する方法において、該方法は 、 (a)(i)ワークピースに極近接させて配置してギャップを形成し、それらの 間に放電を起こさせて前記ワークピース部分を浸食させるための少なくとも一つ の歯と、 (iii)前記歯を通して配置された少なくとも一つの延びた可動ロッド と、 (iii) 前記ロッドを前記歯に固定する手段と、を有する放電加工機 内にマルチプルピース電極を挿入するステップと、 (b) 前記歯を長手方向に向かって前記ワークピースへと進行させ、前記歯が 前記ホールの一端に拡散領域を成形するステップと、 (c) 前記ロッドを長手方向に前記ワークピースへと向かって進行させ、前記 拡散領域からワークピース内に向かって前記ロッドが深く、小径の計量領域を形 成するステップとを有することを特徴とする方法。 12. 前記ロッドを回転させるステップをさらに有することを特徴とする請求 項11に記載の方法。 13. 前記ロッドは、中空であり、かつ、さらに前記ロッドを通して誘電性流 体を流すことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
