Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.鉄をベースとしたマトリックスと固形潤滑材とを含有した、耐摩擦性の部材 、特に同期リングを造るための焼結摩擦工作材料において、焼結摩擦工作材料が マトリックスに対して0,5−10重量%のモリブデンと固形潤滑材として20 −50容量%のグラフアイトを含有していることを特徴とする焼結摩擦工作材料 。 2.マトリックスに対するモリブデン含有量が1−5重量%であることを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項に記載の焼結摩擦工作材料。 3.マトリックスに対するモリブデン含有量が1−2重量%であることを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項或いは第2項に記載の焼結摩擦工作材料。 4.グラフアイトの含有量が35−45容量%であることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項から第3項までのいずれか一つに記載の焼結摩擦工作材料。 5.マトリックスが少なくとも部分的に、モリブデンと仕上げ合金された鉄粉末 から成ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4項までのいずれか一つに記 載の焼結摩擦工作材料。 6.マトリックスが少なくとも部分的に、モリブデンと添加合金された鉄粉末か ら成ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第5項までのいずれか一つに記載 の焼結摩擦工作材料。 7.担持体(11)と請求の範囲第1項から第6項のいずれか一つによる焼結摩 擦工作材料から成る摩擦内張りとから成る耐摩擦性部材、特に同期リング(10 )。 8.摩擦面上に軸方向で整向された溝(14)が設けられていることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第7項に記載の耐摩擦性部材。 9.溝(14)が摩擦面(13)上に台形に形成されていることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第7項或いは第8項に記載の耐摩擦性部材。 10.担持体(11)が焼結鋼材から成ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項から 第9項までのいずれか一つに記載の耐摩擦性部材。
