Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 実質的に純粋な形態のLucilia cuprinaのE3エステラー ゼ。 2. der−S、Inverell 22、Landillo 103およびS unbury 5.2からなる群から選択された同位染色体OP耐性L.cup rina株の一つに由来する、請求項1記載のE3エステラーゼ。 3. Lucilia cuprina E3エステラーゼ、もしくは、オルガノ ホスファートおよび/またはカルバマート殺虫剤残留分を加水分解する前記E3 エステラーゼの一部をコードするヌクレオチド配列を含む単離されたDNA分子 。 4. L.cuprinaのOP耐性株に由来するE3エステラーゼまたはその 一部をコードするヌクレオチド配列を含む、請求項3記載の単離されたDNA分 子。 5. 実質的に表3に示すヌクレオチド配列を含む、請求項3または4に記載の 単離されたDNA分子。 6. 請求項3ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のDNA分子で形質転換された、 E3エステラーゼを発現する細胞。 7. 原核細胞もしくは昆虫細胞である、請求項6記載の細胞。 8. 請求項6または7記載の細胞から産生されたE3エステラーゼ。 9. 汚染試料もしくは汚染物質を、請求項1または2記載のE3エステラーゼ もしくは請求項3ないし5のいずれか一項記載のDNA分子にコードされたE3 エステラーゼと接触することを備えた、汚染試料もしくは汚染物質におけるオル ガノホスファートおよび/またはカルバマート殺虫剤残留分の濃度を除去および 低減する方法。 10. 汚染試料もしくは汚染物質を、請求項6または7に記載された細胞と接 触することを備えた、汚染試料もしくは汚染物質におけるオルガノホスファート および/またはカルバマート殺虫剤残留分の濃度を除去および低減する方法。 11. LcαE7に関してL.cuprina株の遺伝子型を分析することを 含む、オルガノホスファートに対するL.cuprina株の敏感性を評価する 方法。 12. 前記分析が、制限断片長さ多型性によるものである請求項11記載の方 法。
