Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(A) 固体マグネシウム担持チタニウム触媒成分、 (B) 有機アルミニウム助触媒、及び (C) (1)第1の電子供与体化合物、及び(2)第2の優勢な電子供与体化合物を 含む二重供与体触媒系であって、優勢な電子供与体(2)の存在下にアルファ−オ レフィンを重合することによって得られるポリオレフィンのMFR(a)と、同じ 重合条件であるが、50モル%の(1)と50モル%の(2)から成る混合供与体系を使用 して重合されたポリオレフィンのMFR(b)とが、関係: を満足する二重の供与体触媒系、 を含むオレフィンの重合用の触媒系。 2.両方の電子供与体がシラン化合物である、請求項1の触媒系。 3.優勢なシラン電子供与体がDCPMSである、請求項2の触媒系。 4.もう1つのシラン電子供与体がTEOSである、請求項3の触媒系。 5.DCPMS/TEOSのモル比が約30〜70モル%のDCPMSと約70〜30モ ル%のTEOSの範囲である、請求項4の触媒系。 6.DCPMSとTEOSのモル比が約45〜55モル%のDCPMSと約55〜45モ ル%のTEOSの範囲である、請求項5の触媒系。 7.固体触媒がマグネシウム担持TiCl4触媒であり、有機アルミニウム助触 媒がトリエチルアルミニウムである、請求項1の触媒系。 8.アルファ−オレフィンのホモポリマー又はコポリマーの製造方法であって、 少なくとも2つの段階において(1)高活性マグネシウム担持チタニウム触媒系、( 2)有機アルミニウム助触媒、及び(3)2種類の異なる化合物の電子供与体混合物 の存在下に、多段式反応でアルファ−オレフィンを重合することを含み、 (A) 第1段階において、第1の電子供与体(i)の存在下にアルファ−オレフ ィンを重合してポリオレフィンを製造すること、及び (B) もう1つの段階において、第1段階のポリオレフィンポリマーを電子供 与体(i)及び優勢な電子供与体(ii)から成る供与体混合物の存在下にさらに重合 して、比較的高い溶融流量、高い結晶性、及び適度に広い分子量分布を有する最 終のポリオレフィンを得ること、を含む方法。 9.比較的高い結晶性、溶融流量及び適度に広い分子量分布を有する、アルファ −オレフィンのホモポリマー又はコポリマーの製造方法であって、少なくとも2 つの段階において(1)高活性マグネシウム担持チタニウム触媒系、(2)有機アルミ ニウム助触媒、及び(3)2種類の異なるシラン化合物から成る電子供与体混合物 の存在下にアルファ−オレフィンを重合することを含み、 (A) 第1段階において、TEOSの存在下にアルファ−オレフィンを重合し て少なくとも10のMFRを有するポリオレフィンを製造する工程、及び (B) もう1つの段階において、第1段階のポリオレフィンポリマーを優勢な 供与体DCPMSの存在下にさらに重合して、0.1のMFRを有するポリオレフ ィンポリマーを製造する工程、 を含む方法。 10.工程(A)において形成されたホモポリマー又はコポリマー生成物が製造され たポリオレフィンの最終ホモポリマーの総量の少なくとも15%を構成する、請求 項9の方法。 11.各段階の重合が連続する反応器中で連続的に行われる、請求項9の方法。 12.各段階で行われる重合が気相で行われる、請求項11の方法。 13.重合が単一の回分式反応器中で行われる、請求項9の方法。 14.エチレンのプロピレンに対する重量比率が20/80モル%の比率である、請求 項9の方法。 15.段階(A)及び(B)中のTEOS/DCPMS二重供与体のモル%比率が10:90 〜95:5の範囲内である、請求項9の方法。 16.二重供与体のモル%がそれぞれ50モル%である、請求項15の方法。
