Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.結合剤としてのセルロースアセテートを基材とした結合材料と強化用天然 セルロース繊維または天然セルロースを含む繊維とを含む成形体であって、 セルロースアセテートが約1.2〜2.7の置換度(DS)を有し、成形体が 最低でも約160℃のビカー温度を有し、天然セルロース繊維または天然セルロ ースを含む繊維に対するセルロースアセテートの重量比が約10:90〜90: 10であることを特徴とする成形体。 2.セルロースアセテートの置換度(DS)が約1.8〜2.6の間、特に約 2.1〜2.5の間にあることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の成形体。 3.天然セルロース繊維または天然セルロースを含む繊維に対するセルロース アセテートの重量比が約15:85〜85:15、特に約25:75〜60:4 0であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の成形体。 4.ビカー温度が最低でも約170℃、特に約180〜200℃であることを 特徴とする、先行する請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の成形体。 5.セルロースアセテートの重合度(DP)が約140〜270の間、特に約 170〜250の間にあることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のうちいずれか1 項に記載の成形体。 6.天然セルロース繊維または天然セルロースを含む繊維が、約0.2mm〜 100mmの、特に約3mm〜30mmの平均繊維長さ、および約8μm〜10 0μmの、特に約10μm〜30μmの平均横断面径を有することを特徴とする 、先行する請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の成形体。 7.天然セルロース繊維または天然セルロースを含む繊維が、カポック、サイ ザル麻、ジュート、亜麻、ココナッツ、ガンボージ、マニラ麻、桑の靭皮繊維、 大麻、ラミー、および/または綿繊維の形態で存在することを特徴とする、先行 する請求項のうちいずれか1項に記載の成形体。 8.鉱物材料をさらに含むことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のうちいずれか 1項に記載の成形体。 9.鉱物材料が炭酸カルシウム、硫酸カルシウム、二酸化シリコンおよび/ま たはアルミノシリケートであることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の成形体。 10.鉱物材料が約5〜50重量%、特に約10〜20重量%の量だけ存在す ることを特徴とする、請求項8または9記載の成形体。 11.着色剤を含むことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のうちいずれか1つに 記載の成形体。 12.着色剤が顔料、特に白色顔料であることを特徴とする、請求項11記載 の成形体。 13.着色剤が約0.1〜1重量%の量存在することを特徴とする、請求項1 1または12記載の成形体。 14.セルロースアセテートと天然セルロース繊維または天然セルロースを含 む繊維とを約10:90〜90:10、特に約15:85〜85:15の重量比 で混合し、全水分量を混合物中のセルロースアセテートの総量に対して最低でも 約3重量%に調節し、約220〜280℃の温度および約30〜150バールの 圧力で、この混合物を成形することを特徴とする、請求項1〜13の一つに記載 の成形体の製造方法。 15.開始材料を周囲温度で混合することを特徴とする、請求項14記載の方 法。 16.約240〜270℃および約50〜130バールの圧力で成形を実行す ることを特徴とする、請求項14または15記載の方法。 17.自動車用内装部品、特にルーフ天井、サイドパネル、パッケージング材 料、絶縁材料または家具部品としての、請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載の 成形体の使用方法。
