Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電気的絶縁層で部分的に被覆された、導電性加工物を電気化学加工するため の電極において、該層は、酸化ケイ素と酸化ジルコニウムとの無機網状構造と、 Si−C結合を介して該無機網状構造と化学的に結合及び組み合わされた炭素含 有ポリマーとを含むことを特徴とする導電性加工物の電気化学加工用電極。 2.前記層は0.5〜10μmの厚みを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の 電極。 3.前記層は酸化ケイ素に対して5〜35モル%の酸化ジルコニウムを含むこと を特徴とする請求項1記載の電極。 4.前記電極は銅又は銅合金から成ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電極。 5.請求項1〜4いずれか1つの項記載の電極を製造するにあたり、電気的絶縁 層をゾル−ゲル法により製造し、該ゾル−ゲル法においてアルコキシシラン化合 物とアルコキシジルコニウム化合物との水溶液を電極上に提供し、前記溶液を加 熱することにより絶縁層に転化し、前記溶液には水と有機溶剤の他に、次の成分 : −次の一般式: (RO)3Si−R1 (式中RはC1〜C5アルキル基、R1は重合性基であり、R1はSi−C結合を 介してSi原子と化学的に結合する) で表されるトリアルコキシシランと、 −次の一般式: Zr(OR)4 (式中Rは上記と同じものを示す) で表されるテトラアルコキシジルコネートとを含み、前記熱処理は、酸化ケイ 素と酸化ジルコニウムとの無機網目構造から絶縁層が製造されるように、また重 合性基R1からポリマーが製造されるように実施され、前記ポリマーはSi−C 結合を介して無機網目構造と化学的に結合及び組み合わされていることを特徴と する電極の製造方法。 6.重合性R′基は、エポキシ、メタクリロキシ及びビニルから成る群より選ば れることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。 7.前記溶液には次の成分: −モル%で表したアルコキシ化合物 −40〜90モル%の3−グリシドキシプロピル−トリメトキシシラン −5〜35モル%のテトラブトキシジルコネート −0.01〜10モル%の3−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン −0〜30モル%のフェニルトリメトキシシラン −有機溶剤 −水 が含まれることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
