Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.薬学的に受容可能な担体中の、薬学的に受容可能なインスリン、薬学的に受 容可能なグルコース、薬学的に受容可能なカリウム、および薬学的に受容可能な 甲状腺製剤の有効量の混合物を含有する、細胞内カリウムを増加させるための静 脈内注入用の薬学的組成物。 2.薬学的に受容可能な担体中の、薬学的に受容可能なインスリン、薬学的に受 容可能なグルコース、薬学的に受容可能なカリウム、および薬学的に受容可能な 炭酸水素塩の有効量の混合物を含有する、細胞内カリウムを増加させるための静 脈内注入用の薬学的組成物。 3.薬学的に受容可能な担体中の、薬学的に受容可能なインスリン、薬学的に受 容可能なグルコース、薬学的に受容可能なカリウム、および薬学的に受容可能な コリン作動性薬剤の有効量の混合物を含有する、細胞内カリウムを増加させるた めの静脈内注入用の薬学的組成物。 4.前記コリン作動性薬剤がピロカルピンである、請求項3に記載の薬学的組成 物。 5.毎日の使用のための乾燥粉末形態の、請求項1、2、または3に記載の薬学 的組成物。 6.約14と約28 gとの間のグルコース、約98と約500 mEqとの間のカリウム、約 3と約170 Uとの間のインスリン、および約8と約240μgとの間の甲状腺製剤(リ オトリックス)を含有する、請求項1に記載の薬学的組成物。 7.約8と約240μgとの間の甲状腺製剤(リオトリックス)、および約50と約80 m Eqとの間の炭酸水素塩もまた含有する、請求項6に記載の薬学的組成物。 8.混合物が3グラムのグルコースあたり1ユニットのインスリンを含有する、 薬学的に受容可能な担体中の、薬学的に受容可能なインスリン、薬学的に受容可 能なグルコース、および薬学的に受容可能なカリウムの薬学的有効量の混合物を 含有する、細胞内カリウムを増加させるための静脈内注入用の薬学的組成物。 9.カリウムが、塩化カリウムまたは酢酸カリウムの形態である、薬学的に受容 可能な担体中の、薬学的に受容可能なインスリン、薬学的に受容可能なグルコー ス、および薬学的に受容可能なカリウムの薬学的有効量の混合物を含有する、細 胞内カリウムを増加させるための静脈内注入用の薬学的組成物。
