Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.疎水性感圧性接着剤ポリマーの連続相及び親水性ポリマーの連続相を包含 する重合化マイクロエマルションを含む感圧性接着剤組成物。 2.哺乳類皮膚を接触させるための接着導電性媒質の領域(14)、及び接着 導電性媒質及び電気的診断、治療又は電気的手術器具の面を接するための電気的 伝達用手段(22)を含み、前記接着導電性媒質は前記電気的伝達手段に付着し ており、且つ、請求項1記載の重合化マイクロエマルション感圧性接着剤組成物 を含んでいる生物医学的電極(10)。 3.哺乳類皮膚と接触するための接着剤層(94)及び裏張り層(92)を含 み、前記接着剤層は前記裏張り層に付着しており且つ、請求項1記載の重合化マ イクロエマルション感圧性接着剤組成物を含んでいる哺乳類皮膚カバー(90) 。 4.哺乳類皮膚と接触するための接着剤層(104)及び裏張り層(102) を含み、前記接着剤層は前記裏張り層に付着しており、且つ、請求項1記載の重 合化マイクロエマルション感圧性接着剤組成物を含んでいる製剤供給具(100 )。 5.感圧性接着剤組成物が連続親水性特性と連続疎水性特性の両方を有する請 求項1記載の感圧性接着剤組成物、請求項2記載の生物医学的電極、請求項3記 載の哺乳類皮膚カバー、又は請求項4記載の製剤供給具。 6.親水性ポリマーの連続相がイオン導電性であって、任意に感圧性接着剤特 性を有する請求項1若しくは5記載の感圧性接着剤組成物、請求項2若しくは5 記載の生物医学的電極、請求項3若しくは5記載の哺乳類皮膚カバー、又は請求 項4若しくは5記載の製剤 供給具。 7.組成物が疎水性感圧性接着剤ポリマーの連続相と親水性ポリマーの連続相 との両方のバルク特性を提供する二連続構造を有し、任意に実質的非多孔性構造 を有する請求項1若しくは5〜6のいずれか1項記載の感圧性接着剤組成物、請 求項2若しくは5〜6のいずれか1項記載の生物医学的電極、請求項3若しくは 5〜6のいずれか1項記載の哺乳類皮膚カバー、又は請求項4〜6のいずれか1 項記載の製剤供給具。 8.疎水性感圧性接着剤ポリマーの連続相が固相であり、親水性ポリマーの連 続相が固相であって、2つの固相が相互に連結した連続ドメイン中に共存する請 求項1若しくは5〜7のいずれか1項記載の感圧性接着剤組成物、請求項2若し くは5〜7のいずれか1項記載の生物医学的電極、請求項3若しくは5〜7のい ずれか1項記載の哺乳類皮膚カバー、又は請求項4〜7のいずれか1項記載の製 剤供給具。 9.組成物が水性相及び油性相を有するマイクロエマルションの重合生成物で あって、前記マイクロエマルションが以下の: (a)約2〜約40重量%の水: (b)約2〜約60重量%のフリーラジカル共重合性エチレン系不飽和両親媒性 又は親水性モノマー又はオリゴマー; (c)疎水性感圧性接着剤を生成するのに適したガラス転移温度(Tg)を有 する約15〜約85重量%の疎水性フリーラジカル共重合性エチレン性不飽和モノマ ー; (d)(i)要素(b)の種及び要素(c)のモノマーと共重合性でない非イ オン界面活性剤、陽イオン界面活性剤、陰イオン界面活性剤及びその混合物、( ii)要素(b)の種及び要素(c)のモノマーと共重合性であるエチレン系不 飽和非イオン界面活性剤、 陽イオン界面活性剤、陰イオン界面活性剤、及びその混合物、(iii)(i) 及び(ii)の両方から成る群から選択される約5〜約70重量%の界面活性剤、 ここで前記(a)(b)(c)及び(d)のパーセンテージは各々マイクロエマ ルションの総重量を基礎にする;及び (e)約0.01〜約5重量部の親脂性光開始剤、ここで、前記親油性光開始剤の 量は要素(a)+(b)+(c)+(d)の総重量を基礎にする、を含むマイク ロエマルションの感圧性接着剤重合生成物である請求項1若しくは5〜8のいず れか1項記載の感圧性接着剤組成物、請求項2若しくは5〜8のいずれか1項記 載の生物医学的電極、請求項3若しくは5〜8のいずれか1項記載の哺乳類皮膚 カバー、又は請求項4〜8のいずれか1項記載の製剤供給具。 10.マイクロエマルションがさらに水溶性架橋剤、可塑剤、pH調整剤、電解 質、染料、顔料、製薬的活性化合物、補助溶媒、非共重合性極性オリゴマー及び その混合物から成る群から選択される水溶性添加剤を含む請求項9記載のマイク ロエマルション。 11.重合化マイクロエマルション感圧性接着剤組成物を生成し得るマイクロ エマルションの製造方法であって、以下の: (1)親水性モノマー及び/又は両親媒性モノマーを約0/100〜約100/0の 重量%比で混合して一次混合物を生成し; (2)疎水性感圧性接着剤を生成するのに適したガラス転移温度を有する疎水 性モノマーを、約80/20〜約10/90の疎水性モノマー/一次混合物の重量%比で 一次混合物中に混合して二次混合物を生成し; (3)界面活性剤を約5/95〜約30/70の界面活性剤/二次混合物の重量%比 で二次混合物中に混合して三次混合物を生成し; (4)開始剤を約0.01/99.99〜約2/98の開始剤/三次混合物 の重量%比で三次混合物中に混合して四次混合物を生成し; (5)別に、水及び水溶性又は水分散性添加剤を約100/0〜約80/20の重量 %比で一緒に混合して水性混合物を生成し; (6)水性混合物及び四次混合物を約5/95〜約50/50の水性混合物/四次混 合物の重量%比で混合してマイクロエマルションを生成する 工程を含む方法。 12.水溶性又は水分散性添加剤が電解質、可塑剤、抗菌剤、治療薬、及びそ の組合せから選択される請求項11記載の方法。 13.重合化マイクロエマルション感圧性接着剤組成物の製造方法であって、 以下の: (a)請求項11に記載のマイクロエマルションを調製し;そして (b)感圧性接着剤組成物を生成するためにマイクロエマルションを照射する 工程を含む方法。 14.前記照射後にマイクロエマルションを加熱する請求項13記載の方法で あって、任意にさらに重合化マイクロエマルション感圧性接着剤組成物を処理し て特定量の水を除去することを含む方法。
