Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (a)ソルビン酸、安息香酸、それらのアルカリ金属塩及びそれらの混 合物からなる群より選択される保存剤約200〜約1000ppm; (b)約0.1〜約40重量%のフルーツジュース; (c)下記式を有するポリホスフェート (上記式中nは平均で約3〜約100であり、各Mは独立してナトリウム及びカ リウム原子の群から選択される)約300〜約3000ppm;及び (d)0〜約60ppmの硬度を有する添加水約80〜約99重量% を含んでなり、得られた非炭酸飲料製品が約2.5〜約4.5のpHと少くとも 約10日間の環境陳列時間を有して、非炭酸飲料製品がカルシウム、マグネシウ ム又は鉄で強化されていない、改善された微生物安定性を有する非炭酸飲料製品 。 2. 保存剤がソルビン酸カリウムであり、ポリホスフェートがヘキサメタリ ン酸ナトリウムである、請求項1に記載の非炭酸飲料製品。 3. 飲料製品が約900〜約3000ppmのヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウム と約400〜約1000ppmのソルビン酸カリウムを含んでいる、請求項2に 記載の非炭酸飲料製品。 4. 約0.1〜約20%のフルーツジュースを含んでいる、請求項3に記載 の非炭酸飲料製品。 5. 添加水が0〜約30ppmの硬度と0〜約300ppmのアルカリ度を 有している、請求項4に記載の非炭酸飲料製品。 6. 飲料製品が約0.1〜約10重量%のフルーツジュースを含んでいる、 請求項5に記載の非炭酸飲料製品。 7. 飲料製品が約0.1〜約20重量%の炭水化物甘味料を更に含み、その 炭水化物甘味料がフルクトース、マルトース、スクロース、グルコース、転化糖 及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の非炭酸飲料製 品。 8. (a)ソルビン酸、安息香酸、それらのアルカリ金属塩及びそれらの混 合物からなる群より選択される保存剤約400〜約1000ppm; (b)約0.02〜約0.25重量%の茶固形物; (c)下記式を有するポリホスフェート (上記式中nは平均で約3〜約100であり、各Mは独立してナトリウム及びカ リウム原子の群から選択される)約900〜約3000ppm;及び (d)0〜約60ppmの硬度を有する添加水約80〜約99重量% を含んでなり、得られた非炭酸飲料製品が約2.5〜約4.5のpHと少くとも 約10日間の環境陳列時間を有して、非炭酸飲料製品がカルシウム、マグネシウ ム又は鉄で強化されていない、改善された微生物安定性を有する非炭酸飲料製品 。 9. 保存剤がソルビン酸カリウムであり、ポリホスフェートがヘキサメタリ ン酸ナトリウムである、請求項8に記載の非炭酸飲料製品。 10. 飲料製品が約1000〜約1500ppmのヘキサメタリン酸ナトリ ウムと約650〜約750ppmのソルビン酸カリウムを含んでいる、請求項9 に記載の非炭酸飲料製品。 11. 添加水が0〜約30ppmの硬度と約0〜約300ppmのアルカリ 度を有している、請求項10に記載の非炭酸飲料製品。 12. (a)ソルビン酸、安息香酸、それらのアルカリ金属塩及びそれらの 混合物からなる群より選択される保存剤約400〜約1000ppm; (b)約0.2〜約0.25重量%の茶固形物; (c)下記式を有するポリホスフェート (上記式中nは平均で約3〜約100であり、各Mは独立してナトリウム及びカ リウム原子の群から選択される)約900〜約3000ppm;及び (d)0〜約60ppmの硬度を有する添加水約80〜約99重量% を混合することからなり、得られた非炭酸飲料製品が約2.5〜約4.5のpH と少くとも約10日間の環境陳列時間を有して、非炭酸飲料製品がカルシウム、 マグネシウム又は鉄で強化されていない、改善された微生物安定性を有する非炭 酸飲料製品の製造方法。 13. (a)ソルビン酸、安息香酸、それらのアルカリ金属塩及びそれらの 混合物からなる群より選択される保存剤約400〜約1000ppm; (b)約0.1〜約10重量%のフルーツジュース; (c)下記式を有するポリホスフェート (上記式中nは平均で約3〜約100であり、各Mは独立してナトリウム及びカ リウム原子の群から選択される)約900〜約3000ppm;及び (d)0〜約60ppmの硬度を有する添加水約80〜約99重量% を混合することからなり、得られた非炭酸飲料製品が約2.5〜約4.5のpH と少くとも約10日間の環境陳列時間を有している、改善された微生物安定性を 有する非炭酸飲料製品の製造方法。 14. 保存剤がソルビン酸カリウムであり、ポリホスフェートがヘキサメタ リン酸ナトリウムである、請求項13に記載の方法。 15. 約1000〜約1500ppmのヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウムと約6 50〜約750ppmのソルビン酸カリウムが非炭酸飲料製品に混合される、請 求項14に記載の方法。 16. 添加水が0〜約30ppmの硬度と0〜約300ppmのアルカリ度 を有している、請求項15に記載の方法。 17. 約3〜約6重量%のフルーツジュースが非炭酸飲料製品中に混合され る、請求項15に記載の方法。 18. 約0.1〜約20重量%の炭水化物甘味料が非炭酸飲料製品に加えら れ、上記炭水化物甘味料がフルクトース、マルトース、スクロース、グルコース 、転化糖及びそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項13に記載の方 法。
